Who can tell me what this is? It was made overnight in a towel that was hanging outside to dry. It's tiny and made of some kind of clay, so I suspect it's not a wasp nest. Have you seen this before?

maybe they form just like a nest and maybe the way i can see it is just like small pot.

I saw nest like that. It's a house of an insect that's looks like a bee too but I don't know what it is called.
