A Mistake, a Setback & an ask for a Favor from you! Dear Noise & Read friends! I must have done something somewhat wrong while choosing the title for the translation to English for my latest article on Read cash! The original title for the translated article was "Dear Facebook / future Metaverse friends, where did I vanish off to" and it was meant to be posted on Facebook in order to let my friends there know why I am not active there, where they can find me (here and on Read) and a quick walkthrough to both of them. I firstly wrote the article in my native language, Greek (most of my friends on FB are greek and really lazy to read something in English even though they can), and then translated it to English, so that I can post it too for my friends abroad. And also, so that other people here and in Read cash can be helped in any way from the information I share. Shortly after publishing it I got my first dislike and then another one. Now, I can't know what really happened, but what I suspected was that some people read the title that is addressing Facebook friends without reading the whole thing and thought that I was confusing Read friends to Facebook ones! 🙀 I know, no real logic there and if they were to open the article and read it they would quickly realize what it is about, but as soon as I changed the title and added a little prologue that was also visible to the description of the article, the dislikes stopped. But I didn't get any likes either and now an ugly -2 shows on my article.. 😔 I know, I shouldn't be too serious about it, but I surely don't plan sharing it anywhere outside here with dislikes (how would you like being invited somewhere that people dislike your posts)? Also, I think it discourages people that are seeing it now on their feeds to open it, read it and give a thumbs up. I feel like it is doomed if it stays that way.. I would like to ask two favors from whomever read through here: 1. IF you read it and IF you like it, please give it a thumbs up so that the - gets vanished. I would really appreciate it. This one is for the more seasoned friends on Read: What goes with the dislikes? What makes people place them and how can we avoid them, given that we are already not doing rookie mistakes and misbehaviors like plagiarism, cursing, insulting etc? Thank you in advance!
