We went to a friends 80th birthday and had dinner. Afterwards, he gave everyone fruit. We got the biggest Asian post that I’ve ever seen!

Here’s our Father’s Day project. E we made shrinky dinks. E used a cheaper version. The students had to use sand paper on the plastic before coloring them. Then we baked them with a hairdryer. It took a full 2 hour for our students, so it worked out well.

Nice rainy day. So we went to Costco. The eye professional was there, so I got a pair of glasses. My eyes have degraded so much in a few years my old glasses barely worked.

Wow, lockdown may have help with lowering transmission, but it really damaged our students health. We took them on a hike today and half of them got winded not even half way there. Last year this was much easier for them. So we will add more exercise in our daily routine:)

Now I’m helping my oldest son find mankind and vision in life. Lately, he has been off track. I have 50 questions to find purpose in love and we are writing them down. He had to do a lot of soul searching.

I helped my son go through 50 questions for finding and pursuing passion in life. I think it worked. We started with his current occupation and found he’s interested in college and writing stories for children. It’sa start. Now to motivate him to motivate himself and set timed goals.

Hope you are enjoying lunch. Today we are enjoying traditional mountain chicken. They are free range. They cook them in tin boxes next to wood fires. They are very aromatic. The sun is crispy and the meat is juicy. This is a must try. I wish I could attach the smell and taste.

After the chicken, we walked around the mountain and found this treat. It’sa pomelo that is juiced. They use a special blender with a small head to make the whole, but expanded after entering the fruit. The result is you get the sweet juice and pup. A must try.

Here is tonight’s meal. We have visitors, so we made some extra. We have braised pork, shrimp, clams and melon, greens, cucumbers, guacamole and corn chips. We are also waiting for another dish- chicken mushroom soup and pumpkin soup. . Enjoy my friend. No reservations needed.

Here’s an interesting combination. Mango and then we have corn chips and guacamole. We are also drinking tea. The tea cleans the palate between snacks. I don’t dare eat both at the same time.

We have two games going at our house. The first gave us four color cards It’sa Chinese game. The second is rummicubs. I’d m it’s a modern game like Rummy. Both games are good for your brain. What games do you play?

This isn’t everyday life, but it’s traditional. We are folding these papers into lotus flowers and ingots to celebrate my wife’s fathers one year death anniversary. This kind of activity was done for the funeral as well. It’sa good opportunity to work through the grieving period. Any thoughts.

Remember this when you feel that everyone is against you and there is no where to run. No human is the enemy. It’s the big picture that is moving us away from the Lord. We must stand out ground and not be moved be our culture, world, movements, or social correctness. We are follow of Christ and Christ alone. Set your sights on Him and Him alone! Everything else will melt into the background. Don’t make those distractions more important than Him.
