Male Bluebird in my backyard. Watching the five babies in my bluebird house. They are 18 days old today. Any day now they will be fledging. I hope they will all be safe when they decide to leave. It is such a beautiful process to watch. From nest building to the day when they leave. And the parents will continue feeding for days when they leave. I look forward to witnessing it every year. #AlwaysOriginal

He's a lovely bird. Isn't it amazing to think that they go from completely helpless to being semi-independent in just a few short weeks? It always blows my mind when I see how quickly the owlets grow each year.
