Cheese is produced all over the world - round, square, young, ripe, hard, soft, small, salty, melted, cream, and even with mold, which is a special specialty. Also, cheese can be made with the addition of various spices or without anything, and it can also be rolled. And without additives or with ham, which is increasingly in demand in our region. Such cheese, among other things, is produced in Mokrin. And according to a recipe that is more than 60 years old. And that’s the cheese I love the most. Yesterday my sister, who lives in Kikinda, visited me and brought me two rolls of this cheese. Only those who have tried it know the taste of this cheese .... Which cheese do you like? ------------------------------- Da li volite sir? Ja sam ljubitelj svih vrsta sireva. Sir se proizvodi širom sveta – okrugao, četvrtast, mlad, zreo, tvrd, mekan, sitni, slani, topljeni, krem, pa čak i sa primesama buđi, što je poseban specijalitet. Takođe, sir se može praviti sa dodatkom raznih začina ili bez ičega, a može biti i rolovan. I to bez dodataka ili sa šunkom, što se sve više traži u našim krajevima. Upravo takav sir, između ostalog, proizvodi se u Mokrinu. I to po receptu starom više od 60 godina. I to je sir koji ja najvise volim. Juce mi je bila u poseti sestricina, koja zivi u Kikindi, i donela mi dva rolata ovog sira. Samo onaj ko je probao zna kakav je ukus ovog sira.... Koji sir vi volite?
