Wednesdays are team lunch day. So today out south Indian team mate from Kerala treated us with this traditional dish called Pudi-Parota. It was super spicy even for me 😅 but it was delicious and all of us enjoyed it. I had the beef variant but it is available in chicken as well. Basically it is beef curry in traditional Indian roti and is wrapped around in banana leaves 😍
