Salvation is so simple, yet many people in the world don’t believe it, don’t want it, or even don’t care. Why is this? We all can think about the reasons. For me, I would say it had to do with the world becoming ever present and ever attractive. I know this is nothing new, the flesh and the spirit are always at odds. But it seems that time is harder for most of us to control. One reason, I think, is the education being more on meeting individual desires. But also the effect that is created by not properly educating how to control time with digital devices. By education, I am not specifically pointing to schools. The main source of education should always be at home with family. Many students that I teach used to be raised by TV. Today. Many are raised by tablets and other digital devices. Are we losing our personal connections to these devices and lack of family? I find It’s hard to talk spiritual matters with individuals that are raised by machinery. Let me know what you think.
