Having a job with flexible hours is a double edged sword. One advantage is occasionally I can do as little as 4-8 hours a week (sometimes even 0) and still get paid the same. The downside is when more hours are expected of you, or being called in on your day off, you can't say no. Today was one of those days. 🤦♂️
