Filipinos Should be Ashame
There's a trending videos on social media regarding the food preparation in India. Lots of people make fun of it and gave funny reactions since people in India literally disrespect the food by mashing it with hands without any gloves wore. Other Filipinos makes memes regarding food preparation in India and sad to say that they didn't realize they are mocking the culture of other country.
Throughout the world, when people heard country India the first thing comes to their mind is poor country, poverty, corruption, dirty, slums, overpopulated and many bad things. This mindset was stayed on people's mind to the point that they are being discriminated if they moved to other places. In Philippines, Indians way of food preparation had been criticized and made fun by Filipinos.
They shared videos on how vendors prepared the foods, some vendors are stirring the drinks using their hands, the way they mixed the ingredients is through their hands and mashing the ingredients using their hands. It's been make fun by Filipinos by reenacting the videos and starting to prepare foods in inappropriate way just to get lots of reaction, they thought that it's funny but it's not.
They only do that for views and if you criticized them, they will only say that it's just for fun but not all actions are pleasing and funny to the eyes of many specially if its involved the culture where the people lived. What if Indians will also feel dumb like Filipinos? Can we accept that kind of act? we can't right, we are lucky that Indians didn't respond on what Filipinos are doing since it may create conflicts again on social media.
There's a reason why Indians prefer those kind of food preparation. The country is the second most largest populated area in the world and it has more than 1 billion citizen thats why the way of living is not that high. Corruption is widespread and many people are living under the poverty line, inflation are problems that's why people are finding ways to survive in life.
Indians use their hands to stir the drinks and touching the food with their hands is because it's the fastest way to make the food so that they can manage to save time and also accommodate their customers. It's already in their culture and it was already practiced many years ago before the criticism trends on social media about it.
We can't deny the fact that India is considered as poor country but when it comes to intellectual aspect then Philippines doesn't match on India. There are lots of Indian people who contributed lots of things in this world, they produce lots of students with specialization in Computer Technology.
We can't deny the fact that India is a beautiful country filled with glamorous things, in fact they can manage to rwce with fridt world countries if their government is determined to govern the nation to its success but sad to say no matter where place we go, corruption is widespread that's the reason why the citizen is greatly affected.
If we try to put ourself on Indians situation we can realize that we Filipinos have also ways to prepare and eat the food. We are also using our hands to mash those ingredients and even eat using our bare hands that's why we don't have any difference with Indians. We need to respectfully culture in order for them to also respect us.
Yes we Filipinos known for making lots of memes and bring happiness to the world but we should know the limit since we already stepping out of the line on what we are doing right now.
I can't think a title in this Article
My afternoon was filled with productivity, I don't know why I clean our kitchen though I clean it 2 days ago, maybe I saw some dust then I notice that our Tupperwares are just displayed there that's why I get a carton box then put all the Tupperwares there and other plastics materials we have in kitchen that we don't use.
I stored it storage room together with pots and cartons we used to packed the ordered plants. I also scrub the tiles of of kitchen so that it may look clean, of course I can't move without the music that's why I played my favorite songs while doing house works. After I clean the kitchen, I wash my clothes since I don't have anything to wear.
If you'll ask me why I'm the one doing it? it's because I'm the youngest among us siblings and we will get hungry and our house will become dirty if I will not move. I forgot to take my afternoon nap that's why I'm feeling sleepy right now since I'm taking Appetason which is a multivitamins that helps to gain weight, boost appetite and feel drowsy that will make you feel asleep.
I decide to take the medicine at night so that I can have beautiful sleep. This evening I almost forgot to publish since I'm busy looking for free piano applications then I found this one.
The problem with this is, the keys are too small once you make it on full scale since piano is very large and the keys won't suit on screen that's he reason why I look at virtual piano on Google using my laptop then played Auld Lang Syne since it's the most easiest song to play, the keys are just A5, G5, E5, E5, C5, D5, C5,D5, E5, A5, G5, G5, A5, G4, A4.
It's easy if I'm on real piano but I'm using keyboard that's why I need to practice more. I really like to play piano and own one since I inlovw with it when u hears the piano song River flows in you by Yiruma which made me calm eveeytime I play it on my phone.

What do you see as your best character trait?
I can say that I'm a generous and kind person. I notice it since before, I remember that me and my sister bought a Mcfloat then I'm gonna take a sip on it but suddenly I saw a beggar looking at me that's why I didn't hesitate to give the drink that I'm holding then later on my sister scolded me since we wait for too long just to order those drinks.
I have also this trait that generous to others, everytime I'm with my friends. We played badminton in BGC or in Arca after that we feelchungrt and exhausted. I feel like they need to full their stomach and stay hydrated that's why I always treat them at Seven Eleven but ended up spending money. It's just me since before, in Arca I always treat my friends and also I'm willing to help those people who asking help to me when it comes to financial since I can feel that they badly needed it.
However I knew my limitation, once the person keep asking help on me then I didn't bother to reply on them and pretend like I didn't seen their message or I have no saved money for them to borrow.
What mistake did you learn the most from?
I have lots of mistakes done in the past that until now I didn't learn at all. I am not courageous to deal with difficult things before until now. I'm afraid to be judge, I'm afraid to be rejected and afraid to fail. However I'm slowly conquering those weakness of me. I don't know why I didn't learn things from my past. I'm into several relationships but I'm still immature. I have this feeling that over think things always, I am not that courageous to geba opportunities since I'm afraid to fail.
I don't know but I think the only thing I learn from my mistakes in the past is not to do it again but do different ways until I made such mistakes again. I know that we humans are not perfect, we tend to make mistake that makes us fall but use those mistake as a opportunity to achieved what we want.
What is the most important thing in a relationship?
For me the most important thing in relationship is trust and loyalty if the two person are closed with each other. It's given that there's a communication and you can touch each other but it's very important that trust and loyalty is present in relationship.
It's one of the foundation to make the relationship strong, a couple needs to trust each other so that there will be no guts formed that one of them having third party that will ended up in fight that will make the relationship toxic.
Loyalty is also need in relationship, no matter how beautiful nor handsome the person in front of you, if your loyal with your partner then there's no trouble. It's really hard to find loyal person this days cause people are easily get attracted to other person and ended up flirting with it and makes complication on the relationship.

Presidential Proclamation Rally
We are already at February of 2022 and 3 months from now the election will come for the highest position in government of the Philippines which is President. There are lots of aspiring candidates running for the position of president. Some of them are well known and already known by citizen.
The campaigns are everywhere and they do everything to be noticed by people, they start showing kindness by helping in society and doing projects for the betterment of life with photo of course as a proof that they done such good things, they want to make their names fragrant that's why they releasing massive amount of money for he campaign.
renting a billboards to show their name and number in ballot, posting ads on Facebook, YouTube and other social media sites which I feel annoyed since I'm enjoying watching or listening a MV and I'm on the middle of emotion when suddenly I can hear the word, "lalaban tayo".
I'm not against the candidates running for presidency and also I'm not saying that I don't care on politics in fact I don't have any chosen candidate. I just found that they have flaws and cases pending or filed against them but due to their power they can easily manipulate the law.
I'm undecided yet maybe if I have chance to vote then I'm gonna go with rastaman. The real and virtual world is in chaos right now, my social media feed is full of ads about candidates, black propaganda against opponent candidate and even debate of supporters.
The two most famous candidate that we have right now which are Leni and BBM have clashes, they ruining each other image specially on the side of Leni but BBM is just a silent person but his supporter makes the war more complicated.
I know that your Facebook also full of debates, once there's a person who support Leni then BBM supporter will dig in and start a debate, some are just making trolls but some are educated cause they give evidences to prove their opinions.
This election really makes this country diverse, even inside the house thwrs one member of family supporting different candidate that makes clashes and conflicts, even relationship and friendship temporarily cool off since they have different candidate that they supported.
Like my classmates before, they are really good friends but one of them support BBM and one is supporting Leni. They have clash last night in comment section when one of them posted about promises of Leni but her friend oppose what she said and they start a debate using such English words.
I'm just there reading their alternate replies and I didn't bother to bath in since I have no enough information to join the conversation. A few days ago the proclamation rally started,presidential candidates are gathering their supporters in different locations.
The team of Leni gathers in I'm not sure if where they gathered but the whole area was filled color pink. They have full support from their team. Pangilinan is the vice president of Leni and they have having fun in their proclamation.
Even celebrities are supporting them like Cherrie Pie which is good at acting and cried at the proclamation while saying good things about Leni, well it's part of politics. Trolls shows after the proclamation like Leni prepared a script on the background so that she won't mistakenly said any words that people can use against her.
Still BBM supporter sew the flaws in their rally like Leni is giving signals if the script are ready. The most funny part is when Leila De Lima is not on the proclamation rally thats why she had standing prepared there and the whole area was filled with laughters when her standing brought in front of the crowd and the announcer introduce the standing of De Lima.
The team of BBM made their proclamation rally in Philippine Arena 8t was filled with many supporters and lots of celebrities also showed up to give support. The most talk in rally is Toni Gonzaga which served as their announcer, she became number one on Twitter.
She was bashed by some people since she supported a senatorial candidate which voted to shutdown the franchise of ABS-CBN. Even the network posted a news regarding the support of Toni to BBM but she showed no fear and just give peace sign to television.
The most funny part in their proclamation rally is when Harry Roque danced with the song made for him and I can't stop laughing out since he look like an idiot dancing. They will do everything just to get a vote and claim more supports.
The team of Isko Moreno choose Manila as the place for proclamation rally and the area was also filled with their supporters and there also also celebrities showed to support him.
The team of Manny Pacquiao do their proclamation rally in General Santos with the full support of his wife Jinky and his mother Dionesia. Then the team of Ping Lacson with his vice presidential candidate Tito Sotto had supported by their friends in entertainment industry like Vic Sotto.
Remarks
Over all the proclamation rally of all presidential candidate done well but it's already expected that there will be trolls and bashes from different supporters. Also, the debate had no end but everything will be answered on May 2022, which is the day of election and the day that the new President of Republic of the Philippines will become elected and govern this entire nation with full of responsibility.
E-Waste Management
Have you notice that our environment is worthy polluted? Aside from trashes, plastics and bottles scattered everywhere, what do you think other factors that contributing for destruction of our environment? Can we manage to make a solution and address those problems? Yesterday our professor in Entrepreneurial Minds give us a task to think a business plan related to our course.
I don't know that we have this task since my group mates didn't remind me. We are all noob in the group that's why I'm worried if we can pass this subject. As we discuss in 9ur group chat they jokingly said to establish a business plan regarding junkshop.
I ride on their trips then search on Google what may be the possible business plan that we can choose then I encounter a E-waste management which is also a good business to earn a profit. I realize that it's also related to our course. I immediately tel out to my group mates and they agree on it. I search what are the purpose of E-waste management and the status of it in Philippines.
I notice that there's no given attention to E-waste. Let us first discuss the definition of E-waste, E-waste is those appliances, gadgets and electronic that doesn't work and already consider as trash. Usually people are just throwing them everywhere that leads to lots of serious issues. Those E-waste takes thousands of years before fully decomposed since the parts are composed of metals and other elements.
It also composed of harmful substances like Lead, Mercury, Lithium, etc that is harmful on human health, once consumed or inhaled it may leads to serious illness or worst death. I notice that the government doesn't give enough attention to E-waste without knowing that it's more dangerous other than trash can be found everywhere.
Only private companies care for E-waste by establishing an area which people can throw their old and not working electronic devices but I don't know what companies do to those E-waste. I need to do more research since I only knew the basics when I present it to the class. Even the citizen doesn't care about their E-waste sometimes they combine it to other trashes then the dump truck will deliver to garbage mountains.
Citizens have no proper knowledge on how to disposed the E-waste properly. They even left it on the road and let someone took it. As we all know that electronic devices and appliances are composed of important things that people can disengage to sell like copper wires that had huge value per kilo.
That's the reason why I choose this business plan to build a shop about E-waste management for us to help in community and also to earn an income. Our business plan is efficient and eco-friendly since we can help to reduce the numbers of E-waste in the world and also we can help to clean the environment. The business plan that we had is not fully establish.
My other classmates made a business plan about prototype products that they can sell to the market once it was made. They have also eco-friendly ideas which is good, it shows that they gonna make those prototypes and sell to the market but once it had defects or no longer functioning then our shops will accept those destroyed prototypes so that it won't get thrown that may affect the environment.
Actually my plan is to help the community without gaining any profits as long as we can help but it's Entrepreneurial subject and we all know that it involves profit that's why I need do a research how to earn on E-waste management. I know there's a way and I'm gonna look for it. I'm just worried on my group mates since some of them always absent and some are not active in class specially in activities.
Im wishing that they will cooperate as we do our business business and I know we gonna suffer at defense. I don't knowwhy professors really like to do a defense. I can feel the pressure of academic now I hope I won't get stress out of it. I need to focus but I won't forget to publish an article each day.

We are on the same Sea but not the one same Boat
We are living in this world full of inequalities,there's a huge gap in society between rich and poor. Those rich people enjoys the luxurious life, living in a mansion, spending money without even bother how much they spend, riding a sports car then gonna show their faces on the window just to boast the car that they have.
There are riches which came from rags that work hard to taste a good life and they manage to become rich and successful, they are truly definition of riches rather than those riches that feels like they are superiors. They are arrogant and selfish to the point that they don't want to waste their money in charities and donation.
They don't want to touch poor people since they feel disgusted on it, they even don't want to step on informal settlers area since they think that people living there are dirty. It's the reality of life which riches are already eaten by their ego and already influenced by the power of money.
We are living in this world which money is need, if you don't have it then you can't live. It's used to buy and pay things we need and unfortunate for those people who don't have luck to get it. I am referring to poor people, they are considered living under the poverty line which they earn atleast 1 to 2 dollars a day, its lucky if they earn 5 dollars in one day since using it they can buy foods for their family.
I was living in a third world country which poverty is the main problem, people have no jobs and they ended up living in a area called informal settle or the place where someone owned it but they occupied it. I'm not saying that informal settlers is a bad place.
In fact I always roaming around habitat which people are living happily, the houses are close to each other and they don't have faucet that's why they manually fetch water in tanks using their pales. It's very fun to be poor actually, when I was in province we are also poor and we are lucky to have foods on table.
There are reasons why my countryman are suffering from poverty, it's due to improper governance, corruption, lack of opportunities and global crisis. One of the crisis that we facing right now is this pandemic, last 2019 when this pandemic started and it surprised the world.
Lockdowns are implemented globally, business are closed, works are suspended and moved in work from home and the greatly affected is those people who don't have stable jobs specially those with no work no pay. Those people working on factory, working as sellers in business establishments and many more. Millions of Filipinos lost their job and they are problematic where they can get a money to buy food.
This crisis shows that we are on the same sea but not on the same boat. The sea resembles my country under the pandemic and the boats resembles the objects where the people hanging on. Those riches are living on yatch, they enjoy luxurious life while looking at the wide sea while there are people drowning below them, they don't care on other people's life as long as they survive.
They enjoy eating stakes while people below them are freezing due to so much cold of water and feel hunger, there are also people which living on a boat, they are considered to be in the middle, they are the one who had ability to survive but they need to save their resources, they usually give their resources to other people but they don't want to allow those people to ride on their boat since it might get sink and they will also get drown, the third one is those people who's holding in log.
Trying to swim on the sea even though they are already cold and feel hungry, their will to survive makes them motivated not to give up. Lastly, those people who already drowned, they died since they don't have something to hold, they didn't receive any help from people above them that's why they already left behind and sunk beneath the ocean.
I hope you get what I mean, I'm glad now that we are not that tight when it comes to protocols and people are able to return to their jobs and start a new life, we are already living in this new normal, even if this pandemic ends, the scar it marks to people will never begone specially to those thousands who lost their lives due to havoc of COVID-19.
Zombie Apocalypse: Would you rather
I am amazed on how users here very interested about zombies since I saw lots of articles regarding questions if zombie apocalypse will happen. Maybe it was the result of watching a Korean zombie movie titled all of us are dead. Actually I'm also watching it and there's a lot of emotions inside the movie but I don't want to spoil since I want other people to enjoy the movie.
There are lots of scenarios where they need to survive the outbreak but they didn't applied everything to survive maybe it's because they are not prepared and don't have any weapons to used, they only relying on their will to survive. The most amusing on this movie is the unity of students to survive, they help each other and planning to escape together. In movie it also shows the true nature of human once they are on death or life situation, they are willing to sacrifice others just to save themselves.
It's a great movie worth to watch. By the way, my topic for today is the questions about what would be my decision once there's a apocalypse happen, could I survive it or I'll die in an instant due to lack of knowledge and preparation to survive? without further a do let's start this question and answer portion.
Be turned into a zombie or Watch everyone you love get turned into a zombie.
If this question will talk about my only self without involving my loved ones then I prefer to watch everyone to become a zombie and assure my security and survival but the question is focusing on me and my loved ones that's why I prefer to become the zombie. If we are on situation which we trapped and the chance is to lure the zombies then I'm gonna sacrifice myself even if my loved ones didn't want me to do it. Their survival matters, there must be one person who needs to sacrifice and that's me.
I'm gonna run towards the zombies and lure them so that my loved ones will have a chance to escape while the zombies are focus on me. It may sounds a brainless plan but it's the only choice ones there's no hope anymore. There's two things that will happen on me, maybe I'll be catch or I can survive. But once I got catch and eaten alive then I'll use my enough strength to run away as soon as I can away from the direction where my loved ones take.
Have to live through the apocalypse or Be killed immediately at the beginning of the apocalypse.
The most exciting part of being in apocalypse is to witness it within our own eyes, I'm not saying this is the most fun part but killing zombies is one of my dream. It's gonna be boring once you choose to be killed at the beginning since survival matters. Maybe those weak hearted people will choose to kill themselves rather than eaten by zombies but it's the most coward decision that I can hear. It's better to live on apocalypse since I know that there's a chance of survival. Self control, learning survival skills and planning is the best way in order to survive long in harsh condition full of zombies.
If we will tackle about different kind of apocalypse like nuclear attacks, there's a little bit chance of survival since a person needs to survive the big impact of explosion that can wipe out the city in an instant, second a person needs to survive in toxic ashes and lastly people needs to wear protective gear and a mask to protect them from radiation which impossible to live in ground zero cause a person exposed in radiation can have illness like cancer and worst death immediately.
Escape the end of the world by living in space forever or Escape the end of the world by living underground forever.
This two choices are both had positive and negative impact. If we choose to live in space then there's a possibility that we can survive since there's no infection in space but the downside is there's no infinite resources resources space cause there's need a oxygen, food, water and zero gravity.
We can't live in space forever cause once the spaceship or the satellite no longer functioning since there's no one controlling on earth, it may run out of fuel then gonna fall in atmosphere of planet together with you in the end you'll also die. Second is living in underground which sounds more safer but the problem is the oxygen supply, maybe there are ways to have finite supply of oxygen but it may consume immediately specially if there's a lot of people living underground.
The next problem is Vitamin D, human needs this vitamin for the body and lack of it may leads to illness, but there's a solution, did you know that fishes are rich in Vitamin D that's why there must be underground fishing tanks full of seafood in order to sustain the problem in Vitamin D. That's why I still prefer to live underground since there's a big chance of survival, people need to go on the top to see the situation and also gather additional resources.
Remark
I bet you also think about possibility of zombie apocalypse, the question is what are the odds that you can survive depends on the place you are living and skills you have. I admit that I'm not prepared on it and killing zombies will be hard at beginning since they are also humans and its so disgusting once you stab nor shot them on their heads since the flesh will come out.
Reminiscing the Past
Earlier this afternoon I've read ate Ramona's article about living in country side. I remember that we are neighboring province I think her province is in Leyte while in in Iloilo which had little similarities in dialect. I really miss my home province. It was the place where I was born and I learn lots of things during my childhood days.
A months ago I've already wrote about my life in province and now I'm gonna reminisce it again. My home province is Iloilo it's faraway from the city but rich in different things, we are home of different agricultural products that exported within the locality. I lived in my Tiyo and tiya which I considered as my second mother and father since my biological parents died when I'm just an infant. I didn't see their faces actually.
I was raised by my Tiyo and tiya and we are 3 siblings living in their house. They treat us family and give us the care we need. We are living in a land which they don't own hopefully the owner of the land let us live there and use the concrete house. I witness different kind of things in life and I experienced lots of stuff.
As we all know provinces are not modernized just like in rural areas that's why every works are done manual. I am the youngest that's why heavy works are not given to me before, I just help my siblings gathering branches of dried woods then help them fetch the water.
My Lola is the one who cook for us, sometimes I'm the one who gather ingredients found in our surrounding like malunggay, Sayote which is a green leaf but I don't know what it's name in English. Our place is located near the ocean and mountain and there's a civilization around that's why electricity is installed, we just need to save since electricity is expensive. We have no faucet that's why we manually pumped the poso or fetch water in deepwells just to get a bucket of water.
This photo was taken way back 2018 and it was cousin in the photo. It's the way we get water in deepwell that sometimes scary cause you might get drowned once you fell from it. That's why before I was trying to hold into something everytime I pull the bucket with the water so that I won't feel but now I don't hold anymore cause I just let myself fall for the person that I like, just kidding.
Our life is also simple, my tiyo and tiya are farmers that despite their age they can still do some heavy task. My Lola really loves to plant crops and seeds that's why I always accompany her and helping her plant the seed also. My Lolo is the one who gather grasses for his carabao and cows that's why I also accompany him and I'm the one who lifting the sack.
At the very young age I've already learn how to earn money, the plastic bottles, cans and metals that I saw on the roads or in garbage dump I put it inside the sack and bring it home. That's how I get money by lying those scraps to person who's collecting it and sometimes I get 10 to 20 pesos for few kilos of scraps and being a child having that kind of money feels like I can buy anything.
I use the money in playing taxi before, it was a gambling game which you need to hit the coin inside the box using the coin you are holding, once you hit the coin out of the box it's already yours. I'm not good at it that's why I only play with my classmates which is also not good in playing. We have keypad phone that time it was Nokia which considered to be the strongest brand of phone in the world cause it can lost for decades and cannot be destroyed easily.
We are like idiots before when we try to insert earphone on it then we use the radio and it finds a station and we are so happy to hear music in radio. We climb on trees just to find a good signal for the radio. We are also like monkeys before that really loves to climb trees to gather fruits such as mangoes, star apples, black berries and Samapaloc.
Which is the most hard to climb it's tree due to ants that is so huge and painful once you get bite but the fruit of it is so delicious since there's a combination of sourness and sweetness once it got ripped already. I have such beautiful childhood, I can say that I've enjoyed my childhood life since I have lots of marks on my feet because my Lola hits me since I'm so hard headed when I was a child but my Lola truly loves me. I really miss my home province, I am planning to save money for us to have a vacation there.
Understanding Human Emotions
Is it easy to understand human emotions? Everytime we encounter people we can clearly see what their mood unless they are wearing mask. Humans are capable of showing emotions depends on the situation they are in. Sometimes people are really good at acting the the point that they easily pretend like they care but deep inside they are happy on what to that certain person. There are various types of human emotions and we will tackle them one by one.
Happiness
One the common emotions we had is happiness, we feel this emotions when we are on situation which something or someone makes us happy. Maybe we are just walking in the road then we saw epic fail moment, we can't resist to feel happy and burst into laugh once we saw that epic moment itz still include as a part of happiness.
We can also add those people that makes us happy everyday specially our partners who always gives us happiness on our faces. They are the one who make us smile if we feel lonely. If your a single person like me, then our happiness can be shallow sometimes. If we saw a funny videos on Facebook then it will make us happy, there are lots of reasons to be happy.
In this time of pandemic which everything is in mess, we should not let those negativities eats our system. It's better to look at the good side of this crisis. There are good things that once we saw it will make us happy. Specially memes that was popped out everywhere and on my own I feel happiness everyday since my newsfeed is full of memes.
Sadness
This emotions is the reciprocity of happiness, its the emotion usually felt by those people who experienced life difficulties and challenges. It's due to loneliness, no one to talk with and sometimes we can feel sadness if we encounter scenarios or watched a sad videos. This kind of emotion is not healthy at all, it will make the body moves slow since the emotions affects it.
There are reasons why people felt sadness, maybe they've got rejected by their crushes or their partner didn't give an effort and forgot the anniversary date. People having this emotions makes them unproductive they prefer to sleep all day since they have no strength to stand.
We can relate this on current situation that we have which people are just staying inside the house and don't have any people to talk with. Usually people which living alone experiencing this one, feels alone inside the room and no one to talk with is so much boring and you'll feel sad for it.
I order to rid this kind of emotions, a person should try to find a happiness to change the emotion that he or she had. People feels sadness might open their television and watch shows that full of humors. Trust me watching videos with funny scenes will make you smile in an instant.
Anger
This kind of emotions is shown once we can't control our emotions anymore and tends to shout and throw inappropriate words. In this kind of emotions you don't know what words you said as long as you unleash what you want to say.
Anger is normal thing that a human can feel but once you got angry at simple matters and you always feel this emotion then there's something wrong in you. You have Anger Management Issue already and you need a professional in order to conquer that issue of yours. It's not good that you always angry specially if your a little person, since you'll look like a mushroom turning red.
This emotion is also special weapon of ladies, in an instant they will transform and confront their partner even if they don't do anything. In Filipino term it's what they called "Toyo". Just imagine that the man is silently sitting at the sofa then their partner will stare at them badly then start fighting. Well there's a one solution for that in order to change the mood of the girls. The power of foods, of course once you buy foods doe ladies then they won't get annoyed and angry anymore.
Envy
This is another term for jealousy, it's a human emotion that tends to feel jealous towards a person who achieved something or he or she had things that you don't have. This is usually applied to those people who bullied other people. They say that they are doing that to show that they are strong but the truth is they are bullying since they also got bullied.
Also the reason why they bully someone is due to things that the person have that they don't have. The truth is they are jealous since the person had already the things that they want. It's easy to rigged those bullies, you just need to real talk them but prepare to get punch since it's expected that their pride will get hit.
Sometimes jealousy leads to more bigger problems like the person will commit a crime due to jealousy specially when it comes to love. Truly love can make a person engage on doing crime since a person can't accept the fact that the person they love is inlove to other person.
Despair
In times of life and death situation a person felt despair to the point that they will choose to save themselves rather than helping other people. They don't care about people's life cause they are desperate to live and escape.
This kind of situation usually triggers once the person had no choice, if we apply it on real life, there are desperate people who thick their faces in order to ask help to someone even if it's trample their principle. The life fair them no choice but to ask help.
Maybe you've watched All of us are dead, you can see lots of desperation scenes in the movie since the students really wants to survive and they are desperate not be bitten by zombies that's why they sacrifice the people who wants to help them.
End Thoughts
I'll end this article here, there are lots of human emotions but I choose some. There are positive and negative emotions that we can feel but there are more negative one since it's already in human nature. The instinct of humans to choose themselves first before others is always shown once they are on life or death situation.
A day with Snail
I've already posted a glimpse of what we do this morning, we jog at Arca together with a friend of mine which is @Lazysnail sorry for the tag bro. Actually I've always roaming every morning to do my routine. And it's a miracle that the snail moves in his place and message me that he wants to play badminton since he already finished all the task in school and also he wants to unwind that's why this morning I woke at at 5 then I saw the snail messaged me at exact 5 AM and asked me if I'm already ready to go.
I am surprised cause that's my wake up time but he's already ready to go. I said that I'll read an article first then prepare myself, I also told him to go first in the place that we meet everytime we play badminton. I prepare myself then bring my badminton and my tab, little did I know that my bag's zipper is lost that's why it ends up holding the bag while walking. I am choosing if I will took a ride or gonna run and I remember I am saving money that's why I choose to took the road of veterans and jogging while listening to music.
In less than 15 minutes I already reached the FTI terminal and I saw the snail waiting there. I sneak into his back and ask who's we waiting and he's surprised to see me. We talk endless about different topics like our academic life, our status in read.cash and we also talk about personal life. We are happy to see each other after a long months of not having this bonding.
It's still dark but my eyes is so sharp when it comes to ladies, I point out different spots where ladies sitting and playing, the funny part is our snail is not engage on that thing since he had badii already and he said that he's loyal to her but there's an exception if the lady had a big future. Well on me u can't resist to look to those ladies with big future since it's not a sign of disrespect but a compliment for having such big future.
Anyways, we finally reached the rectangular field which there are lots of people playing badminton. We choose to play at the middle since we want to become the center of attraction and we start playing until we exhaust. It's surprising that he improved in playing badminton and beat me to the bones.
We feel dehydrated that's why we decide to stop playing for a while and buy a bottled water. There's a confusion while we buy since the man treat us the water but ends up in confusion on how much should we pay hopefully the snail is there and he's good at computation and solve the numbers easily.
After that we went back to the field and play again, we are the center and everyone is looking at us specially to lazysnail since he's so handsome and charming. Even if it's hot we still play since we want to be strong, we also played with other people in the field but due to windows exhaustion we decide to stop playing and take a rest. We also had picture taking, you wanna guess where Am I and the snail?
After a minutes of resting we decide eat food since we already hungry and guess what rhe snail treats me. Well he's holding a 5 digits that's why he's one of my rich friends that I can rely on once I'm out of food. While we are walking we encounter a dog which had a breed and we asked the owner if we can have pictures with the dog.
As you can see the dog really loves to trample me since it thinks that I'm a food, well I'm yummy that's why eventhe dog wants to lick me , just kidding. After that we take turns and also I got picture of snail with the dog but he had good one since the dog behaves when he holds it.
After that we walk while our tummy rumbles to seven eleven store to buy the food, we choose rice with sisig since I really loves it. We chose to dine in and we eat at the second floor of the store, we talk about read.cash again and also we are hungry due to so much playing.
After we finished the food we decide to get out since it's too cold. While we are walking back to Sunshine mall the snail asked about my bebe that's why I realize to visit her in her house and we went back to seven eleven to buy coffee since my bebe really loves coffee.
We went inside the habitat and call my bebe and surprised to see her papa there, I suddenly feel ashame and say good morning to her papa. We didn't stayed there for long since it's already 10 and I have task to do in house. After that me and snail walk to our homes while talking different things again.

Is Love enough?
Did you believe that love conquer all? No matter what kind situation or struggle we are facing as log as there's a love in our heart it can be solved easily?Have you feel like love is not enough to defeat all those problems in life? This is the month of love, as a bitter person I'm not a fond of supporting those people who celebrate this month by making some cringe moments but I can be supportive to this month once I was blessed in life.
Let's start this article by defining what is love, like what I've said on my previous articles related to love, it's define as a mutual feeling towards a person or group of people but when we talk about romantic relationship, the mutual understanding and feeling of two different person are fused into one and that's what they called love.
Even before, people says that loves conquers all, as long as people have love in their hearts there's nothing in this world can destroy it and believe that someday love will become the solution to end war, misunderstanding, differences and many more and this world will live at peace.
In larger sense, we can concludes that love is truly powerful to change the world, it unites people across the borders, racism are not that rampant due to acceptance and love then the whole world is helping each other in times of downfall. Truly love is facisnating, it's the feeling that given to us by the almighty so that all his creation will be as one, no war, no hunger, no crime, only pure happiness in our faces.
However love doesn't solve anything, I believe that there's nothing perfect in this world, despite of many helps and solutions to solve the world poverty and hunger, it's a decades problem but it's not totally solved. I believe that in the future due to love there's no one who will cry due to results of war, there would be no children lending their hand to ask for food, if only whole humanity can feel true love and make this world as one.
I'm too much talking about broad discussion of love but let's focus in more specific part which is the relationship of two people, let's say that two people decide to build their own family cause they truly love each other the question is, does love is enough to make them happy as long as they live? If we try to realize the reality there are more things other than love.
There would be conflicts, struggles, and problems that both couple will need to face and do you think that love is enough for them to conquer those dilemma? I'm talking like I'm a bitter person but this is reality, not all the time love can solve everything. There would be problems financially and love can't do anything on it unless both couple will stand until the end and joint force to made an action.
Love can't full a empty stomach and that's a reality, sad to say that people are still believing in saying that love can solve anything but practically speaking people needs to do an action rather than believing in love. I believe that love needs to combine to something in order to be called a solution maybe an action and love to solve the problem people are facing.
Like what I've said earlier, two couples can consider love but with a solution in order to derive those problems in order to solve it. I still believe that love is the most powerful thing in this world but not in all instances love should be the solution.

Body Parts Can Talk
It's very amusing to witness if our body parts can talk specially if our brain can reply on our thinking but creepy once you found out that your hands had eyes and smiling at you that should creep you out of course but we can see in those animated videos that our body parts can talk.
Maybe they are describing their purpose and sometimes illustrators are creative to draw cartoons which body parts are the main lead. What if our body parts can talk? what do you think they will say? Let's start with the head.
Head
Hello it's me your head, can you still feel my presence? Of course you are, eveeytime you look at the mirror you can see me big nor small and I have a great purpose. Can you still remember how you meet your partner right now? If you remember, you've used me to accidentally bumped at your crush chest then suddenly said sorry.
Yeah I have big helped on you in making a move to your crush and guess what because of me. You became close to your crush. Sometimes I'm also the one your using if you want to protect yourself from bumping on walls or post since your busy clicking on your phone. But seriously, I have major purpose on your body, I serve as a protector of vital organs found inside of me which is brain.
Of course I'm ready to get hurt just to protect the one I love the most. I am compose of skin, skull and muscles that protecting what's inside of me that's why next time you need to be careful on your actions cause not all the time I can protect you.
Brain
I just want to give my gratitude for the head and it's part for protecting me against minor and major damages. I forgot to introduce myself, hello it's me your brain, I'm the most useful organ in your body since I'm the one who control all the muscles and commands on what your body should act.
I was placed above cause I'm the superior it means at all the things you do you must consult me first if it's right or wrong. I have lots of purposes, like I said earlier I am the Central Processing Unit of this body in which all the things happen on your body is controlled by me. I'm the one who can send signals if you feel hurt due to your dumbness, I'm the one who controls your muscles if you want to make a move.
I'm like a SD card which had terabytes of space in which you can use me to store all the knowledge you've acquired on studies, experience and self learning. I also serve as your storing device, there are millions of files on me that you can look anytime you want even if it was a photographic memory taken 20 years ago, as long as I'm healthy you can remember all those things.
All I want to say is please take good care of me cause I'm the most important parts of this body. I was in the top cause I have a purpose to use in making decisions in life, when it comes to love I'm also responsible why you felt it I'm not competing with heart since it has different purpose but always remember that think twice and use me before say or engage in an action since all actions have equal and opposite reaction and that's base on third law of motion.
Heart
Yeah brain is right, it's the most important part of the body since its the one who control everything. However I have also important purpose in this body, of course I'm not jealous to brain even though there are lots of comparison from both of us.
Still I have major purpose in this body, I'm responsible for pumping blood throughout the body so that a person have proper circulation of blood. Once there's a complication or if I didn't exist thenits very impossible for human to live. There's a famous saying that always choose mind over heart and I didn't argue with since it's very accurate.
When it comes to love always choose your mind over your heart. The funny part is I have role to pump blood but people mistakenly recognized me as responsible for having feeling which is love without knowing that the brain is still responsible for excretion of hormones came from amygdala which is known as love hormones.
I already accepted the fact that I'm a symbol of love, people draw me as shape of heart that recognized as love. I hope you can took care of since I'm also prone to different virus once you neglect your health and didn't live healthy.
There's no argument that I'm also important part of your body since I'm responsible for everything you wanna do. In short the brain will command and I'm the one who will do the actions just like the brain and brawn. I'm as strong as Buffalo, I can lift double the weight of your body.
I have lots of purposes, I'm useful in doing lots of works like typing, sketching, eating, waiving, slapping the mistress of your husband and many more. Actually your actions are limited if I'm not exist. In humorous part, how can you wash your butt without me? do you have powers to make those poop hang in your butt clean themselves? No right that's why I have still purpose even if it's little things.
I am also responsible for transmitting signal to the brain once you feel hurt physically bit once you got hurt emotionally then I'm not responsible on that. I am also the bridge why you and your partner last, I'm the one who bind both of you using me so that the bond will get stronger. That's why you need to take care of me since once I'm gone then your actions will get limited and it will affect your future, that'd why this coming new year which is 300 plus days to go, don't use firecrackers that easily to explodes.
Feet
Hey don't forget about me even if I'm at the lowest part still I'm the useful. Did you remember the time that your mother had stick on her hands and planning to hit you but you used me to run so fast until your mother didn't caught you.
I am very useful, without me your actions will get limited, you can't walk, you can't run and you can't kick the ass of your partner that fool you. I witness the days that you escape from your house just to meet with your boyfriend, I am the one who suffer from the things you've stepped on like those poop and rotten things on the ground.
You need me a lot specially if you want to run away from problems for a while, we can visit a good place which had water and sand. You can mesmerized there while you will put me under the sand and feel it's cold. You need to protect me since once I gone you'll never use me again like I was before.
I'm Afraid
Have you ever felt that sometimes your not sure if you want to grab the opportunity or enter into such situation that your not sure? I talking about love, maybe some of you had already found their true love and formed a family. I know that there are things you've risk in order to enter into relationship some are succesful but some got failed and left lots of broken hearts hanging in the ceiling of the room.
I wonder what's I felt right now, is this love? yes I know this is love but why I'm so afraid to face that four letters and one word?. I define love as a mutual feeling of two or group of people towards each other but when I focus on deeper meaning of love there's another word I discover which is relationship. It's normal to see two people loving each other in times of rich and poor.
I've witness different relationship that stands for years and both person decide to bind themselves into one by engage on marriage. It's really wonderful to feel the love, just imagine a man or a woman you love making you smile everytime, by simple things they've done like kissing you on forehead, holding your hands and do some sweet actions makes a person hearts melt.
Love is truly amazing cause it made two people feel like they are on top of the world, two people who sitting at the shore while leaning on shoulder and talking about the future. I have also friends which had solid relationship, they start their relationship at 13 and now they are road to 2 years. Just imagine how strong relationship can be if there's a communication and you always see the one you love in person.
However there are instances which two people like each other and saying sweet words to each other but there's no label. It means that they are not in relationship but they are showing affection towards each other. It's sounds that they are just fooling each other but people had reasons why they are on that state.
It's really complicated once the person asked what status they are in? The other person might not answer it since he or she's not sure if they will take it seriously. I'm in that situation, I have this girl that I've met 5 years ago, she's the same age as me but she's cute size. I assuem that she's just 13 year old tha time due to her height but I learn that she's also 16 and it's unbelievable.
Anyways, we are not that into communication, for 5 years we are rarely talking each other via social media but the funny part is I visit her on her place every 2 months just to check if she's still alive. We are close to each other even if we rarely talk to each other in chat. This past few months, I visited her on her work place since she's working as a seller of bread at a stall in terminal of FTI.
I even surprised her on her birthday when I showed myself in their stall and she got surprised. I stayed there for a moment and talk with her, I asked how she is and found out that she already broke up with her boyfriend 1 year ago and she's single for a year. She also request me to sing for her cause she's used to receive voice messages from me before. To make the story short, we became more close to each other.
I visited her in their house and I'm glad that her family knows me well, even neighbors recognized me. Her mother is also sweet and keeps asking me questions then one time her mother asked me if I'm her daughter's boyfriend then that girl said that I'm already her husband. I don't know what I'm gonna react that time it's just a joy in my heart to hear those words.
One time while we are on video call, I asked him in not serious way if we are going to take this seriously and she answered that the decision is on me since I'm the one who will make a move. I don't understand myself I've love the girl but I'm afraid to deal with the word relationship. I'm not afraid to get rejected but I'm afraid to hurt and disappoint her if there's a chance that we engage on relationship.
She's very kind, caring and beautiful, she's also independent person cause I already witness how hardworking she is in her job and also task at home. She's also not feel disgust if she hold dirty objects and she's even proud to show me her hands full of charcoal from woods. I can't understand myself, the problem is on me, I'm still immature to enter in relationship since I'm afraid to hurt her emotionally.
I had lots of things need to fix on myself, I need to make changes on me so that one day when I face her again I'm totally prepared but I know the fact that maybe one day if I face again she's already happy to another guy that she found. Maybe I just need to accept it due to my cowardness. Did you remember my goal to not engage in to relationship for a while, maybe I'll stick to that. I prefer to be Alone Sometimes
There are different types of people in this world, there are people who loves to interact and there are people who choose to be alone. We can't distinguish who's introvert and who's extrovert but one thing for sure people are really good at pretending that it's really hard to know.
There are people who really loves to interact and talk with friends or strangers, usually they are really interesting since they have lots of topics that your the one who gonna exhausted while they are keep talking.
There's no dead air if your with extrovert person, they can use different topics in order to have conversation and extroverts are the main source of latest news. They can share with you what they knew about their surroundings and also talk different nonsense.
To those not close to extrovert person they may find it irritating since a person keeps talking and really love to have conversation however for those close with that person then they immune to it already and just keep listening on it even if the topic is so nonsense but if the person is so talkative and threw lots of jokes then you can die in so much laughter.
I have this friend that loves to talk, he's a guy which good at making jokes to the point that he can change the awkward atmosphere into good one. Sometimes there are extroverts that really loves to talk however deep inside they are in pain, maybe they just want to express the pain that they had by having conversation to their friends so that they can forget their problems temporarily.
While introvert is the reciprocal of extrovert, these type of people really likes to be alone and don't bother to have conversation with people around them. They can only talk once you asked them, some people says that it's boring to be friend with introvert person but for me its more interesting to know the life of a person if they are not fond of sharing it.
Unlike extrovert which really loves to share everything even if their own life and daily routine. Introverts are usually type of people which wearing a hood while they have earphones pluck on their ears. They have their own world which they didn't bother to see the existence of humans around them.
Sometimes i prefer to be alone sometimes, I'm not saying that I'm a introvert person but I'm a ambivert it's the combination of extrovert and introvert which sometimes I really like to have conversation with my friends while sometimes I prefer to be alone specially if I feel like I need to unwind.
After I done my task inside the house, I'm gonna prepare myself since I'm gonna go to heritage park not to jog but to stay there. It's alreadycdark that's why there are few people around me, I'm just there sitting at the grass while looking at the cars passing by, I clear my mind and start to imagine things, I didn't bother to bring any gadgets since it will just distract me.
Sometimes I really love to visit my friends to their houses to surprise them specially to the house of @Coach_Romz which I always surprised him with a visit. We stayed at the side of the road talking different things, he's also my opponent at badminton.
Sometimes I'm gonna visit to the house of my friends at different barangay then gonna stay at their house. Hopefully their family knows me since I also visit them last new year and I use their karaoke to sing. I also love to have conversation with them.
I can't understand myself if I'm normal or not. Sometimes I want to be alone to jog at BGC since I feel like I need to. I will jog a few kilometer then gonna sit at the vast field of grasses resting under the heat of the sun. I'm just there looking at my surrounding and observing the movements of people.
I also inserted earphone so that I can enjoy the music. That's me I don't know why I prefer to be alone sometimes but I found it so helpful to me since I realize lots of things when I'm alone, How about you? do you prefer to have companions or prefer to be alone?
How to deal with Marites
In this world there are different types of people, there are people who thinks their own life and there are people who loves to talk other people's life, they are originally called gossipers but the changes happen and due to evolution of chismiss, the races of this entities spread across thecoutnry and they already establish a community called Marites. It's a term short for Mare anong chismis,this term was formed last 2021 and their population really known by many people.
Some people are taking it as fun to the point that thereare lots of memes about Marites and even those with Marites name cannot escape the hype, sometimes those with name marites are questioned about recent news that they heard. Welcome to the Philippines which Marites are everywhere, you can see them everywhere, in the street, in the road, at mall, at grocery store and even offices, there are lots of marites.
I think they are the spies that transported on this planet to invade and dominate humanity by getting late rnews about people and knowing their everyday routine. Marites are very informative to the point that they knew the life of a certain person. It's in Filipino culture that people are gathering outside the house due to boredom and start talking with neighbors, there's no good topic to talk with except the latest news in surrounding like gossips about a neighbor's daughter that suspected as pregnant since the belly is already big. Marites are really good at spreading fake rumors to the point that you didn't know your already a celebrity in your barangay due to fake news that was spread about you.
Other people will just believe it and start asking you if your truly pregnant,it will make you upset since you have clean and good reputation in your barangay but in an instant it ruined due to fake rumor spread by Marites about you. We can't avoid those kind of people that spreading gossips but there are ways on how to deal with them.
Approach them and talk them in Sarcastic way
There's nothing more exciting to approach those marites that talk behind you, you don't have to confront nor fight with them. You just need to walk slowly towards them and I'm sure they are having chitchat that time. Smile on them and ask them calmly about the news you've heard that they are the one who spread gossips about you.
I know that they will lie on you about 3hat you've heard that's why you need to calm yourself. Share some sarcastic words to them like there's a place in hell which serve for those who seeped gossips and heard a news that there's already a law that will punish those people who spread fake rumors about a certain individual. Maybe that time they will realize the things they are doing who ruins people's reputation and life.
Give them a Bars
Another things to do to deal with Marites is to give a bars on them, one of the best way to give them a bars is to join them in their conversation and just listen to them, I know that they will share on you the things happening on surrounding like they notice that Aling Janice family had a renovation in their house, buy their own car and seems like succesful.
Those marites will start talking about aling Janice saying that the money might came from illegal activities that's why they have the money to renovate the house and buy a new car. Of course the conversation will continue and one of them will ask you if you knew some latest news, that's the best time to give bars on them.
If they asked you then yoy can say that you have no latestnews but your building a business, once they asked what's your business then tell them you named it Mind your own, if they are smart enough to understand it then you gave them such deep bars, and that's the time to do the final move which is exiting in a gangsta way.

That's all I've got today, maybe that's the only juice that my brain secretes however I'm sure that Marites are group of people who doesn't want to see other people moving up. They don't like to see other become succesful that's why they start srepading fake news that ruined other people's life. Billion years ago when our universe was formed due to single hot mass explosion that called Bigbang, in theory states that in a form of singularity it explodes that creates larger masses that spread across darkness that leads to formation of stars, galaxies, solar systems, planets and other celestial objects found in infinite space.
Due to that explosion, the universe had been expanded so wide that as of now we can't measure how massive our universe is and if there's other universe out there. The fun part is our universe is shaped as deformed circle in which it consist of millions of galaxies inside of it and billions of planets located inside the universe.
A small facts about our universe, there's a spot in our universe called cold spot in which scientist believe that it was formed due to collision of two universe that leaves mark in our universe that lost almost ten thousand galaxies and had a temperature below absolute zero. Science is truly an interesting topic to explore specially when we talk about celestial objects such as planets, galaxies, universes, theories and many more.
One of those topic that caught my attention is the planet Proxima Centauri B, I'll give you some facts about this planet. Proxima Centauri B was located at the constellation Centaurus orbiting it's star Proxima Centauri which was 4.2 light years away from our star which is the Sun.
Unlike sun the star Proxima Centuari is a red star that takes 1 trillion years before it explodes unlike our Sun which consist of approximately 5 million years before it became a white dwarf and vanish it's light. The good news about Proxima Centauri B is, it's one of the best candidate for human relocation once our planet won't be able to sustain life and no resources available for humanity.
Proxima Centauri B is located at Goldilocks zone of its star that's why there's a possibility that hydrogen is existing on that planet which had the capability for formation of life. However we can't truly say that there's a life on that planet since it's light years away from us and the data that scientist gather came from the Hubbles Telescope that was traveling in universe gathering data about other celestial objects lurking inside the universe.
In 2016, there's a strange signal that scientist had detected using different apparatus used for searching signals throughout the galaxy and they received a signal coming from the direction of Proxima Centauri. However its not truly proven that it came from Proxima centauri since there are no strong evidence proving that it was a message.
However, there's a possibility that it's a message came from our neighboring planet, there's a possibility that there are other life form other than humans. We are in wra which we are currently in advancing our technology and we are not that truly developed when it comes to searching life in other galaxies or possible other universes.
What if in the future scientist will found that there's a life in Proxima Centauri and there's other celestial being lived on it? I know that everything will change, our history, the unsolved mystery of the past and many more. Do you know the pyramids that can be found in Egypt? It was perfectly shaped and arranged and the way it was positioned was underneath the constellation.
Is this a coincidence or a fact that there are celestial beings that once visited the planetand helped humans to build those magnificent structures that impossible to made without advance technology. There are also hieroglyphs can be found in different places and there's a possibility that other life form may create it. All those questions can be solved once the scientist prove that there are other life form more than us.
It's very impossible that our universe is vast and we are the only being that residing this universe. Maybe one day we can discover that there are other life forms out there and may visit us someday. They might be friendly but we can consider that facts that they might invade the planet to subjugate the entire population of humans.

Have you imagine what would be the life a decade or centuries later? Does everything will become advance? Is there any destructions in upcoming future that will make humanity into extinction? We can't truly predict the future unless we have a time machine to visit the future and see what happens. Ordinary people doesn't know the future, we are just waiting for it to happen before we know it.
There are many predictions about the future, some of it are good and some of it are bad. We can see how technology advance since the industrial revolution, it brings us lots of changes and made people's life easier with the help of AI robots and machineries. I can imagine what would be the future holds, big cities like New York would be the city which there would be skyscrapers that already touch the clouds, there would be flying cars, floating establishments and roads are establish in mid air.
Everything is high tech and people's gadgets are floating in the air and they will just command the AI robot to click where do they want to go. In the future, robots will become the one who will serve humanity, in house hold chores, in restaurants, even at heavy task, robots will be the one who will do it for us but we humans gonna control them. Manual labor will be less to exist since robots already take over the jobs.
Despite of all good predictions in the future we can't avoid the truth that there will be more bad effects of this technological evolution and effect of illegal activities of humans. One of the most affected by this changes is our environment. Let's talk about the situation of the planet in the future, it's very alarming right now that the planet is experiencing climate change, global warming and many more.
Our planet is changing due to us humans, one the problems that humanity will face in the future is scarcity in water. We all know the importance of water in our body, we can't live without water in this world that's why scarcity of water will become the main problem in the future, the scarcity in water happens due to so much heat that vaporized fresh water in river, dams, lakes and well that's wh in the future there will be no enough supply of water for all humans.
When it comes to population, in year 2050 the population of the world will rise in 9 Billion and in 2100 the population will drastically rise to 11 billion which is the biggest concern of the world since such tremendous number of humanity is a threat to this planet. There will be no enough resources for all, there will be shortages that may leads to global hunger, maybe scientist may invent foods that can sustain the tummy of humanity but it's still not enough due to large population of people.
I predict that China's population will increase to 3 billion in 2100 since currently they have the most number of population in the world. I believe that a large number of people is not controllable. Due to this, there would be drastic increase in numbers of people living in poverty line, the belief that the rich become richer and poor becomes poorer will become more real and itd gonna be alarming.
Large number of population means lots of needs, of course a person need to find a job in order to earn an income but due to large number of employee there would be no enough slots for everyone to get a job. When we talk about political tension in the future, there would be a possibility of world War 3 since this 2022 we already heard the invasion of Russia to Ukraine which I found alarming since it may trigger more wars.
There's no room for war on this planet since as of now, there are countries which holding nuclear, atomic and hydrogen bombs that would wiped out the city in just a single launch. If a person survive the explosion then the radiation would kill everything with life on a certain radius that's why we need to pray that wars won't happen or else it would be the end of humanity.
Everyone knows Elon Musk right? Have you heard his project about Neurolink which it suggest that humans will get implanted a chip on their brain so that it will make us more smarter and also we can use it to search any information that will automatically enters on our brain, sounds good right but somehow it's scary to think that humans have chip on their brain and there's a possibility that someone can hack those chips and control human.
I know that the robots will become a star in the future that's why scientist and inventors will create lots of them for a purpose of helping humanity but there's a possibility that they can learn on their own and plan to invade the planet and kill all humans, maybe I'm too much watching Sci-Fi movies that's why I'm imagining that this would happen but who knows right, everything in this world is possible. Human Behavior
There are different types of people in this world and they have different characteristics there are people which are kind hearted and had good looks, there are kind hearted but with not so good looks, there are arrogant people which had good looks, this type of people feels like they are superior in everything.
They feel like they are so handsome and pretty that's why people around should praise them. Good looking people have beautiful and handsome faces but their attitude is like a trash, they don't know how to respect people around them specially the elders. I encountered many kind of these people and I don't like them.
However there are also good looking people wearing a good attitude, they are the people worth to respect, they don't care if they talk to poor as long as they can make friends, they don't care if they are rich but using their hands to eat at banana leaves. Even if they are on top, they still look below them where they were before since they already experienced the difficulty of life.
Actually, there's a famous saying that a person comes from poor that became rich is not afraid to become poor again but those people that born rich cannot stand the life of being poor since they live in fancy life and doesn't experience to eat nothing throughout the day. I am really pissed of how riches behave when they are in poor area or encounter those people that asking help.
Sometimes they gonna help but it's not a pure help since at the back of their smiles while giving those help there's a feel of disgust in them. Some even says hurtful words even in front of you. Specially, those rich relatives that feels like they are superiors once you asked help from them since you didn't know where you can find help.
They will give you help but before they will give help, they will talk lots of hurtful words to you and mock you but you don't have any choice but to lower your ego since your the one who asked helped from them. Still it's wrong that you mock the person cause your higher from them. I don't understand humans, even if those people that serving at church are the one who engage in inhuman behavior.
Spreading gossips about a certain person then in the end the reputation will ruin. There's a famous artist said that sometimes those people serving on the churches are the worst one unlike those people that wearing tattoos, they looks like scary due to their tattoos but once you talk to them they are so kind and ready to listen on you.
You can't judge the book by it's cover, sometimes what we see that makes us scared is ready to help us in times of needs. Sometimes those people wearing decent clothes, no tattoo on their body are the worst one. It's really awful to realize that people nowadays are basing on looks rather than attitude specially in love.
Maybe our eyes can fool us but not our hearts, maybe we just need to discover what's the true nature of a person in order to know him or her better. We don't know the reason why people wants a tattoo on their body, sometimes it's for display to show its beauty but there are people who's wearing lots of tattoos cause they have the reasons.
Maybe those tattoos resembles the pain that they have, the memories that they have or they wear tattoos since they want to show their braveness under their weakness. Some arrogant people easily judge those people with tattoos, once they saw a person with tattoo, they will immediately think that he or she's an addict or a member of gang.
They will avoid that person since they see that they have tattoos without knowing that the person is a kind and good hearted, he accomplished lots of achievements and manage to help lots of people rather than the person who judge him that no achievements in life and doesn't do anything to help the community.
Humans: Most Dangerous Species on Planet
Our planet was truly magnificent and one of a kind. It's the only planet in solar system that had life and located at the goldilocks zone. The planet was formed a billion years ago with rocks and magma, there's no life present but due to natural phenomena happened on planet, it changed into rock planet into a terrestrial planet which water formed that considered to become a habitable planet.
The earth with life was formed billion years ago, there's already a life before and considered now as dead species and some are evolved into new species that still present in the planet. Our planet is truly one of a kind, among the 9 planets, Earth had only life and can sustain life for all kind of living species.
Hundreds of million years ago, humans was born from our ancestral species which are apes, there are studies that the apes had different species but the last species of apes stand is Homo Sapiens which evolved into humans. There are other theories about origin of humans but the most acceptable theory is from Darwin's Theory of Evolution which states that humans came from apes and evolved.
Our ancestors was learn in environment and evolved as time goes by. Our planet became our playground and we learn different things like how to set a fire which is a great discovery of our ancestors, from that moment our ancestors learned different things like making stone tools and survive in harsh environments.
As we jump to the present, we can conclude that humans truly became civilized and manage to be on top of food chain, we are known as predators and those species below as considered as our preys. The humans used the whole capacity of the brain and use it to the limit, it's the reason why lots of discoveries had been invented that helps humanity. Now the technology is truly rampant due to intelligence of humans who invented it. We are glad to see how humans evolved but was evolution happen there's an exchange of it, it's our planet.
Humans Illegal Activities
Humans used the earth as playground to the point that they started to abuse it. Humans are too curious to the point that they start harming the environment. Humans needs to sustain their basic needs like clothing, houses, foods so that they can survive that's why they start hunting animals, cutting down trees and it's considered to be accepted but human is so greedy to the point that they are abusing the planet.
Illegal activities like deforestation, illegal mining, pollution, hunting extinct animals that leads to imbalance of ecosystem, turning forest into facilities for research purposes but ended up destroying acres of land. It's too devastating to see the situation of out planet now. Unlike before that our planet is lush and green, there's a animals everywhere, tall trees around and clean air is breathable.
However, the planet today is cannot be distinguish like it was before, pollution are everywhere due to humans actions, the bodies of water is not safe to swim due to waste floating, dirty water flowing from drainage to sea or river coming from establishments stands, massive amount of garbages looks like a mountain.
As we visit places with lots of forest before, we feel sorry for our planet since trees are cut down to turn into furnitures, build houses and other purposes but it's too much. Many trees are cut down in an instant but doesn't replace, it takes minutes to take down a large trees but it takes years or decades for them to regrow into that size again.
Earth is Dying
The planet became hotter due to global warming, our atmosphere is already colored grey due to smokes ans other harmful gases present such as carbon monoxide. Those harmful gases are trapped in our atmosphere that leads to increase the temperature of our planet. The season of wet, dry, autumn and winter cannot be predicted since anytime the season of winter can be happen at season of summer, it's the result of human actions and its already late to solve the problems.
We are already at 7 billion and if there's a million of people who wants to save the planet then there's still a billion who ruining it. The organization around the world is trying to make an actions to save our planet but in large scale basis, there's nothing we can do.
Our planet is already sick and there's no cure on it, I think the only thing to make this planet recover to its original state is to make humanity vanish for thousands of years. The only thing I saw here is humans is the most dangerous species that ruined this planet, we humans destroy this beautiful world that is only one of a kind in this solar system or even in the universe.
I think in the future the most suitable way to save this planet is the cryosleep and human petrification. In form of cryosleep humans will sleep in a chamber for thousands of years and gonna wake up once the system gets online again, after thousands of years the humans can witness the change of the planet, the buildings are already collapsed and the planet already restored its original state.
Conclusion
We humans are the reason why the planet is already dying, it was a beautiful planet before but it was destroyed by us. We can't do anything about it to save it on larger scale, I believe that this planet won't last the human greediness and cruelty, I hope that I'm the future, humans can able find another home planet that is the same on planet earth and never repeat the mistakes that destroyed the earth.

The definition about maybe tackle about business however trust is applicable in any aspects of this life for an instance there's a trust in love, friendship, family, Co workers, and sometimes we give trust to strangers that we encounter randomly.
Trust is something that we can freely give to anyone, if your a type of person who easily gives trust to anyone then sometimes the person whom given the trust can be trustworthy enough to hide those what we've shared but sometimes we can encounter those people that hiding their true face behind their backs and gonna spoil those things that we've shared on them. They are what we called traitors.
Sometimes it can be your friend, your lover and strangers. You can't trust no one in this world, that's why you can't blame those people who can't trust easily since they already experienced betrayed by the people who trust them most. In this world its really difficult to distinguish those people if they are trustable or not cause sometimes people are really good at pretending that they care but deep inside they don't have any interest on what your sharing.
Sometimes they can be your comfort zone once your in pain but if you have argument with them then that's the time that the stories you've shared will be in trend for a day. There are lots of aspects why it's really difficult to trust anyone.
Love
There's nothing more joyous to be love and get in love, the feeling that the world is spinning towards the person you love the most. The feeling of giggle everytime you see the man or woman standing beside you, there's a mutual understanding towards each other to the point that you've given your trust to that person.
You believe that he or she won't betray you and the things you've shared won't get spread. You believe that your the only person he or she love however not all fantasies became true. There are people who got bored in relationship easily, sometimes once engage on fights, the secrets will start popping out and using social media to start spoiling the secrets.
Also, the trust you've given started to perish when the time has come that there's no spark in relationship anymore, there's a third party involved and the trust already broken. You've trust too much to your partner that's why the pain is also too much when he or she betrayed you.
We tends to learn from our past mistakes but we still repeat it then did the same mistakes again. That's the reason why giving enough trust in love is okay but giving too much is poison, in the end your the only one who will get hurt.
Friendship
I know that all of you have what we called friend and bestfriend, they are the people who knows us and know some of our secrets. They are the people who we talk everytime we have something to share, they are the people we hang out with and talk lots of things then do some hilarious actions.
They are the people who knows who we hate and who we loves, they know what our likes and don'ts and lastly they are the people who trust the most. It's wonderful in feeling to have lots of friends since the more the merrier, somehow the more friends you have the more problems you'll carry. If you accompany a certain group of friends then the other group will get jealous and start thinking that your abandoning them.
We all know that gossips is truly widespread specially in my country, in just a single day you'll heard to your neighbor the gossip that your pregnant since someone spread it. Then you investigate on it and knew that it was your friend who ruining your image. It's really difficult to trust even if it's your friend since once you are in bad situation then they won't help you and sometimes they become the reason for your fall.
It's okay to have few friends atleast you knew that they are true to you. There are also instances that we have bestfriends for years and you have a boyfriend for years also, you've realized that your boyfriend is loosing interest on you and feeling cold.
Little did you know that your bestfriend is flirting your boyfriend and they have relationship, the fight start and you confronted your bestfriend. As we can see even your bestfriend is not trustable, my only advise is do not give trust too much and also try to become if everything is still in right position.
Conclusion
Trust is something that we can easily give to anyone but let's remind ourselves that giving too much trust may end into disaster. We can't bake those people that difficult to trust, they once kind-hearted before but the betrayal makes them unable to trust easy again.
I don't trust people easily, I'm hanging out with them but I don't share any secrets that I know may ruins me in the future. It's better to go with the flow with your friends but be observant who's the real and who's the traitor.
My 9th and 10th Day
No one imagine that a lazy person like could reach this far, you know I'm a type of guy that waking up every morning then gonna open my tab and play mobile legends. I'm too lazy to stand and make some exercises that's why my body is so thin, I don't care what people may say about me and I focus more on gadgets however when I look my body at the mirror o realize that I'm so thin.
Another thing that motivates me is when I talk with my friend and we set a goal to save money and also make our body fit. That's the reason why I got motivated and set my goal to become fit. It's a milestone of me to reach 10th day of jogging in different places with my friends and sometimes on my own.
It's very exhausting to jog kilometers away but my mind didn't give up sometimes I feel like my heart gonna burst but I rest for a while then continue jogging, even if I'm look like a stick walking still I pursue to jog, hopefully the view helps me a lot to ease the exhaustion I have, the view is so worth and it was added by those beautiful ladies passing by who also jogging.
Yesterday was my 9th day and I jog together with my friends in Arca South, they wish to visit it since they didn't reach it yet that's why we choose to jog and play on that place. When we reach Arca it's amusing to see it again since it's almost 3 months since the last time I play there.
There are lots of people around us who also jogging and looks like there's no Omicron but I know everyone ofus are taking safety precautions. We went to middle part of Arca 3hic there's a vast field which everyone can play sports like badminton. I manage to play well with my friends. After we play I feel exhausted that's why we take a rest and decide to have some pictures.
I feel like I gained weight
That's wearing a black shirt, if you only see my body before, I'm so thin that I'm look like a stick but now I feel like I gain some little weight due to exercise and jogging. That's the time that we finished playing. After that we decide to return to entrance cause I have other friends which coming. I call them to check where they are and were having trouble in looking for each other cause I don't know where they are.
We have video call but we don't know where they are hopefully I found a landmark that's why I guide them to go in my position. I saw them at far and by the way they are both girls. One of them is my crush, they gonna execute their activity in PE and also I will pay the drawing that I request. I request to made a drawing of ky crush and give it to her, we went first to LTO so that they can perform their badminton activity.
I'm the one who helped my crush in executing basic drills in PE and were having fun while doing it. We are comfortable to each other since we are friends but she knew that I have crush on her, I even promise that I'll woo her someday if I already establish my body and also saved enough. She still had no boyfriend but I'm very shy still to approach her. Torpe problems really ruins me.
After that we play a little then decide to stop at Seven Eleven to have some foods to eat. We went inside the store and picking some foods to eat we even fooling each other who's gonna treat everyone but in the end they decide to bought their own food since they have own money while I treat my friends and buy them rice with sisig in a box.

We even took a photo in concave mirror of seven eleven the lady in white is my crush, she's so cute and kind that's why i like her. I forgot to have a photo with her cause I'm also busy assisting my friends which waiting for me.
After we bought the foods we want we go outside and we part ways, they gonna go home while I'm gonna accompany my friend and we gonna eat the foods I bought. Thats how my 9th day goes and my 10th day is I solo jog in BGC, I'm also happy that I reached the place on my own, I even admire the beauty of my surroundings and discover new places.
I think it's already 7 AM when I reached the spot that I really like to take rest. I sit there while facing the sun so that my sweat will come out. I walk there for a while and looking at those dogs that running in the field. I also execute some exercises like push ups, jumping Jack, sit ups and other basic exercises.
After that I proceed to jogging again since I need to go home, I even went inside 7 11 to buy foods and drinks since I feel hungry. I always buy Smart C since it's very rich in Vitamin C.

It's really motivating to do the things you want if you have some inspirations, like me the girl in white was my inspiration that's why I'm pursuing to make my body fit, I know it's not gonna easy it make takes months or year before either achieve a healthy body. I just need to become persevere and there's no room for procrastination.
Things to Remember in Life
Lots of things need to be remembered, maybe those memories of the aprt that we need to cherish, advises from different people around us, the lessons we learned from school that we need to remember since we need to apply it on real life.
However not all advises are forgotten sometimes since we humans are enough capable to digest those information. There are also instances why people immediately forgot the things they experience in the past and promise not to repeat again, but months or years later they gonna repeat the same mistakes again.
Know the Person First
This is applied in friendship and love, when it comes to friendship we can encounter so many people that will show kindness to us and even want us to become friends. However we can't truly distinguish person's attitude in a single stare, it takes time for us to know the person well.
Challenges and struggles are needed to conquer in order to prove that the person is truly true to us and there's no bad intention. When it comes to mutual relationship, a person specially a lady shouldn't trust easily the man who's wooing them, some ladies are inlove with physical appearance without knowing the true nature of that man.
In the end, regrets happens and sometimes leads to some serious issues involving crimes. That's the main reason why ladies should pick the best man for them, they need to test how persevere and dedicated that man by putting them into challenges and let them wait until you are ready. If they pass the test then it's time to give them a chance however chance only but not the trust.

Do you know Asiong Salonga? He's a famous person in Tondo Manila and considered to be terror but he's a kind hearted to people who's asking help from him. Asiong was betrayed by his right handed man and bestfriend due to money.
The enemy of Asiong bribe Asiong's bestfriend to shot him in head with the exchange of money. That incident is one of the reason why you shouldn't give your full trust to people even if it's your bestfriend.
Maybe we knew that our friends are real but in times of difficult situation they might be the reason for us to be in anger, even your bestfriend can spill out your secrets to other people if you have misunderstanding and fight. Even your boyfriend can black mail you once you got break up and he want something from you.
See? This world is not trustable at all, even close people towards us can be a silent assassin that always ready to execute us once we made a single mistake or we let our guard down. It's not bad to trust people at all but there must be limitation, cause trusting too much may lead to betrayal.
Don't Argue with Close Minded People
The people feels like they know everything, specially those arrogant and egoistic people that doesn't want to accept any opinions nor other information that against their belief.
This usually happening to debates, sometimes debates is so fun and knowledgeable if two parties are exchanging their thoughts towards the topic and arguing base on what they side is, listening to other parties opinion and argue it will still respect that kind of argument is really fascinating to witness and you'll see that they were truly intelligent.
However, there are people who loves to argument but they don't want to accept other people's thoughts or bashing the person who's against his or her stand. As a person who loves debating, it's very important that your open minded to all the perspectives and opinions other people had, if they are against your belief then you must respect it and talk with that person then listen to his or her side.
So that you can understand the thoughts of each other. It's not worth it to argue with close minded people since they don't want to listen to your side at all. If they want to argue with you then it's better to tell them that you have no time to talk with sheets, just kidding. Just make an excuse so that you can escape.
Don't take Life Seriously it's Important to have some Enjoyment
There are people who take life seriously, focusing too much on studies that they forgot how to enjoy, they didn't experience the fun of life and their life is so boring.
There's a two argument with this topic, you know the abbreviation YOLO? it means You Only Live Once and it was a famous abbreviation used by teenagers nowadays, there's nothing wrong in this belief cause it might true that life is too short that's why we need to enjoy everything, another counterpart of this belief is teenagers should focus on their studies first and prioritize to become succesful in life so that once they are stable.
It's the time for them to enjoy life with the success and money they have. The two opinions are colliding yet it depends to the person on what he or she will believe but for me I'll choose the middle, it's better to enjoy the life while the goals is still the priority.
Conclusion
We have lots of things to be remember, we somehow forgot it due to certain circumstances but ourselves must know what is right and wrong, who should we trust and not. There are lots of things to remember but I choose only what's on my mind.
7th Day of Jogging
Little did everyone know, I made a goal in myself to achieve a fit body by taking a exercise everyday then work out with the combination of eating healthy foods. I made this goal since I realize the future of me if I have this kind of body. For seven straight days of taking exercises and work out, I see some changes on my body like my arm muscle shows up and my breathing is now okay.
When it's my first day to do my daily jogging, in just few meters of slow running I suddenly feel nauseous and I'm out of breathing that's why I always put down my mask so that I can breath well. Hopefully, the authorities didn't scold us if our mask are down since it's really hard to breath while jogging.
But in 7 days of jogging straight, I notice that I can run hundred of meters without getting vomit or feel our of breath, I also do proper way of inhaling and exhaling so that I can continue jogging without getting collapse. Hopefully, there are lots of trees around that gave me enough oxygen to breath.
This morning I jog up to BGC together with my friends. I really thought that they can't handle to reach that far but they did. I chatted on our gc to check if they already awake and I'm glad they are. I went to their house then I saw a friend there waiting outside since there are lots of dogs in the gate. At 6 AM we start walking to heritage park.
We are 3 boys and 2 girls in a group and two of them are love birds and the rest are siblings except for me. We went to heritage then I start jogging slowly while I left them in a distance. I don't want to walk since my body is excited to jog.
However I stopped in one place to wait for them then gonna continue once they are near. They totally walking, I think it's 30 percent jogging and 70 percent walking while me, I really enjoyed jogging around. I think at 7 AM we reached the entrance of BGC and we choose the straight path which was surrounded by lots of plants and trees, perfect for nature lovers.
So Beautiful
Then we walk straight and encounter such magnificent green field which had trees in the middle. Hopefully it was preserved and no one stepping on the grass. We took this photo and didn't find a good angle since we are not photographers.
I am looking for an angle which the sun is the background but I'm afraid to be hit and run by cars since there's a road at the left side. Still it was so beautiful and magnificent, if you want to see this then it was located at the entrance of BGC which you gonna take the straight path. There's also bikers taking rest at the distance since the atmosphere here is super calm and relaxing. It's so perfect for couple dates.
I'm planning to visit this again if I have time to jog again. Then we continue walking on straight path, we don't want to jog anymore since our feet is already aching, we just enjoying the view that we see and trying to embrace it. Then we encounter many stop lights and we're having fun at the road.
We are talking too loud, hopefully the authorities didn't get mad at us ans ask us where's our vaccination card. We continue walking until we reach a familiar place, it was a garden which people stay and there's also Filipino games that was present there such as patintero, piko and there's also a animal that look like lizard which you gonna need to change its colors, sad to say we didn't took a photo of it.
After that we decide to go back but we are already lost, if your at BGC you can't get lost but the places are look the same that's why it's confusing to go back.
Then we see this vast green field and decide to take photoshoot here. It's so massive that it was perfect for those people eho had pets since their dogs or cats can freely roam around. I feel I'm gonna pee that time that's why I decide to find a perfect spot which there's no people around and there's a wall that can cover me.
Then I found a bush where there's a bougainvillea that's why I look to the left and right and start unleashing the call of sea. After that we stayed there for a minute until we decide to go back in Headquarters of Philippine Army.
They even took some photos, I don't know what they are thinking when they choose the water bottle as their subject. As you can see in the brown shirt guy there, and I notice that I'm not that totally thin, maybe I gain some muscles due to continuous jogging.
This place is so perfect destination to jog or to have date with your girlfriend or boyfriend. It's free to enter in this place and it's located here on taguig, you can visit BGC anytime since you can see lots of magnificent things and massive building around.
Visiting BGC after more than 3 Years
It's been more than 3 years since the pandemic ruins the world and brings global lockdown that really affects humans life. The things we've done before have change and people are mandated to stay at home for the safety of self and the family.
Lots of things are affected specially business, livelihood, jobs, and greatly affected the economy that brings each country into verge of crisis. Some countries specially belongs to third world don't have any choice but to borrow money again to World Bank since there's a financial situation happens that needs more money.
That's the reason why the debt rise again that we need to pay for life and even our grand grand children will still pay those debts. Anyways, this is not my topic for today, I just want to share with you the milestone I've made this morning when I jog to Bonifacio Global City and I'm glad to see the place again but it's now more beautiful since there's less people roaming around specifically those employee going to work.
This morning I've decided to wake up at 4:30 AM then the first thing I done is visit my read.cash then open those notification and also read one article since I want to stay active even if I'm going to jog for hours. I wash my face and brushcmy teeth so that I can feel refreshment on me after that I change my clothes and prepare the badminton racket together with my tablet.
Since I'm using the badminton bag in order to hide my bag and tablet on it. At 5:20 I went to heritage park to do some warm ups so that my muscles won't get surprised when I start jogging. As usual I run towards the end of army gym then continue the path to Headquarters of Philippine Army then I take a little rest the continue jogging to entrance of BGC.
Entrance of BGC
At the side you can see Mc Kinley West and Southside. There's two way you can choose to continue your jogging, there's a straight way which is one way and surrounded by trees perfect for nature lovers.
Then the next way is on the left one which is also perfect since there's a garden inside of it, I prefer to choose the left side since I remember before that it was the path we are choosing everytime we jog here.
This is the garden I'm talking about, it's nice to see this beautiful garden again. There are lots of plants both side and I am planning to take some however there are CCTVs everywhere.
The most fun part here is, it's good place for introvert person like me since there's no people around you. Maybe I'm just early since the sun doesn't rose that time. I walk up the path until I reached the first condo buildings that I think serve for those rich people.
You'll see the intersection then that's the sign you already entering at the center of BGC, I continue jogging holding my badminton bag and people keep looking at me, I don't know why.
First Stop
I take some rest at the side of the road, I found this view astonishing that's why I decide to take a photo for my myday. Actually it was my 6th straight day of jogging but this is the day that I jog this far. There's a vast green field where prohibited to step on.
Also in this area I grab the opportunity to take more selfies of mine, hpeofully there's few people walking across and they are also joggers and guess what there are also foreigners around but sad to say they are all adult, I am looking for those ladies around but unfortunately there's no one present.
New Destination reached
This is the milestone I've reached, it is the famous St. Luke's Hospital located here at BGC taguig. I stop here a while and took some photos and guess what it's not that easy to reach this place cause there's a lot of stoplight need to pass. Sometimes I am lucky to catch with green light but sometimes unlucky since I need to a hundred second before I can walk in pedestrian lane.
There are few people that doesn't follow the lights but I'm a good citizen of this country that's why I wait for the lights turn to green so that I can keep myself safe and also once I got into accident then there's no loopholes and the driver who bump me will give the money to me, that's easy money baby. Little did I know that my mask is worn wrong, the white is on outside, maybe that's the reason why they keep looking at me.
After that I tried to return to Mc Kinley West but it looks like I'm lost. I'm not panic at all cause I enjoyed roaming around with the beautiful nature on me. I asked a biker then he told me that I need to take the straight path and I'm glad in back at entrance of BGC. I jog again so that I can return to Headquarters of Philippine Army then jog again to return in Army Gym.
I'm hungry
Due to long distance jogging, my tummy is aching and my throat is asking for some liquid that's why I decide to stop at Seven Eleven to rest myself. It's a milestone to reach that far that's why it's worth it to celebrate. I went outside the convenience store after I paid it.
Later I found out that there's no sachet of mustard and ketchup on my hotdog that's why it made me piss off, how I'm gonna eat the hotdog without any mustard on it. I'm so hungry that's why I eat the bread with hotdog while drinking the Smart C. Then I return home after that.
Conclusion
This is the goal I made to myself, I promise to make myself fit that's why I'm doing my best to jog and exercise everyday so that I can achieve the fit body that I want. There's no room for procrastination, I know that sowmtimes I feel tired and my eyes want to close more.
But I'm pinching myself then boosting my will that I have a goal need to fulfill. I will achieve it no matter what happen. It's my first time to pursue this kind of activity of mine.

I've encountered many articles regarding their photos on their galleries as they mesmerized the memories on that photo. I think it was the first prompt of the year and I forgot who made this prompt but a big credits to him or her since I survive this day without thinking deeply about the topic I need to write.
Since 2013, we have shared phone together with my siblings, it was Samsung that has memory card on it, I have lots of photos in that memory card that's why I keep it safe that until now it's still on my tablet. Due to technological evolution we are able to capture beautiful moments in our life in just a single click unlike before that it's really expensive to have a photo.
Nowadays, in just a single click you can easily store the memory in one micro chip then you can look for it anytime. The memories of happiness, sadness, sorrow, love, first heartbreak, jejemon days and many more. I'm so sorry if I'm so talkative, without further ado let's start this raid on my gallery.
Visiting Baguio City (2013)
This photo was taken way back 2013 in Camp John Hay in Baguio City, this is one of the most memorable moments of my life cause we are able to visit one of the coldest places in the Philippines. Yeah I'm so cute when I was a little but now I'm not cute but handsome already, just kidding.
I have clear memory on this one, the first place we visit on Baguio was Strawberry Farm which we pick delicious strawberries and hide some on my pocket. Then after that we visit other tourist spot for 2 days such as Mines View, Lourdes Grotto, SM Baguio, La Presa which was forever more was shooted, and I forgot other places.
It's me together with my siblings, I enjoyed roaming around baguio city specially its very cold that I need to wear jacket just to make myself warm, the most fun part if your living in Baguio is the water, well we tried to woke up early in the morning then I went to the bathroom to take a bath .
When I touched the water it's so cold that makes me freeze for a moment. I don't know that there's a heater and I don't know how to turn it on. That's a good memory of me and I hope I can go back to Baguio someday and visit those places again.
Somewhere in Bulacan (2016)
It was vacation that time when our aunt told us to visit them at Bulacan and we will have a swimming. The name of the resort is Noah's Park, I have lots of memories here, I remember that this place is near on the zoo that's why there's animals you can see at the perimeter of the zoo.
This resort can give lots of activities, there's a swimming pool for kids and adults, a terrain which anyone can climb and take pictures, there's also a videoke which needs to be rented. However my most favorite activities here is the maze, at first try I didn't manage to get out that's why I climb at the top to see where's the finish line.
After that I tried it so many times and manage to see different things inside the maze, there's even a little pond where's a fish is swimming. Then the next favorite activity I tried is the hanging bridge, I think it was 50 ft under the ground and it's very scary to walk on the bridge since other people makes it swing, at first try I feel like I'm gonna vomit.
I look under of it but when I'm on the middle, I enjoyed it a lot and also make it sway to scare my sister. I have also good memories in this one since we have other relatives came and they brought a shakeys pizza.
Visiting Iloilo (2018l
This is the time where my sister died due to brain tumor, my older sister and my relatives decide to take her home in province since we believe that the place you where born should be the place you will bury. We too, her home using ship and it takes us 2 days in the sea until we reach the port of Iloilo.
I'm glad to see my relatives specially my Lolo and Lola since it's almost 6 years since we left the province. There's a happiness yet sadness in me cause it's my goal together with my sister to visit our hometown again and we made it but she's already gone, still I do what she want.
I visit the house of her friends, visit the school where she attend elementary and high-school and even talk with her friends. I know that she's with me that time and I'm glad that I fulfill what she want to do if she's alive. As you can see in the photo, those are my cousins and my Lolo. Can you believe that he's already at 70s yet he's still strong to took care the farm land and feed the animals.
I'm glad that the kids helping him if they have no classes. And my Lola is also strong that she's able to help in farmland and fetch water at the distance well. I really miss my province, last 2019 we are planning to go home but the pandemic happens and it canceled out our flight. Hoping that this pandemic will ends so that I can visit my home province again.
Recent Photo (2022)
This photo was taken this morning at Heritage Park, we jog first up to Army Gym and go back to heritage park, my original plan was to jog upto Bonifacio Global City but I was with them that's why I stop and wait for them still I'm glad that I jog for a few meters after that we went to Devdn eleven to buy foods.
We look like idiots inside the convenience store since we are so loud talking and they don't want to get foods even if the treat is on me. In the end we manage to get our own drinks and bought some bread with hotdogs.
We eat it in heritage park, after that we play badminton while the two love birds in front are enjoying having conversation. Tomorrow we are planning to jog again but if they dont want then it's okay on me since I will jog up to BGC again.
Conclusion
Thanks to technological changes we are able to capture moments that we love, those photos that we can click anytime and try to remember beautiful things happened on that photo.

The Seven Stages of Life
In life there's a cycle that we called, people born and people die, we are not immortals that's why we have limited time on this world that we can spend in those important matters. We have different roles in society as time goes by, If your familiar with the poem made by William Shakespeare titled the Seven ages of Man then you'll realize that we are living in cycle of life.
It was divided into Seven parts which are infant, schoolboy, lover, soldier, justice, old age and last is extreme old age but I include the death in the last part since I believe that death is the final destination of us humans and we can't avoid it.
For me death is something that we need to accept since we humans have limited life, that's the main reason why we should spend that time in appropriate way so that once we are at verge of death due to old age, we can say that we became happy throughout our journey. Without further a do, I'll go explain those Seven stages of life.
Infant
There's nothing more exciting to see a cute little infant that born in this world. This is the stage of life which we called the beginning, in this stage an infant is growing and learning basic things like speaking, walking, and crying out loud to tell that they need to poop or they feel hungry.
This is the stage where parents need to give the necessity and needs of the child so that they will grow healthy and no illness. This is also a stage of life which we don't care about this world, we are just happy crawling and touching things.
School boy
School is one of the stages of life we start attending to school, Sometimes we don't want to cause we are afraid specially on the first day but our mother will gonna pinch our ears once we didn't attend the school. This is the learning stage of life, we both teach inside our home and school about academics and proper behavior that a student must have.
In this stage we are mold inside the school. The teachers have roles to pass the knowledge to us so that we can learn something that we can use in the future. In this stage we start to understand things, we start realizing the importance of what we do and in school they teach basic knowledge about life.
Well school is not about just learning but fun, students usually engage on recreational activities prepared by the school in order for students to learn something. In this stage we sometimes explore what's new to the point that we made mistakes and there's nothing bad on it since our curiosity really killing to the point that we are trying to explore things in life. It's all part of our journey to mold ourselves.
Lover
This is the stage of life which a man is feeling affection towards opposite or on the same gender, in short its what they called love. This is the stage where a man having crush to a girl or vice versa and they gonna try to unleash their feeling and confessing to the person they love.
Once both like each other, they will enter into new stage which is relationship, in this stage they gonna experience ups and downs, for youngsters they called it as puppy love or not so serious relationship. A man can feel happiness together with the person he loves but can also feel broken and sadness.
If the relationship doesn't work that ends up in breaking apart. It's still a part of a man's journey. It's normal for us to explore things specially in love. Soemtimes we learn but sometimes we didn't to the point that we didn't learn anything from our past mistakes.
Soldier
This is the stage where a man is battling in life, facing those problems and struggles that making them broke. However they are the soldiers that keep standing no matter how many times they fall. They are still fighting even if there's a little possibility that they can win.
It's a matter of courage and braveness to face those problems and once surpass those struggles, they can say that they did it. They didn't lose hope cause they believe that they can do it. This stage is usually applied to those succesful people that crawl into shattered glass in order to climb at the top of the hill.
They are the people who believe in their self that they can do it even though the people around them doesn't support and mocking them. This is the most challenging part of life cause we might experience ups and downs, this is the stage where there's already a responsibility we need to fulfill.
Justice
This is the stage of life which refers to those middle 50s or 60s usually they already matured enough to understand everything. They are the one who knows everything for the betterment of themselves and people around them.
They are able to make wise decisions and judge the situation fairly without any bias. This is only applied to those people who truly reached this stage cause somehow there are people who already in this stage but acting like immature.
They are the one who will make decision but they are only one sided, they believe in only one statement and doesn't look at other circumstances. Those people in this stage are the one who gonnabe ask if we dont understand a certain question, sually they gonna give advise base on their opinions, sometimes it's helpful but soemtimes it doesn't.
Old Age
This is the sixth stage before the final stage, it's the part of life which we are already old that our bones is not that strong to engage on any activities that we want. Usually we gonna stay home and became lonely since we are looking for the care of the children that we have like the care that we did to them when they are child.
It's common scenario which elders are abandoned by their own children and doesn't want to own responsibility to take care of them. It's really sad but it's the reality, some elders are on Elders house take care by the volunteers since they are already abandoned by their family.
In the future if I have children then I don't want to urge them to take care of me cause I believe that even if I'm old, I am strong enough to live for the rest of my life, however if they gonna give help then I won't refuse their offer since I also need some assistance specially when it comes to financial.
Death
For me this is the final stage of life that we should expect to happen, like I said earlier that humans life is just temporary and we will vanish in this world no matter how strong we are. Sometimes old age people already accepted their faith that's why they are getting ready for it.
Some people are investing on their funeral plan cause they believe that life is unpredictable and they need to prepare so that once they perish in this world, their family don't need to worry on funeral cause it was already paid.
This is the most saddest specially to the family that will left on this world, it takes time for them to move on since they really love and missed the person that they love the most. Death is something that we can't escape, sometimes there are people died in old age but some are unfortunate died early without experiencing the other stages of life.
Conclusion
There are seven stages of life that we need to experience, those stages that we learn something and mold us to become who we are right now. Currently, I'm on stage of schoolboy and lover, I'm into stage of soldier but I need to graduate first then after that the true battle of being a soldier will started and I need to face the reality of this life.
It's a stages of life that we need to pass and we don't need to feel sad if we grow old since we are sure to ourselves that we made our life joyful and full of happiness, atleast once we perish in this world, we don't have any regrets.
Goals: Become Fit and Save Money
A few days ago me and my friend @Coach_Romz sitted at the bench located at Centennial village, we talk random things about life while sipping softdrinks and eating junk foods. We talk about our academic situation and we are glad that we finished the semester without any anomaly. We also talk about read.cash and I told him the things should do in order to become active in the community.
Suddenly our topic shifted into more serious one. We talk about the future, we talk what may happen once we graduate in college. As of now we are at 2nd year that will take 2nd semester this upcoming week. It's almost 3 years that we are in online class and we found it difficult specially for me that I'm on course that I don't have any interest but no choice since the slot is already full.
I was aiming to enter in business someday but I ended up in electrical course. While he entered in a course that he truly loves which is mechanical engineering, he's dedicated on his course and also had big dream for his family. I know his difficult situation and I witness how he's trying to cope up those problems by on his own way, he's already a breed winner and doing his best to earn money so that there's a food serve on their table.
We shifted the topic into more motivational one, we talk about our goals in life, we talk about the future that waiting for us that's why we conclude to make a goals in life. That's the time that I realize how I wasted my life doing nothing. I awake in reality that life is not easy and I need to make some changes in my life.
Become Fit
One of those changes to myself is my body, well my friend had already fit body since he's engage on gym before while me I have a thin body that needs lots of improvements. For almost decades of being thin, I don't care about my body and don't care how people see me as long as I am living with no dilemmas but I realize that I need to change myself, I need to become fit since there are lots of benefits of being fit.
I look at the future then realize that once I will search for the job, recruiters might reject me due to my thin body and they need a man that is physical and mentally fit for the job that's why I started doing exercises a few days ago. I jog one and a half kilometer everyday go back and forth after that when I return home, I'm gonna execute and try to reach 100 push ups, 20 triceps dips 4 sets and sit ups 20 in 4 sets. I'm not that strong to complete those exercises but still I'm glad that I made some improvements.
After I finished my daily exercises, I'm gonna rest for atleast 40 minutes then gonna cook the foods and reheat the viand. Also I add to 2 eggs and banana on my food since a friend of mine said that it was rich in vitamins and minerals that can help to strengthen the muscles.
Tomorrow I'm gonna engage on my 4th day of jogging and exercise. I woke up every 5 AM in the morning and I feel lazy due to cold weather but I'm slapping myself and thinking about my goal. There's no room for procrastination and laziness, I have a goal to become fit that's why I need to do it even if it's hard.
No to Lovelife
Its also a part of my plan not to engage on love right now, maybe flirting yes but I don't want to enter into relationship for now. I need to build up myself first, I need to save money and focus on myself first so that once I'm stable then that's the time that I'll find a girl to court with.
Honestly, one of the main reason why I want to change myself is due to my crush, well I found her more cute that's why I'm planning to woo her if I became a total man. Well I made silent effort for her like request a friend of mineto draw my crush then I'm gonna pay her. I'm the one who will gonna give it to her someday but not for now, well if she found a boyfriend already then that's gonna be devastating but hoping she won't.
In the end I have no authority to command her not to love someone. For now, I'll say no to love life since I need to do some changes first, I need to focus in order to achieve my certain goals.
Save Money
Of course of one the most important goal I have right now is to save money, I am too magastos before to the point that I treat my friends, buy the things I want without thinking. I didn't accomplish to save more BCH since I spend too much but then I realized that I need to save for myself and for my future.
There's no assurance that I can get a job in the future, there's no assurance that there's a job waiting for me due to pandemic that leads to loose of many jobs, companies will look for those experienced workers rather than new ones that's why I forsee that my future will not be easy.
That's the reason why saving and ultiilizing read.cash and noise.cash for me to save money is the only solution to somehow secure my future. I'm very glad that I found this platform cause it gives me an opportunity to earn income to sustain my needs and wants.
That's why a few weeks ago I start saving my BCH, my temptation in foods and things I found on shopee really convincing me to neglect my goal but I'm stick to my goal.
I am also trying not to spend too much using my fiat money but there are things inside the house that I need to buy such as viand and rice since it's one of our basic necessities that I shouldn't neglect. I am hoping that I can fulfill this goal and save some money.
Conclusion
Sometimes we didn't realize that we need to achieve some certain goals in life due to lack of realization and also motivation. I got motivated to pursue my goals when I talk with my friend and give me so many realizations.
I hope that we could achieve out goals since he also made some plans for him. Maybe a few months we will see if those goals got improve or achieved, I am hoping that there will be no hindrance that will ruin those goals.
The Doppelganger 2
After we left the resort I feel like something was wrong, there's someone looking at me and following me that I can't see but I can feel it since the air around me feels heavy all the time. After 2 days we return to schooling and I'm happy to see my friends all in one place, taking about what happened on the celebration, we even talk about what are the things we experience while we are roaming around the abandoned mansion. I didn't bother to tell them what I witness and also I didn't tell them that I feel something strange. We are busy talking when i suddenly realize that I forgot something on our room located at the 3rd floor of the building. I immediately run towards our room and when I was walking in the hallway, my eyes was looking every corner then suddenly there's a person that caught my eye inside the music room. It's a guy standing at the front of the board doing nothing else.
I found it a little bit weird but when I tried to look it closer, it made me realize that it was Michael a friend of mine. I called him but he's not responding, I am planning to throw a paper trash on him but suddenly I was interrupted when a teacher called me and ask to assist her. I look again at the room but Michael was not there already, maybe he's playing prank on me again. I didn't mind it then helped the teacher lifting those things after I got what I need in my bag. We went downstairs then give those things to my teacher after that she gave thanks on me and I return to my friend's area. I see Michael there sitting at the bench while busy talking to our other friends. I am confused how he get there so fast without seeing him going down to the first hall. I approached and told him that I see him at the music's room looks like dumb while facing the board and just standing there. Then they laugh at me so hard and check my forehead if I have fever.
They say that Michael remains at his seat and doesn't move, they think that I have still hangover and jokingly said that I need more to drink however I'm sure on what I see. I feel chill on my spine and didn't bother to tell more to them. After that incident it doesn't allow me to sleep properly, I was thinking who's that person I saw inside the music room if it's not Michael. Suddenly, I heard a voice calling my name, it was a voice of my mother and it's time for us to eat the lunch. I went downstairs and I saw my mother standing at the kitchen facing the chopping board while holding a knife, I called her name to ask what she want but she never respond, she just there standing without uttering any words. I even jokingly said that she might get a degree on being a chef due to her too much obsession in cooking but I didn't receive any response again, maybe she's so busy in cooking that she didn't hear me.
I went back into my room then watch some videos on Facebook then suddenly I was confused when my mother calling on my number. I immediately answered it and asked her why she need to all me if she's downstair, then she immediately scolded me and told me that she came from market and I need to fetch her at the terminal of the tricycle, that's the time that my hair all out the body rise, if my mother was in terminal of tricycle right now then who's the person at the kitchen. I don't want tocgo out from my room but curiosity really hits me, I walk slowly downstairs and look at the kitchen, my mother was still there standing while chopping on the board. I immediately run towards the door and run outside, I feel chill on my spine and I still saw her inside the chicken but now she's peaking at the window while looking at me with such creepy smile. I run towards the terminal of tricycle and found my mother waiting there, I immediately hugged her and told her what I've experienced.
She also got scared and advised me that we shouldn't enter the house and just wait for my father to arrive and let them see the person inside our house. I'm glad that my father arrived and I told them what I see that's why together with my uncle they entered inside the house and look at the kitchen, the copy cut of my mother is not there but the kitchen is so messy and the wares are scattered. My mother already believed me then my uncle told me that the person I've saw is not my mother but a doppelganger of my mother, maybe I've disturb a place which the entity lives that's why he followed me to scare me. My uncle advise me to go back to the place where I think I disturb the entity and I remember the abandoned mansion, we immediately drive to that place with the food offering with us, I'm the one who will ask forgiveness and also offer the food so that the entity will never disturb me again. After that incident, I'm not experiencing any horror again, maybe the entity accept my apology. That's the reason why we shouldn't disturb any places that entities might living or else we can experience such tremendous revenge from them.
**Author's Message:**
This is just a fictional story but I want to remind you that no matter where place you go it's important to ask permission to the place first before doing some actions that might makes the entities angry. My habit is whenever I go to unknown places I always says I'm just here to visit the place and not to disturb them and before leaving I talk to them that they shouldn't follow me cause there's nothing they can get if they will follow me, that's how I respect the place and also unseen entities living there.
Horror Stories 2022: The Doppelganger
When I was a child I've heard different stories about different supernatural entities specially my Lolo is a folk healer that's why he really loves to tell us stories regarding the entities that we can't see but they are everywhere. One of the entities that my grandfather told me is Doppelgangers, they are creatures that had no intentions to hurt someone but they have the ability to mimick the appearance of anyone. They have the power to make confusion and bring horror to those victims of it. Actually I am fond of believing to see is to believe that's why it's really hard to believe those stories that my grandfather told me. Specially that I'm here on Manila which stories and belief regarding supernatural entities are not that popular. I'm currently at my friend's birthday party, we are already teenagers that's why a typical party is not suit on us specially we celebrate his birthday in different place.
It was a resort surrounded by nature and also good place to do something crazy specially its night right now. After we eat the foods, swimming and laughing with each other. While we are drinking at the cottage suddenly the birthday celebrant got a crazy idea. He said to us that he choose this resort due to its creepy background. Along at the side of this resort there's a abandoned mansion which no one reside. He continue telling stories and trying to scare us but we're not children anymore to be scared on those false stories. Then he recommend a game truth or dare,at first I refuse to join since I knew its gonna be a nonsense game but my decision changed when they told me there's a price to those winner who accomplished the tasked. We are having fun in playing truth or dare and there are secrets unlocked specially their crushes and deep secrets, its normal for us since we are friends. There are also girls telling who's their crush and even confess that they had crushes on our group.
The resort was filled with our voices, hopefully there are few people in the resort. When it's my time to be asked, then the birthday celebrant dare to me to enter the abandoned mansion, I predict that it will be the dare to me that's why I decline the dare and told him to switch in truth but he refused. He changed the condition that the dare is for everyone and they must do it. Everyone agreed on it, this kind of nonsense but I just go with the flow. We asked permission to the guard inside the resort and he said that it's free to enter the mansion but we need to be careful. He even told us that there are certain incidents which people got lost in the resort when they trying to get out the mansion. However it doesn't scare my friends and even urge them to explore the mansion. We borrow flashlights and lamps then continue to the mansion.
The dark eerie environment filled the whole area and there's no lights. The sounds of crickets, falling branches, sound of the wind completes the horror of the place. I told them not to continue but they told me that I'm weak. Then they enter inside the mansion that I can't figure out how large it is since there's no moon and the only way to see the place is through our flashlight. Suddenly a cold breeze of wind surprised me then I suddenly feel the chill on my spine. I can feel how heavy the air in this area and looks like there's a force stopping me from entering the mansion. I didn't realize that they are calling my name that's why I breath deep and follow them inside. As I point my flashlight in different direction, I can see shattered pieces of glass, broken woods, broken tiles and surprisingly there are furniture inside that was abandoned such as wardrobe, cabinets and even a bed.
I was busy looking around without realizing that I lost them. I tried finding them and even shouts their names. Suddenly there's a room that caught my attention, I open the doorknob and hopefully it's not locked. I enter on that room then found that everything is still intact, everything was fine and well preserved since there are white cloth covering those furniture. My curiosity kills me that's why I try to pull the cloth on a big furniture and found out that it was a wardrobe which had beautiful mirror on it. I look at the mirror using the flashlight then look at my reflection, I even do some gestures but it made me terrified when my own reflection smiled at, I got terrified and let go my flashlight.
Hopefully I catch it then run out of the room, when I'm on the corridor, I see a human figure at the edge of the corridor and it looks like a friend of mine that's why I called it but it didn't answer me that's why I approached it. When I am near on the figure suddenly there's someone called my name and it was a friend of mine that I thought standing at that corner. He told me that they are searching me everywhere on the mansion but I'm nowhere to find but I told them that I entered in a room. They told me that there's something wrong in the house thatsnwhy they decide to go out and go back to the resort. I didn't know what happen but it makes me wonder who's that person that I saw?

I'm trying to make horror stories again and imxback on supernatural entities rather than psycho killers hahaha. I miss this kind of writing cause it was my Forte, maybe are you familiar with doppelgangers and I'm glad to finish this story tomorrow. Don't worry there's no bloody scenes on it just a pure horror that will make your body hair rise.
