I mean, I get what people are going for when they use the phrase "aged like milk" but when I think of "aged milk" I think of cheese, and cheese is good. The more it ages the better. I love me some well-aged milk AKA cheese.

Taking away someone's ability to work, or travel to their work is a HUGE policy mistake. If someone isn't working, they're suddenly free to march, protest, riot or worse. "We're gonna make sure you feel your precious 'resistance' in your pocketbook when you're out of a job," is literally the worst possible take, one that can ONLY be taken when completely blinded by elitist arrogance.
