Mushrooms are are very fascinating they can either give nourishment to your body or poison you and kill you. I was noticing these mushrooms on one of my hikes while on my vacation in Alaska. Looking down the road to see if I can see the osprey nest and sure enough I can see her sitting on her nest. Soon there should be babies I didn’t want to get too close because I didn’t want to get her upset.
Well, here we are again, the day to celebrate our cats. Happy #Caturday I worry about my cats here at my workplace. As I came in this morning, I noticed Fuffy and Littlegray coming out of the forest. I have told them repeatedly that the bogeyman lives out there in the woods. Since working here, I have lost two cats to that bogeyman, a.k.a. coyotes and there’s a lot of coyotes that live in a forest. Here are the 4 of them relaxing After having breakfast.

I had a Woodpecker and bluebird morning; the traffic into the convenience center got busy the birdies left. I'm seeing the butterflies but they’re just flying around because there’s not too many flowers in my garden that opened up yet. Then when I made it home my brother told me the hummingbirds are back he said he must’ve seen at least five or six today hanging around the bottlebrush tree.

This Morning I went for a hike out to Lake Charles. The first time, I was able to photograph some Cedar Waxwings, what beautiful birds they are; then, as I was photographing the Cedar waxwings, Eastern Towhe showed up to get his picture taken. Then there was an alligator swimming along the banks of Lake Charles. All in all, it was a beautiful hike out into the Ocala National Forest.
Good morning good afternoon good evening on this Wednesday had to take my brother to work this morning so I decided to go over to the park and walk and see if I could find some birds to photograph and I found a few like these Beautiful sandhill cranes. Then I came upon this red wing blackbird Stratton for the females. Then a redheaded woodpecker that just wouldn’t give me a good pose. Enjoy your day if you go out and get some fresh air.
More of my morning walk at the park most of the ponds at the park of been drain due to sinkholes they’re trying to repair. hey these irises were growing along the side where the pond used to be. Then there was a female crackle next one of the ponds that still had water.
We have those rainy days, thinking it's going to be a day when I go to the store to pick up my groceries for my mom. Good Mornings my first day back after my three days off I was happy to see my transplant wildflower ( Verbascum Mullein) standing straight up and not wilting like it was when I left on Monday And after a full day of rain yesterday I start the day off with a beautiful blue sky and a beautiful sunrise.

Saint Augustine Florida oldest city in the USA I believe this was the last time my sister from Ohio was here and this is where we’re going today with my other sister from Alaska. It’s about 2 hour drive I’m hoping to put up my eye in the sky at the beach.
We made it to Saint Augustine first stop was the beach my sister told me she wanted to put her feet in the ocean so that’s where we went. The First Thing I see when I get to the beach parking lot is this boattail grackle enjoying a shrimp breakfast. Taking a walk down Vilano beach collecting a few shells and looking out to see our next stop Saint Augustine historical lighthouse built in 1871.
This is looking up to the top of the lighthouse 219 steps to the very top interesting fact the one that was the lightkeeper took care of the light and keeping it burning had to carry 30 pounds of oil up to the very top of the 219 steps a few times a night to keep the light from going out to daylight.
More Beauty from Saint Augustine around the lighthouse there are little hiking trails and different museums there including the lighthouse keepers house that they lived in is actually a museum also there’s a lot of their belongings still there. From the top of the lighthouse you can see parts of old Saint Augustine with the Fort Castillo de San Marcos built in 1672 And what’s a post with out a few bird : ) photographs.
Today was a day that I was supposed to have been off and I was kind of worn out and tired from yesterday driving over to Saint Augustine up and down the stairs at the lighthouse walking on the beach kind of wore me out for today at work I had a hard time keeping my eyes open so as was sitting there I noticed I had a couple buzzards flying over me They might’ve thought I was dead. lol. It’s time me to get some sleep Good Night for my friends on the other side of the world…
Home today Relaxing was wondering what to have for breakfast searching through the refrigerator seen some Blueberry pancake mix. So pancakes it is. What did you Have breakfast?
