Thought #5
This one is a random thought I found in my old notebook. I am not sure when did I wrote it but I'm sure this is written years from now.
*"I've been hearing sounds*
*Teaching me to sing*
*I've been hearing music*
*Teaching me to believe."*
Before, years way back, I am obsessed with writing poems when I am bored and composing song lyrics and try to put some music on it. but since I became busy at school, I forgot to allocate some of my time to writing. I read some of your comments asking me why I stopped on my hobby, well, maybe I already answered your questions now.
My Own Photographed
So, hello. I just wanna share with you guys some of the things I randomly capture out of nowhere because I find it naturally beautiful.

Perceptions of People to Men Wearing the Hair Length of Their Choice
For other people, what do you think of males having the hair length of their choice? What is you perceptions to them? Is it okay or not. But whatever our opinions are, in school there is a school policy, right? Males are not allowed to have long hair because it is not appropriate and we are following those hair standards. But is it fair to them? We do not know.
Hair can be a reflection of who you are and a sign of someone’s identity. It is often having a special contribution to oneself and the effort put in styling the hair is sometimes considered as the mirror of the owner’s personality that serves as tools of gaining self-confidence and freedom of expressing the inner self.
Hair length for male is always been a big topic when it comes to school policy. Institutions have a mandatory order to always wear a standard hair length that displays male’s appropriateness and proper grooming. This policy is seen to be unfair for males because females have the right of keeping the hair length of their desire without breaking the rules and regulations of the institution. Students have begun to assert their constitutional right to wear their hair at any rate they deem appropriate. Hair is one factor that influences students to get motivated and confident about themselves for these they show off where they are comfortable and having styled or lengthy hair for a male is one of those motivational factors.
This controversy over the hair length of males is becoming an increasing problem and a hot topic for many years. Parents are aware of sending their children to school implies that they also agree to the rules and regulations promulgated by the institution to ensure the orderly of the involved premises.
Hair length policy is not only limited to students but also to employees that require proper grooming even when working. It feels easier to suits rules than to oppose them or change them. Besides, either having a short hair cut or growing it long won’t have any effect on a students’ learning in school and skills of staff or professionals in working.
Generally speaking, schools have set standards for the students’ personal grooming including hair length and style for the appropriateness of their appearance. Rules for hair length was already existing many years ago and that policy somewhat shows for violating the students’ right to freedom to their hair.

The Lonely Soul
**LITERARY ART**
**Literary Piece/Title:** **The Lonely Soul by R. E. G. Armattoe**
**I. Language**
- The Lonely Soul is simple and can understand easily what the author implies to the readers when you focus and understand the structures/forms of the words itself. The language of this poem uses repetition and it has no rhyme scheme from the start to finish unlike most of the poem who has meters and rhyming words.
**II. Point of View (POV)—**using any of the POV, describe the character from the story.
- Base on the persona’s point of view, both an old woman and the man that the persona had met are sad and lonely. It shows the poem when the author repeatedly used the phrases “Talking to herself” and “Lonely Road”. The narrator intended to show the emotion of the characters he met which is sad but they ironically show it by talking to themselves and laughing all the time to forget that they are alone.
**III. Tone / Atmosphere**
In the beginning of the poem, the persona narrates that he met an old woman and so a man. In the middle of the poem, the first person was talking to us with authority and address us as a child telling us that we don’t know why they talk to themselves. In the ending of the story, it is obvious that the feeling of the narrator becomes sad and lonely, he also compared it same to both men and an old woman where they make themselves happy and prevent themselves from crying. It happens when they get older and think they are alone. The wondering of the persona leads him to answer why they are talking to themselves and that sadness and loneliness was the reason of it.
**IV. Motif, Theme or Symbol**
The theme of the poem is the impact of loneliness on humans especially when the time comes for them to get old. Also, there are symbols used by the author in the poem, one of them was the lonely road that symbolizes one’s loneliness and sadness. The shower of an arrow is also used as a symbol of the problems and worries that we are facing.

Sculpture
Most of the country has prominent sculptors who take pride in their area. Every place has an identity for what they are doing. The sculpture is the art of making two- or three-dimensional representative or abstract forms, especially by carving stone or wood or by casting metal or plaster. Sculpting is done in four different ways, it could be molding, carving, casting, and assembling. But each of it here has the right materials to be used. When it comes to the kinds of sculpture, they are the free-standing which is the three-dimensional sculpture, relief is the embossed images that are set on a flat surface example of it are carvings, and kinetic & mobiles are moving figures that are also three-dimensional.
Painting
It could have been easier if the materials that we are going to use is the common painting colors and materials that others used, but we didn’t expect that using pigments of colors will give a natural and better result. The time I am doing my painting I put my full effort into giving emphasis to the meaning of the painting. Just like the meaning of this type of art, painting brings expression to some experiences and uses it as a representation of it. But not only in modern times has painting become popular, as even in ancient times many of the painters have become acquainted with their artwork until now.
Scrapbook
The time of making the scrapbook was hard because you must think of what natural resources you will use and how will you connect its design with your poem. When it comes to literary arts it is not only limited to prose and poetry but it includes all written works. It is important to study, understand, and know the different literature of your nation because this is how we connect to our ancestors in the past. Just like the literature of the Philippines in the past, we become able to know the way they write and understand the difference in their time up to now. Sadly, most of their writings have been damaged because they have written their literature to materials that cannot withstand the period of time.
Thought #4
***“I’m starting to fall in love with you. And that is the reason why I am suffering right now.”***
This part is a little bit sadder than other thoughts of mine. This implies to the emotion or feeling you have right now, you are suffering from it. Claiming yourself to fall in love with someone, but why do you have to be afraid about it? It is not that hard, keeping it is. Falling in love won’t make you suffer unless you think about it is suffering, right? It is a blessing to fall in love at least you find your perfect match and that is normal. Do not feel about pressure when you are loving, it shows the true YOU. Restraining one’s emotion is unjust, just let it out. But of course, make sure that someone is legally free and there is no one in his heart in the current time, if not then maybe it is the best way to take a step further.
The Emperor’s New Clothes
PS: For entertainment purposes only.
The Emperor was standing in front of his mirror. He was not happy. There was a royal parade in three weeks. All the important people in the land would be there.
*“I can’t wear these old clothes for the royal parade,”* said the Emperor.
*“But they are the best in the land,”* said the minister.
*“Send for new clothes,”* said the Emperor.
Clothes were sent from all over the land. But the Emperor didn’t like any of them.
One day, the Emperor’s minister went to the market. He heard two tailors talking.
*“The clothes we make are so fine that only the best people can see them!”* said one tailor.
*“They are so fine,”* agreed the other, *“that only the best and cleverest people can see them!”*
*“We can make the best clothes,”* they said.
The minister took the two tailors to the Emperor.
*“We have made clothes for kings and sultans,”* they boasted. *“Our clothes are so fine that only the cleverest people can see them!”*
*“Make me the best clothes in the land,”* said the Emperor.
*“I will pay you a lot of gold,”* he told them. But the two tailors played a trick. When the minister came to see them, they pretended to be very busy.
*“Look at this cloth we are weaving,”* said the first tailor.
*“It is so fine that only the cleverest people can see it!”* said the other tailor. He handed a piece of cloth to the minister.
The minister wanted to look like a clever man.
He couldn’t see any cloth, but he did not say so.
The minister hurried back to the palace. He handed the pretend piece of cloth to the Emperor.
*“This cloth is so fine that only the cleverest people can see it!”* said the minister.
The Emperor wanted to show the minister how clever he was. He couldn’t see any cloth, but he didn’t say so.
*“I will look the best on my big day,”* he said.
The minister went to see the tailors again. They pretended to be very busy.
*“Look at these clothes we are sewing,”* said the first tailor.
*“They are so fine that only the cleverest people can see them!”* said the other tailor.
The minister wanted to show the tailors how clever he was.
He still couldn’t see any clothes, but he did not say so.
At last, the day of the royal parade arrived. The two tailors helped the Emperor into his pretend clothes. The Emperor stood in front of his mirror. He was very happy.
*“These clothes are the best in the land,”* said the Emperor.
But there were no clothes. It was all a trick!
The two bad tailors got away with it!
The Emperor walked down the stairs wearing nothing at all. Two servants held the pretend corners of the Emperor’s pretend cloak. Lots of important people were waiting
They nodded and bowed to the Emperor.
The streets were full. People had come from all over the land to watch the royal parade. The crowd began to cheer when they saw the Emperor’s horse coming. But as the parade came closer, the crowd went quiet and started to whisper.
The Emperor looked around.
They were talking about him.
The children at the front of the crowd pointed at the Emperor.
*“The Emperor’s got no clothes on!”* they laughed.
All the people laughed at him.
What a very silly man!
Pretending will not give you happiness because you know in yourself that there is something you are trying to hide from the people around you.
We all know that pretending isn’t a good way of introducing yourself, right? But why there are still many people trying to hide their true self by pretending? Maybe because they knew they imperfections, and to be able to fit, adopt and accepted by the environment they lived in pretending becomes their choice.
Easter
The Easter story is one of terrible suffering, but also one of triumphant grace. For Jesus’ followers, the shattering of their dreams – so brutally wrought upon the bruised and broken body of the man they thought would be their Saviour – left their world an empty and uncertain place. The Gospels recount how they huddled, terrified, while Jesus lay entombed. But the night is always darkest before the dawn.
The people of God have, throughout history, endured times of great trial and tribulation. Today is no exception, although today it is believers from the cradle of Christianity, where the Apostle Paul’s ministry bore so much fruit, who are bearing the greatest burden; where the early church once flourished it is now under threat. Hundreds of thousands of believers have been forced to flee and many have been called upon to pay the ultimate price for their faith.
In recent times, the word “martyr” has been claimed by Islamic extremists for those who die committing acts of violence for self-serving aims: the prospect of immediate and certain entry into paradise followed by eternal pleasure. But for believers, to die for Jesus’ sake is not a guarantee of eternal glory, for that is already promised to all who are in Christ. Rather, it is the earlier fulfillment of a pre-destined purpose: *“to live in Christ, to die is gain”*, wrote Paul in his letter to the Philippians. While death in his life is a cause of great sorrow and grief – especially for those whose loves ones have been violently taken from them – the stories of those left behind, some of which are mentioned in this article, speak of hope and grace and love, in the midst of tears.
Across the world, Christians are suffering for their faith. Some are displaced, refugees, or facing the threat of death because they have chosen to hold fast to a sure and certain hope. Their faithful perseverance through great trial is both a profound challenge and powerful proof of the Apostle John’s wonderful words: *“greater is he who is in you than in the world”* (1 John 4:4).
As we witness their suffering, it is right that we are moved to compassion and to help them in their plight. It is what we, as brothers and sisters in Christ, are called to do: *“when one part [of the body] suffers, every part suffers with it”* (1 Corinthians 12:26).
But it is easy for us to be weighed down by the violent darkness we see around. As Jesus’ disciples tried to console each other after the crucifixion, they seem to have forgotten is a promise of resurrection – even though it was Jesus’ statement that He would rise again that prompted the Jewish religious leaders to demand that Pilate station guards around the tomb. Indeed, when the women first told the disciples of the resurrection, the Scriptures record that most did not believe it was, or could be true.
As we prayerfully consider together the period leading up to Easter, we do so remembering the suffering and the hope brought about by Christ’s ultimate sacrifice. As the mourning of Friday turns to the Joy of Sunday; the darkness of night to the resurrection dawn, w can stand with believers around the world, firm in the knowledge so eloquently phrased by the old hymn: *“Whatever my lot, Thou hast thought me to say, It is well, It is well, with my soul.”*

Health #1 (High Blood Pressure)
Hello! Good day!
Want to be aware of your health? This is the right article that you have to read. Enjoy reading and be informed.
***“ARE YOU UNDER PRESSURE?”***
If you were recently diagnosed with high blood pressure, or if you have known about the condition for a while but have been steadfastly ignoring it or only half-heartedly taking steps to control it, consider this your wake-up call. You can – and should – control your blood pressure, and live a healthier and longer life. We only have one life, so if you have given a chance to change your lifestyle into a brand new you, start it now and inspired others with your thoughts and actions.
**DID YOU KNOW:** *High blood pressure is very controllable – by you, in many cases. Although the condition is deadly if ignored, it is probably the easiest of all chronic diseases to manage.*
The first thing you should know about having high blood pressure, or hypertension, as it’s known in medical language, is that you’re not alone.
According to a statistic, around one out of four standing around the office kitchen have high blood pressure or, closer to home, around one out of four people sitting around the Christmas dinner table. (For people over 50, the number escalates to one in two.) Now for another statistic that might elevate the blood pressure reading even of a yogi: more than half of the people with the condition don’t know they have it.
No pain, no problem? Don’t be quick to point an accusing finger at these in-the-dark hypertensives. Unlike arthritis or a sore back, high blood pressure rarely announces itself or shows any symptoms. You can have it for years and feel perfectly okay – until, that is, you suffer one of its very serious consequences, such as a stroke or heart attack. Doctors aren’t being melodramatic when they call high blood pressure a *‘silent killer’*.
This leads us to the second thing you should know about high blood pressure. If you’ve been diagnosed with it, you can consider yourself, in a way, very, very fortunate. At least you know you need to take steps to get your blood pressure down to normal levels. For you, staying healthy is a very real option.
**PRESSURE POINT:** High blood pressure isn’t really a disease because it usually has no symptoms and therefore doesn’t make you feel sick. But it is definite risk factor – and a big one – for stroke, heart disease, aneurysms, as well as vision and kidney problems.
For those of you who don’t know if your blood pressure is too high for your own good, it’s time to ‘break the silence’ and get your blood pressure checked. Do it as soon as possible. Don’t just assume everything is okay because you feel fine. Remember, not knowing your blood pressure reading can be dangerous, even fatal, to your health.
***Become A Controlling Force***
*High blood pressure is a lifelong condition. Which means it can’t be cured – not by a doctor, not by you. However, don’t worry, because the good news is that the condition lends itself to self-treatment.*
Compared with all other chronic diseases, high blood pressure is probably the easiest to control. And control is as good as a cure because it reduces all of the health risks associated with the condition.
Many years ago, doctors often advised newly diagnosed hypertensives to quit their day job and to go into social hibernation – avoiding any activities that might be the slightest bit stressful. Today, fortunately, that advised is considered outmoded. No longer do you have to take a diagnosis of high blood pressure lying down! You can have the condition and continue to lead a full, active and long life.
Your health is one of the important possessions you have in your life and once you lose it, this will never come back. So, as long as you have it and your healthy, keep it and take care of it. Thank you for reading.
Hi welcome to my community. You are all welcome to post anything here. Just make sure no spamming, no bad words, be friendly and no copyright. Thank you. - Cherry
Thought #3
*“Do I deserve you? Am I deserving of your love?”*
Did you ask your special someone the same question as I have here? If yes, your lover will really feel hurt and will doubt themselves and start to ask the same question to themselves. Do you think this is fair? What if he asked that question first? Will you feel the same way? Of course, right? That is how much you value each other. If you love him or she just proves it without doubting them or yourself. It is not good for a successful relationship that you are wanting.
Base on my experience, I also asked my love the same question. But later on, I realized that it was a bad idea to spit those words from my mouth. I hurt him, I know because he told me. And that time I promised myself that I will not ask the same question again, even to me or to him. Because those simple words when combined is really heartbreakers. I am telling you, don’t hurt the feelings of someone you love, that is nonsense. You love him for who he is, why have to hurt him? Just enjoy life, love, and chances that you have together. Life is too short, we do not know what might happen tomorrow. Until the opportunity arises, use it wisely. Just like the COVID 19 that is happening right now. That was so unexpected. And I’m sure that there will be more unexpected things in life that will hinder the happiness of people who have a higher faith but do not succumb to the temptation. If you did, you will be defeated in the battle of life. We need to win over temptation, challenges, and even problems. We are human, we surely can do that.

“I love him because he loves me and I love him because I love him.”
I think there is no need for me to explain that quote of mine. But of course, I have to explain it just for a better understanding of my readers. By the way, I want to give all of you guys a shout out. Thanks for supporting me.
Okay, I’m going to start by asking you. Are you in love? Is there someone you miss in the days of quarantine? Well, can you make sure that it is true love and not just an infatuation? If yes, then it is good for you. Okay, in this topic, I will tell my reason for loving someone that I love.
I love him because he loves me.
Is your lover a first lover or you love them first? It is okay if you love him or her because they love you. It’s true that you can’t teach your heart who to love, but when you don’t love someone then fell for them later on, it doesn’t mean that you force yourself to be fall in love. But your heart chose who deserve your love. It is possible that your eyes don’t see but your heart does. Trust it, that’s why the heart is located on the right part of your chest it only means that heart is always right. It is better than your eyes.
Next, I love him because I love him. There are some things that you can’t explain but it just happened for a reason. When your lover asks you why did you love him. You'll be said, I don’t know I just feel it then that is what I’m talking about nothing more to explain. Don’t ask for evidence nor doubt their feelings.

***"Look at me in the eyes and tell not to cry."***
I don't know what is happening and what I am feeling that time when I wrote that quotes out of nowhere. But one thing is certain, there is someone I am closed with that is crying at that time. Maybe, a friend of mine.
The purpose of me saying that is I want to encourage people, I mean everyone who is reading this right now. I am encouraging you when you're crying set allotted time for it. Don't spend much time crying. Just let it out once, twice, or thrice but not more than that. And set time for each. For example, two minutes for that crying, if it is really hurtful then make it five minutes. But just as I said, nothing more than that.
After allowing yourself from crying and letting out your emotion, you will feel better. Trust me, I am always suffering from that kind of situation and emotion but self and emotion management is required. After letting out, it is already done and doesn't ever make yourself crying again from the same reason. Your tears are precious, you are precious, every one of us is precious. You don't deserve to be treated like this. We don't deserve to cry for being not perfect.
One more advice, it is better if there is someone close to you listening to what you are going through. It is better but makes sure that he or she deserves to rely on it.
"No man is an island" according to a saying. No one lives happily alone. Did you get my point? Because what is the essence of living? What is the purpose of people and other creatures around? Those are the primary source of happiness. Be forever happy.
Moon that shines beautifully
One of the photographs I had with Mr. Moon. It feels great when you think you can hold it in your hand. Who among you guys loves the moon? I hope I'm not the only one.
Do you find the moon as a calming sea? Well, I don't know where that word came from but yeah, It is calming and relaxing even just by staring at the moon together with the sprinkles of stars surrounding it.
Just a piece of simple advice for you guys, when you're feeling down try not only to look but to feel the presence of the moon, It is really a good way of releasing bad vibes and negativity in your life, it is like a cleanser of your bad thoughts in mind. Just try it. You lose nothing when you do this. But the peace of mind will knock to change you.
Skies that gives hope for everyone
Watching the skies that shine so bright is one of my hobbies too. For me, the sky means hope. When you are able to see the sky in the next morning it means there is another day that God gave you. We need to be thankful for that. That is a miracle that is continuously happening to us but sometimes we did not notice that it is considered as miracles. It is guys. So be thankful for everything and be hopeful that another day will come and be happy about it. Thanks.
Why am I here?
Hi, I'm Cherry. I'm new here, obviously. I just wanna share a little story about how I get here on this site. Well, at a very young age I want I thought of becoming one of the successful people. but how can I do that if I'm just drowning myself from watching YouTube and doing nothing? Then, there's someone who introduced me to one of the quite popular applications where you can earn money. after I tried it, I have this thought in myself, what can I do more to be able to earn money while most of the people are stuck in their houses because of COVID 19. That was the day I started searching on the internet especially on YouTube some legit sites or apps that can help me to earn money. I found a lot of it but since I started there is still no payout I get. But one of the recommendations on one of the famous social media is this where I can earn at money per uploading of articles that is why I am here and trying my luck. Since I'm new here I want to experience being here. And I hope this site will help not only me but also other people who want to earn just like me. I just want to give credit to that someone who introduced me this site. Thank you.
