Tiny house series What's up read casher's? How was everyone here?I hope you are all doing great today.For today's article I will share you our my auntie's tiny house and ours too but our home was'nt not yet already finish but I will share to you on how much money we spent it for you to get idea if you had a plan to build a tiny house. My auntie's tiny house Auntie Susan ,my mother's sister's who was working as a house maid in Cebu City build a tiny house for her and her two kids.She was separated with her husband 5 years ago when she learned that her husband was cheated on her.She decided to live at her sisters for more than 2 years when she suffered despression ,thanks God she recovered.My sister who was working in Cebu City ,she was working as a baby sitter good thing her employer was looking for a house maid ,my sister recomend our auntie for her to get out of the depressions and it can help her to forget what her husband did.After two years of working as a house maid of a doctor ,my auntie decided to build a tiny house,good thing her boss was letting her to get advance her monthly salary.She started to build their house last 2018 and able to finish it last month.My auntie was having 6k monthly salary ,kaya medyo natagalan yung pagtapos ng bahay niya and they spent much money para sa tambak ,need kasing matambakan yung area na pinatayoan nila ng bahay.And now finally its already fully furnished and the estimated amount they spent for it was 280k pesos or $5600.Since they only a small space lot ,they made it a two storey house where the second floor was a sleeping aread which can accomodate 3-4 persons and the ground floor is a small living room and a small kitchen. Her daughter my couzin was the one who designed it ,she was looking some ideas in pinterest .And now we are proud of my auntie aside of she was able to face and overcome depressions,she build their own house using her salary as a house maid. The picture I will attached was sent by my cousin ,the daughter of my auntie.

Our Tiny house I already shared here about our house plan ,since we don't have enough budget we decided to build a tiny house ,a tiny house where the persons who kive was giant hahhaha.It only had a small living area ,one bed room and a small kitchen. We started to build the house last May 10 and our materials we bought was only 4 days and 1/2 of working of our carpenter but we estimated that it will be working for two weeks but kuya ,my brother in law the carpenter works fast so they only finished working it for 4 days and 1/2 .Many was amazed on how they working .

I trusted kuya for the design of our house ,after they stop working I found a nice design of a tiny house and planning it as a design of our house but we can't do it fr now coz we need to finish it .Hopefully by December we can earn more money and finished this house.

Its really hard for me to live with my inlaws ,especially that my niece will going to give birth and her boyfriend was staying at the house.But I can't do anything but to wait until we can finish our house. The photo I attached above is our tiny house which worked by 4 days 1/2.We spent 53k for this.But some of the materials was not already use like the woods and the plywood.I did'nt add the amount we spent for the food ,anyway we gave them free meals from breakfast to snacks and to dinner since kuya only asking us a lower price amount as their per day salary so we decided to gave them free meal ,para hindi mabawasan yung sahod nila for their food.
