Reflections

I looked at the mirror it was too hard this time My reflection was drained it didn't look so fine I took a long look as i felt tingles down my spine I saw as my reflection move as I was standing still As the mirror was feeling what I was scared to feel Then my lips parted and I heard me saying "listen" My reflection was talking and I thought I was tripping Continued "yes its me talking you are not imagining I'm here to tell you the truth you have been avoiding A concept of reality, a loud bell that's awakening Feel all the emotions you claim to not be feeling Drop the tough act and cry for you are hurting Admit the anger is at yourself and not anyone else Admit your self hatred and put an end to the tales Why do you think there is much pain in just looking at a mirror ? Why do you think the thought of yourself taste as bitter ? Why do you feel as if everything about you is wrong ? You got too much insecurities and they are just too strong It caused a sickness in your heart you have ignored for long Now you feel as you are dying for you haven't meditate Your mind has poisoned you, you have become your own threat Blame your self for its you who couldn't fight them back Punch your self hard for its you who got your self  stuck You have been feeding your demons its you you need to fix Its you who should flip the coin its you who run the tricks Now look up and face me, face yourself and face your hate you can change your own life you can re write your fate you can destroy all your pain without leaving a trace" Then the mirror got foggy images aligned to print my face I shook my head to clear my mind as I process what has been said I hoped for me to go away and the mirror girl would live instead or if she would give me her view of life or maybe we could trade she appeared once again and said "you are me and I am you You just have to be strong enough and you will find me within you"
