Coconut Cream Pie. This is the only way I like coconut. I was going through my archived photos and this memory popped up. A slice of coconut cream pie was enjoyed. I need to make another one soon. Easy to make. Easy to eat. What is not to like about pie, right! Another of those little things to be enjoyed in life. #AlwaysOriginal

“What is not to like about pie?” Amen! We’ve got lots and lots of coconuts here, and a slice of young coconut just sliced open is delicious! But I would still rather have some coconut creme pie.
