What do you to that fish? it looks like Tilapia in the Philippines😅

  I should have included how I prepare fish in my article, lol. I eat fish several ways. I will eat battered deep fat fried just the meat filets, baked, grilled, and I have ate fish whole as well. Ya they similar to tilapia a little smaller. These are blue gills these were 9 to 10 inches which are pretty big for them. I think they taste better than Tilapia.
