I had a chance to visit Clark's planetarium after I got off of work yesterday. It is located in my capital city of salt lake City. For those of you who don't know, planetarium is a museum that is dedicated to exhibits of outer space. They share facts about planets, stars, and other outer space facts. I had a chance to walk around and enjoy the few kinds of exhibits. One exhibit I enjoyed it is controlling a robotic vehicle that moves balls around a certain area. The planetarium is free to enter, but they do have some extra options that requires payment. The free exhibits are great by themselves, but the paid exhibits are such things as 3D movies and planetarium merchandise. I believe it is very important for children to enjoy and learn about the universe that we live in. Even if I never had a chance to visit the planetarium when I was a kid, I remember reading a book that had many different facts about Earth and the size of the universe. Even though my interest has waned over the years, my interest and fascination about the size of our universe will never go away. Even if we live for an infinite amount of time, we will never truly see everything that the universe has to offer but I believe that the best reason for our existence is to discover and improve our species.
