Every report gets monitored by moderators of read.cash. It may take a bit of time, but Simon has assured me they are seen, the user is noted, the cheater will not get tipped by the Random Rewarder. One reason @Pantera and I are so diligent in checking for plagiarism is we like to call out the bad actor so nobody else will tip them either. If you see something, say something!
