What do you feel? Love Joy, sadness, rage, fear? Part 2

Greetings friends. As they said in the previous post. https://read.cash/@Core/what-do-you-feel-love-joy-sadness-rage-fear-part-i-50d90bda Expressing is the ability to adequately manifest with words, gestures or signs and do what one feels or thinks. It involves recognizing, understanding and adequately showing the emotions and opinions that one has, thus consolidating their autonomy and helping them to establish better relationships with other people. In this part I am going to tell you about feelings that sometimes allow us to be discouraged, but we must be positive, I am talking about sadness. There are things that make us sad: anger with a friend, separation from someone we love, the loss of a family member, the loss of an object that we like. It is normal, but sadness takes away the desire to do things and that cannot be. Cheer up and trust that bad times also happen. Don't let the grief be stronger than you! Sadness is an emotion that our society rejects. If your child is sad, never tell him or her not to cry or to be sad. It is positive to recognize what you feel because if not, you will carry it with you all your life, and you must find a way to express it. Grief can be caused by pain, jealousy, frustration at an idea that had formed. Intuitively, he expressed it by isolating himself or showing anger; accompany him to share, feel and admit his pain naturally. When things do not go as we would like, sadness makes us feel that everything goes wrong. But, everything changes. I'm sure things will start to improve, When we feel sad, we usually cry, these tears are a liquid produced by a gland that allows us to keep the surface of the eye clean and moist. That allows us to blink. If it were not so, even winking could be painful, but tears can show any feeling: sadness, disappointment, but surely it is more beautiful to cry with joy. It is normal that sometimes you feel sad. We all have bad times. Talk to someone! You will see that you will feel much better!
