The problem with business today is that money doesn’t flow by merit but by nepotism and decree thats why we have so many ideaprenuers and contreprenuers today all trying to make a quick buck selling you dreams or dog shit

So true. I remember attending a workshop about buying foreclosed properties. The guy was in the business of giving workshops and not buying foreclosed properties like what he advertised.
