Had one of the best night sleeps in a long time. I slept for almost 11 hours π Lately I am having a maximum of 5 to 6 hours of daily sleep but last night was an exception

I was out for the weekly grocery shopping and felt a little hungry. Came to my favorite tea place as I recently heard about a new snack item on their menu, just ordered it with my usual tea order. Will share about it in next post, stay tuned π

Watching Pakistan vs Srilanka Aisa cup 2022 final and getting nervous as a Pakistani fanπ . I think Srilanka deserves the win as they have been outstanding through out the tournament but as a Pakistani I still support Pakistan

I tried posting this picture on one of the channels but I guess it did nog get approved π . Anyways this is the snack Item I had from my favorite tea stall the other day. It is chicken popcorn, and I never knew that a combination of chicken popcorn and karak tea would be that good π They pup chicken popcorn and mix it with ketchup and mayonnaise and pup some masala fries as well in the mix. Overall it tastes like heaven π

While I was away from noise, I was traveling π I was in the UK for most of July and early August. The visit around 11 cities in the Uk and 3 countries. England, Scotland and Wales. This is a shot that I snapped at the England and Scotland border as I was driving through it. Probably the most important highlight of my vacation. Continuing from my last post, the border been Scotland and England has lush green meadows on both sides and has parking space for drivers to rest and take pictures if they love to. There are more than one routes between Scotland and England. The one with beautiful views takes longer but is totally worth itπ

Wednesdays are team lunch day. So today out south Indian team mate from Kerala treated us with this traditional dish called Pudi-Parota. It was super spicy even for me π but it was delicious and all of us enjoyed it. I had the beef variant but it is available in chicken as well. Basically it is beef curry in traditional Indian roti and is wrapped around in banana leaves π

As many of you will be aware that the Fifa world cup is scheduled to be hosted in Qatar from 20th November to 18th December π Since I live in Qatar , I am super excited for the event and I already got my Hayya card. It is a must have for any match ticket holder as it will give us free access to public transport and will act as a pass for the stadiums. I am probably one of the first ones in my friend circle to get it so it is time to show off a little π

Sleep time after 23hrs. It is most I have been awake in a long time and now my headache is killing me. I had the most eventful day today that kept me from getting any sleep in the past 23 hours. Attend a birthday party, a family dinner and finally a friends gathering before heading back home. All this after a 10 hour work shift. Do you feel me?π«

Another shot from the UK visit. The roads connecting England and Scotland are very serene and enjoyable. You can see lower clouds, lush green meadows, and lovely tar makes the view amazing. The other route between England and Scotland is a highway and does not give views as this satisfies the reason I chose views over my time and was able to snap the shots. Shot on Iphone. About last night ππ Had the best night out with some very close friends π. I had crispy chicken bites as appetizers, they were very nicely served but not as good as they lookπ . For my main dish I had this Wagyu beef burger that was probably the most tender meat I ever hadπ. Finally for my drinks I had lychee and cranberry flavored mojito served on rocks (the rounds ball of ice in the middle of the drink). I ended up paying around 40 dollars per person but it was worth it ππ

During my UK trip, the city I most loved is Edinburgh π. I found it to be a very underrated city with most of the travelers not talking about how amazing and magnificent this city is. It is quite historical also and the night life in Edinburgh is one of the best in the UK. On top of the the Scottish people were just too welcoming and accommodating π₯Ή The only negative this was that the city is a bit too expensive if compared to other cities in Uk. Last night I decided to eat a little unhealthy and have this Snickers ice cream. I realized that fun in like is in unhealthy eatings and junk food ππ Anyways lately I am on a good diet plan which has helped me loose around 3 KG in 45 days. Quite satisfied with my progress

Creamy butter chicken and steamed white rice is for lunch today π I eat healthy all the week, except for weekends, and then I have to go back to eat healthy for the whole working week again. So naturally, Sundays are the worst in terms of eating as I have to shift from junk food to healthy options again. Not sure how healthy this meal is ππ

So, during my trip to UK last month, I drove from England to Scotland, from Newcastle to Edinburgh to be exact. On the way, there were many beautiful places that I snapped, and I have not processed all of those images. This is one of Such places that I snapped and this is actually an older feel the track that passes over a nice stream of water. Honestly, I forgot the name as the board had some Scottish writings on that as well, but it was quite close to Edinburgh probablyβ¦

How about a wide angle shot of Aurtherβs seat from Caliton hill in Edinburgh ππ So as I mentioned before I drove to Edinburgh from New Castle, the day I reached my first stop was to hike on Calliton hill and get the best views that Edinburgh has to offer. Autherβs seat is the highest point in Edinburgh and since I was very tired, I opted not to hike there ππ Anyways, since I had only two days in Edinburgh, I covered the most of it on the first and then I had other plans forβ¦

Who wants some dynamite shrimps π PF changs has the best dynamite shrimps in town. Spicy but not too spicy and juicy with perfect amountπ. This is from two days ago when I went for a quick dinner there. The menu items at PF changs are quite good now as they have over hauled it fully, but still the shrimps remain my favorite π

Edinburgh is a very historical and diverse city with Edinburgh castle being one of the most important historical monument there. The good this is that everything there is close to each other and all of it can be explored by a walk or by city tour buses, for which different companies have the service available. Anyways , the castle is built on a high rock and the location tells us how save it would have been during the times of war

So the Qatar metrology department said that it will be rain shower today across the city over the weekend but guess what, we got 41Β°C temperature and itβs really hard to even walk outside. So only drawback of middle east is probably the weather which is not for the faint hearted

My phone fel yesterday and there was no signs of any damage. Today morning when I opened it, the whole left part of the screen to is gone for some reason it looks like 20% of the screen is not functional and I just see bright white light hits. Why is it that when apple has new iPhone is released by the old one goes bad. .π

One of my favorite shots that I snapped while In Edinburgh- Scotland π As you guys might be aware that popular tourist destinations have these city tour buses and Edinburgh also has 3 different companies operating these tours. The colors of their buses are usually very bright and could be seen from quite far. These colorful buses, along with historical architecture of Edinburgh on a gloomy day, create very good shot. Last night was a heavy dinner from Fridays π I had my favorite Ribeye steak with corn and mashed potatoes. I usually get it cooked to medium and prefer mushroom sauce with it. On top of that there was a big appetizer platter with two different type of buffalo chicken wings and buger bites. Still the highlight of the story was the angus ribeye steak π₯©π

Snapped this yesterday while dropping a close friend to airport. As you might be aware that Hamad International Airport in Qatar has been awarded the best airport in the world due the qualities and services it offers. One of the prominent aspects is also the traditional statues that are one display around the vicinity. This Falcon covered in gold color is one such statue

I didnβt have a dinner last night so decided to have a heavy breakfast. This is Musabaha, an authentic Lebanese dish made with boiled chickpeas and tahini sauce ππ. There is additional garlic and chili sauce on side to be added as per taste. On the site, I had meat fatayers (similar to pie) and kebbeh, which is another famous Lebanese delicacy π

During my trip to UK, I also visited Wales, which is another country and is part of the UK. Wales is quite famous for it beautiful nature and hiking trails. Since my base was at New Castle, I drove from there to northern wales and this beach promenade was my first stop. Beautiful serene walk and seagulls flying around, lovely experience.
