Good morning nosiers! Do you know what a "Mieterhöhungsverlangen" is? It's a German word for a letter from the landlord asking for consent to increase the rent of the flat. In my case by 15% or €55 more per month. As you can imagine, this is not what I had in mind... That's why I'm welcoming you a little later today. I am writing a letter with offers to the contrary.
