So yesterday I decided to take a few days off and take my family to the mountains for one week, just to relax and forget of the high temperature that we have this days in our area. At the beginning sounds like the perfect vacation and nothing could prepare for what was about to happen. We left home yesterday around 10 am, perfect and smooth drive to our location in Cheile Grădiștei Resort,amazing mountain area from my country Romania, made the check in, a small walk just to feel hungry at dinner, as I said perfect everything. After dinner we stayed out for one more our, playing with my daughter Melissa and we went back in our room to get ready to sleep, she took a bath with a lot of foam in a huge bath tub with most of her toys there, just the way she loves it and after we went to bed. But around 1 am this morning my wife waked me up telling me that Melissa has 38.9°C temperature and we started from that moment with Nurofen, a warm bath, took her out to cool her down and this was till around 3 am when the temperature got to normal and Melissa finally fallen asleep. For me it took another 2 hours to get back to sleep and at 8 am my boss called me to ask me about some contacts. So this vacancy transformed from perfect to dangerous in less then 24 hours. Now I'm struggling to stay awake, my wife is sleeping, Melissa as well and she ok I'm the only zombie in the room. Today we are going to to stay in the hotel room, treat Melissa and if she's OK tomorrow will start visiting the area. I wish you all an amazing day!
