So, right now, if you tip someone on noise.cash $0.01 and keep 20%, they send you 576 satoshis. Or pretty much one half of one USD cent at BCH's current price. So the other guy is getting 2.1 cents? Because that would be the other 80% of the transaction. I have no qualms with whether this is fair or not; I'm wondering how the dust limit is starting to affect noise.cash and other microtransaction sites.
