Loaded Potato Soup with cornbread for dinner. A favorite soup to make this time of year. Cornbread is always good with this as well. Sprinkled some bacon on top just because I can. Yum! I have a love/hate relationship with cornbread. I love good moist cornbread, but if it’s too dry it will irritate my throat, and trigger a coughing fit. In these days of Covid hysteria, having a coughing fit might get you arrested!
