Short cake on Bitcoin cash (BCH) Bitcoin Cash, often referred to as BCH, is a cryptocurrency that was created in 2017 as a fork of the original Bitcoin blockchain. The main difference between the two is that BCH has a larger block size limit, which allows for faster and cheaper transactions. In the recent years, BCH has been focusing on improving its scalability and security by implementing various upgrades to its network. In 2023, the most notable development for Bitcoin Cash was the implementation of the new software upgrade, BCHN, which aims to improve the scalability and security of the network. This upgrade includes several new features such as the introduction of Schnorr signatures, which can be used to increase the privacy and security of transactions. Another recent development for BCH is the increasing number of businesses and merchants that are accepting the cryptocurrency as a form of payment. This includes a variety of online and brick-and-mortar businesses, such as restaurants, clothing stores, and even football clubs. This trend towards wider acceptance of BCH is seen as a positive sign for the growth and mainstream adoption of the cryptocurrency. Furthermore, in 2023, BCH has seen a steady increase in price, reaching new all-time high of $10,000, this can be attributed to the increasing institutional and retail investors interest in the crypto market and the increasing adoption of BCH as a mode of payment. In addition to these developments, BCH has also seen an increase in the number of wallets and exchanges that support the cryptocurrency, making it easier for users to buy, sell, and store BCH. In conclusion, Bitcoin Cash has seen significant developments in terms of software upgrades, wider acceptance as a form of payment and increasing value. These developments, along with the increasing number of wallets and exchanges that support BCH, are positive signs for the growth and mainstream adoption of the cryptocurrency. However, as with any cryptocurrency, the value of BCH can be highly volatile and is subject to change. It's always recommended to consult a financial advisor before investing in cryptocurrency.

P2P Electronic Cash Festival Yola Being at such wonderful event is a lifetime achievement and also a story to tell. I arrived the venue around 7:27am, the place was beautifully organized and the equipments were also well set, waiting for the program to kickoff. Few moments later, the speakers and participants started arriving. The program started as scheduled, where a thorough and vigorous discussions were held by the speakers, mostly about Blockchain, BCH (Bitcoin Cash), P2P transaction and electronic cash in whole. We were able to understand a lot, among which are; How to create BCH wallet, and How to send or receive BCH using different methods and what future might have held regarding BCH. One of my favorite parts of the event were Giveaway and Game sessions; Swags ( T-shirts, caps, Mugs) and many more. The game part was fun too, “Spin for BCH” where you spin and get your money in BCH instantly. A lot of the participants benefited from the two sessions and it was fun. We had an amazing sessions with different speakers and different topics too. Similarly, the events were intriguing, and the one that caught my attention the most was when we were taken to a mini market within the premises to practically apply what we learned during the lectures. We traded using BCH (Electronic Cash) where we bought our refreshments without using any hard cash. It worked just like magic because it responded really fast. Kudos to the inventors of this technology. Meeting new people with a lot of potentials is the best gift life could ever give you, I met so many people which i'm hoping to see in the next event so we can interact and also take more pictures together. Conclusively, I have to duly recommend the efforts of the organizers of this event more especially Dev. Zunnuain and his crew, you guys did what needed to be done for the society. Thanks a lot. I can’t wait to see the event.

Why public Universities? With current situation going on in the educational sector of Nigeria, public universities are soon to become cemeteries of reading and writing materials, Lecture halls and Laboratories for bats, bird and other creatures to partying day and night . As public primary and secondary schools are now history, universities too are about to follow their footsteps. FG and Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) failed to reach a stands that will send the students back to their respective universities to continue with their studies. “when the elephants fight, the grass gets trampled “ Its been Seven months since ASUU embarked on strike with all force, which led to the total shut down of Nigerian Public Universities within the nation. Hence, No means of slowing down. Although, several of meetings have been conducted between the two conflicting bodies, yet all efforts made still remain futile. Despite the ups and downs in trying to reach an agreement that will bring the Nigerian Students back to their respective Universities, ASUU and FG end up in court. After so many deliberation in court; a before yesterday, Court has finally ordered ASUU to suspend the ongoing strike that longed for over 7month and to return to their working places respectively with immediate effect. Up to now, ASUU haven’t release any official statements of their stance over the court’s decision. As a Victim of this drama, with just less than two months for me to graduate, I pray this will be the last episode it.

Don’t pray for stepmom like mine In northern part of my country, having more than one wife (Polygamy) is allowed due the teachings of ISLAM. We were a family of 8, my father, his two wives which includes my mother and 5 children; 3 three for my mother and 2 for the step mom. We were living happily before things start going sideways. Both of my parents Started having issues, They were Quarreling With each other every blessed day. The relationship between them got tarnished Which led them to part ways. My mother left our father’s house without taking us along with her, That day was one of my darkest day of my life. My two little sisters and I, We cried to the extent that We couldn’t even recognize ourselves, we were at our lowest because we knew what was coming our way, we truly knew that our stepmother hated us so much and she doesn’t hide her hatred toward us and She was going to do anything in her power to make our living in that house as miserable and unbearable as she could. I was confused because I was so naïve and clueless on how take care of myself talk more of my younger ones, I was 7yrs old and my twins sisters were 4yrs old respectively, I became their babysitter. Our father was walking with a construction company in Baitaz town, which was 374 Kilometers drive from our village, only on weekends we had a chance to see him because he used to spend the five working days over there. Whenever he was around, she would treat us like her own children with enough love and care, and by doing so, she earned his trust and would mentally and verbally abuse us, without him knowing what we were going through. We were in that situation for many years only having ourselves to hold on to. until one day during the harmattan (sandstorm) season we were sleeping on the floor without blankets in one of the abandoned rooms of the house and the weather was extremely cold. Unexpectedly, our dad showed up and saw us in that condition, I could still remember the look of pain, sadness but mostly anger in his eyes. He started calling her. Yelling out her name in anger. They got into a heated argument which I tried my hardest not to let my siblings hear, it got so bad to the extent where he asked her to leave his house and she left. That was the day we got our freedom back after several years of tormenting us , it was a terrible experience and I’m not praying for anyone to find himself/herself in such a dreadful situation.

Russia-Ukraine relationship got tartish Russia and Ukraine have had no formal diplomatic relations since 24 February 2022. The Russian Federation and Ukraine are currently in a state of war: the Russo-Ukraine war began in 2014 following the Russian annexation of crimes from Ukraine. In February 2022, Russia invaded Ukraine across a broad front. After the Soviet Union’s collapse in 1991, the successor states' bilateral relations have undergone periods of ties, tensions, and outright hostility. In the early 1990s, Ukraine's policy was dominated by aspirations to ensure its sovereignty and independence, followed by a foreign policy that balanced cooperation with the EU, Russia, and other powerful polities. Relations between the two countries have been hostile since the 2014 Revolution of Dignity, which toppled Ukraine's elected president Viktor Yanukovych and his supporters, because he refused to sign a political association and free trade agreement with the European Union that enjoyed majority support in Ukraine's parliament. Ukraine's post-revolutionary government wished to commit the country to a future within the EU and NATO,rather than continue to play the delicate diplomatic game of balancing its own economic and security interests with those of Russia, the EU, and NATO members. In 2004 the Czech Republic,-Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and Slovakia had joined the EU, followed by Bulgaria and Romania in 2007. The Russian government feared that Ukraine's membership of the EU and NATO would complete a western wall of allied countries by restricting Russia's access to the Black Sea. With South Korea and Japan being allied to the US, the Russian government was concerned that Russia was being ring-fenced by potentially hostile powers. In the wake of then I Revolution of Dignity,Russia backed separatist militias in the Donetsk people’s Republic and the Luhansk People Republic in a war in Ukraine's economically important Donbas region, on its eastern border with Russia. This region has a Russian ethnic majority. By early 2022 the Russo-Ukraine war had killed more than 13,000 people, and brought some Western sanctions on Russia. In 2019, amendments were made to the constitution of Ukraine, which enshrined the irreversibility of the country's strategic course towards EU and NATO membership. Throughout 2021 and 2022, Russian military buildup on the border of Ukraine has escalated tension between the two countries and strained bilateral relations, with the United States sending a strong message that invasion would be met with dire consequences for Russia's economy. On 24 February 2022, Russian invaded Ukraine, which prompted Ukraine to break diplomatic ties with its eastern neighbour.
