I wanted to explain why I created this channel. I wanted a specific place to share my health journey posts, and to be able to get to them easily. I am not sure how often I will share here, may share my foods when I feel like it and then updates on how I am doing - may be daily or may be just once a week. I have 85 pounds or so that I want to lose over all. But hoping to lose at least 20 pounds by the end of Winter. I also am diabetic and have been struggling with my blood…

I know I have not shared on my page here for a while. There is a reason which I will explain... So, I was on my new diet for a day and things went well. However, the next day was rough (thought I just had the Keto flu). Needless to say I didn't eat much at all. Then Wednesday last week, I felt worse and couldn't hold anything down. My health the past week or so has been a lot better. I have lost some of the weight I gained while I was in the hospital. What is better though is that my blood sugars are mostly under 100. I have been taking 10 units of insulin along with my other meds that I was on before (except the one that got me sick). I see the endocrinologist on Tuesday even though my sugars are much better. I am nervous, not sure what is going to happen. But I will update everyone later. #health…
