When you start to love yourself, you will notice a lot of changes in your life and you start to glow differently. Loving yourself is giving attention, self care, skincare and it also includes additional glow to your mental health.

Can’t afford Skincare?

Don’t worry, I have a solution for that. You don’t need to buy expensive one to glow, you can actually have Skincare in Low Budget. It is 100% safe and effective.

Here are some of my Skincare Routine that are effective and 100% safe.

None of these mentioned product are sponsor. My intentions is to share these for people who can’t afford expensive Skincare products.

Sharing is Caring ♥️

Safeguard Floral Pink

I highly recommend Safeguard Floral Pink with Aloe. This soap is effective for those who have pimples.

  1. Wash your face before going to sleep and use clean white towel to wipe it in your face.

  2. Your soap for your body should never be use for your face. You should have separated soap for face and for your body.

  3. You should also have different types of towel. A towel for your body, for your face and for your feet.

(I don’t have towel for my feet, but If you have then that’s great I guess)

  4. Use Safeguard Floral Pink 3 times a day.

Price: Php 52 pesos or $1.07 in USD

There is a smaller one actually, it cost 18 pesos or 20 pesos if you think that Php 52 cost too much.

Php 18 - USD 0.37

Php 20 - US 0.41

Same process, different prices.

Vaseline Petroleum Jelly

This is for lip therapy. Use Vaseline (Rosy Lips) Petroleum Jelly to have a silky and soft pinkish lips.

  1. Before applying Lipstick or Lip tint on your lips, Apply Vaseline on your lips first.

  2. Before going to sleep apply this on your eyelashes, eyebrow and in your lips. It can help your eyelashes to grow and can make your eyebrows thicker.

Price: Php 55 or $1.14 in USD

The price also depends on the size of the petroleum but from what I’ve seen on mall 7g is 55php.

Johnson’s Baby Oil

Johnson’s baby oil is not only good for your hair but also for your face and your skin. Baby oil is noncomedogenic, meaning it won't clog your skin's pores. So if you have a dry-to-normal skin type, you can use baby oil to moisturize your face.

The scientists found that mineral oil helped plump up the skin, giving a more hydrated appearance.

  1. Use this for your hair. To have a smoother and silky hair. Avoid adding too much of it.

  2. Before you take a shower apply this on your hair. Soak in the water then well apply shampoo and wash your hair.

  3. If you don’t have lotion and you have dry skin, apply Baby oil to your face after taking a shower. DON’T APPLY TOO MUCH OIL OR ELSE YOU WILL LOOK LIKE AN OILY MEAT.

Prices: Php 81

It also depends on its price. If you want a smaller one it can cost less.

ICE

You read it right. The most affordable skincare routine that I share. You can make one of your own or buy one for only Php 3

Here are the proper ways of how to apply or use Ice on your face.

  1. Wrap the ice with your face towel before rubbing it gently in your face.

  2. Use thin towel, not the thicker one you have.

  3. It can make your face pinkish.

Baking Soda

Advocates of natural remedies suggest using a paste of baking and water as a scrub to clean the accumulation of dead skin cells from your underarms

  1. Mix about 1/4 tsp. baking soda with a small amount of lukewarm water in a bowl until it forms a paste.

  2. Apply the paste to your underarms, gently patting it onto your skin with your fingertips. Make sure the paste is completely dry before getting dressed.

You can also use baking soda as a toothpaste for your teeth.

Price: 100g Php 12 - $0.25

250g Php 48 - $ 0.99

Tips

  1. Wash your face Day and Night. Recommended for those who have oily skin type.

  2. Use the tips Above. Apply Baby Oil if you don’t have a Lotion so your skin won’t get dry.

  3. Do not use any product that you never use before. Your face should not be use for experimental. It can damage your face whether short terms or long terms.

  4. Always use clean white towel for wiping your face.

  5. Drink water and stay hydrated.

  6. Sleep early and don’t waste your time on chatting people online who can’t love you back. (Just kidding, but seriously sleep early)

That’s it. That’s how you love yourself, by taking care of it.

I hope that this is helpful and I was hoping to read some feedbacks once you start doing the same skincare routine. I also hope that it will work well on you.

Self Love Please.

Nice. Thanks for the tips. The safeguard is new to me... I mean I already saw it as always but don't have any idea that it can remove pimples. Seriously? Tested and proven? 😅

Tested and proven. I mean, I don’t really have pimples because I always take care of my face but when I do sometimes because of stress and dirt, I always use Pink safeguard. Try it.
