I had the same problem so I had to go to my back up wallet just to send people their Konra. The API has been glitching all day. Thankfully I keep enough Konra in multiple bounty wallets to make due in cases of these kinds of things. I'm very patient, take your time.

Did you ever get a resolution to this? It appears rest.bitcoin.com is being replaced?
