My best food My best food is egg and plantain I really love egg and plantain so much that I can eat it for a whole day because is easy and fast to cook How do we cook egg and plantain First get ur plantain nd egg ready Slice ur plantain Beat ur egg in a plate After that place ur frying pan on a gas/ stove Let it heat for sometime before u pour ur plantain in it After 2 minutes u can pick them up from d oil After that u can fry ur egg with d same oil or u remove that one nd pour another oil into d pan After that u should have slice ur onion, pepper and tomatoes After d slicing first pour d onion into to oil for like 30 seconds After 30 seconds then pour ur sliced pepper into d fried onion nd mix it together nd leave for a minute so it can be fried Add little maggi nd salt to d fried pepper U should have added a little salt and maggi to d egg nd mixed together through After that u can now pour it into d pepper nd leave for 2 or 3 minutes After 2 or 3 minutes then ur food is ready to be serve. It can be served with fruit juice or hot tea and with any type of rice.
