The current pandemic situation is a crisis and an uncertain time for everyone to go through, and we need to have a good leader with the right attitude, or we could be those right leaders.

**We all have somebody in our lives that have deeply harmed us. Sometimes the situation with this other personage has changed. You may have forgiven them, and they may even have got possession and showed repentance for their malicious actions.**
Sometimes, the same negative behaviour continues with no difference or accountability. Those kinds of people can be defined as toxic individuals.
Toxic people should be evaded at all cost because they will ultimately engulf the life out of you. Nothing! Absolutely nothing great comes from being in any kind of relationship with a toxic individual.
**Let's take, for example, this statement:**
Some would contend against the assumption that society has nonsensical and unreasonable expectations of women. However, small time seems to be spent discussing about toxic societal expectations of men, specifically those connected with toxic manliness. Toxic masculinity is when men feel the inadequacy to affirm their masculinity by sustaining traditional masculine values and behaviours in a way that is disturbing to themselves and others.
Some people would judge you easily without even knowing the whole story. Once you are caught in their eyes, you will be judge by these so called toxic individuals.
A toxic personage is someone who whines all the time, accuses you for their problems, and even drains you of your energy.
It never disturbs to inform people how you feel. So when you discern the transformation from good to bad, let the person understand something just happened, and this is not feeling good for you now.
When a transfer happens, stay at that second with the person and talk about. That communication can make a massive change in itself for both of you. Identify, you can decide to get rid of some of the toxic people in your life entirely or just prefer to adjust the way you pretend around them and see what occurs.
So now, you should know how to recognise at toxic person, learn how to circumvent them and also how to cast them out of your life totally. Note that you can't alter other people's behaviour, but you can change if and when you acknowledge to their behaviour.

If you are interested, come and let us talked about another topic for this day.
**First of all, what is a Plantito? What is a Plantita?**
**Plantito** is the term used by Filipinos to describe a man who loves planting, or who has a great passion for plants.
On the other side, **Plantita** is the term used by Filipinos to describe a man who loves planting, or who has a great passion for plants.
These two terms can be known to as plant aficionados in English.
A new wave of gardeners or people between the age of early twenties and early forties have turned to gardening. One of the reasons is to cope with the implemented lockdowns in the nation that forced people to stay at home for the past six months. This thing does not only made this so called *plantitos* and *plantitas* busy, it also open opportunity for them to earn while at home.
This thing have kept themselves busy by caring for their plants and finding new ornamentals for their collection.
**Why do planting and selling plants online became trending?**
It can be answered in case to case basis, but generally, the reason are the following:
The first reason is due to the power of social media
It is a trend fueled by social media, itself.
Houseplants can thank visually driven social media for their resurgence in popularity. Instagram, in particular, has become a haven for foliage fanatics (www.huffpost.com).
As a means to get rid of stress
It can be started by caring for herbs and succulents, until eventually tended to variations of cacti, and then ornamental and tropical plants. Planting has this effect of making someone to have peace of mind and be happy.

It is undeniable that many of those who participated in this trend are those who get bored while staying at home. Those who are not used to just watch movies, make a little moves, eat, sleep and repeat again.

Parents, especially women, love having different kinds of plants. It can be put either indoor or outdoor. This trend made them more productive when it comes to planting and beautifying the backyard or the house itself.

A Love of a Blue Phoenix

Are you the type of person who loves reading stories? The following is just a short story.
It all started by a collision. Eyes were anchored on each other's face. Heart keeps on beating fast. They might say, "Is this the right person?"
Then they started talking. They asked each other's name and started having conversation about this and that.
As time passes by, a feeling of happiness was being felt by them. They learn to have feelings for each others. Its just that, they can't admit it.
But then, the male character had a great idea. He started writing short sweet messages, and he sends it to the woman or the apple of his eye. It then turned into a letter which contains flowery words but the guy meant it, and it all came from his loving heart. The messages are pure and filled with love.
At first, the woman thought that it's just a joke. But, after receiving letters twice a week, she started to feel the butterflies in her stomach. "Is this the thing called love?" that is what she thought from the moment she started to realized that she keeps on receiving love letters from someone.
Then, she learned to reply back with those letters. By the way, the codename used by the guy was Lo and the woman used Ve. If you combine them, they will form **"love."**
Then, he took the risk of telling his true feelings for the woman. He waited for so long until he has this courage in his heart that time. The girl unexpectedly shocked from the revelation. But, fortunately, the woman also admitted that she loves the one and only guy who is sending him the sweet messages, the guy whom she met due to an unexpected collision, and the guy who brings butterflies to her stomach.
From that moment, the woman allowed the man to officially court her. They always go for a date. They learned to love more each other. After 3 years of loving each other, they decided to get married.
The day they got married was the happiest day for them. They promised to each other that no matter what comes along their way of building their own family, they will not give up to each other. They promised that starting from that day, they will love each other endlessly.
Just like the fairy tales, they lived happily ever after.
