Yes, there is always risk, but via research we can mitigate risks somewhat. But there is always a chance we'll get burned. To give an example: recently I got caught by two different scammers, cotps.com and swapnex.io . They both **appeared** to be legit, but both used the recent LUNA/UST fiasco as an excuse to rugpull.
