Just found out that under UK lockdown you're still allowed to have someone come into your house to clean. That'll be the super rich looking after themselves then.

Sad world we live in. But possibly this also falls under those who are disabled and must rely on services to help them?
Ah, that could be the case then. Carers are mentioned separately in the rules but I don't know if cleaning would be their responsibility too.
Yes it can be. Here is the USA caregivers whom assist those with disabilities also do cleaning.
