Thats one of fhe american style meal it was so heavy and really like to eat here in asian country most people always eat a dishes having a rice.

Interesting I wonder the differences in food cultures between Spain and people living here of Spanish descent.
About food I can tell you that there are a lot of differences for sure, location affects specially in the past when food was growing differently in each place. But still I suppose we can find some connections, but even in Spain we can find differences among all regions... so it's normal.
A lot of the food culture here is classified as Mexican cuisine for a good quantity of individuals of Spanish descent.
Yeah and Mexican cuisine is really good but it's different from Spanish cuisine. It's curious because in the past there weren't many Mexican restaurants in Spain, now more so we can appreciate also those delicious dishes!
