When I see the news from El Salvador, I really wonder how they do it with the fees for payments. What is left of the $30 after buying a coffee? I am not sure if there is a future with BTC.

Exactly. Even if we say it's more like a store of value, then what's the purpose of making it a currency (legal tender)? Also imagine the waiting time for txs

I am not sure if you are german because of your name, which would make this much easier for me :D Isn't there something like a lightning network for BTC, Bitfinex is using one. So if they use bitcoin but they "pay" on the same platform it's fine with those fees. Biggest problem than it's centralized again.
