According to DeFiLlama, the total value locked (TVL) in #DeFi protocols across all tracked chains is currently over $256 billion. Though this is a huge amount, it's just the equivalent of a mid-sized bank in the USA. This shows that we have a come a long way in crypto and DeFi, but there's so much more room to grow. We're still just a tiny shining star in the financial galaxy. In other words, we're still very early and in the right place. #crypto #cryptocurrency

True. Many people do not realize that we are still in the early stages of crypto.
Your comparison is very interesting because many people are predicting the year of DEFI, as a mature adoption by users (less trading, more passive income), and traditional finance volumes are a good index
