Testing them in what way? Like they're implementing them as their own tools? Might be cool to see what sort of application leaks come from it lol.

  Yes, they test them as tools for their work. Maybe they check such fancy things like satellite images before starting a raid. Or they can call each other now? I had no idea that it is that bad with our police. I will follow the news. Heared that an hour ago and still have to laugh.
