Reading has never been more important than ever before. Sadly, it is a declining activity as people for the past decade or two have been more consumed by social media. It is very ironic that I am complaining about the social media takeover using a social media platform but I do feel that I restrict myself from posting too much, which is why many people do not see me too much. I feel that reading good books is very important because one day when I felt very tired and I was certain that I would be falling asleep early, I started to read a book called "Outliers" by Malcolm Gladwell. Normally, reading books before bedtime has helped me with falling asleep but reading this book about extraordinary people who either put in about 10,000 hours into a skill or happened to be at a certain location to receive a position that has led them on a path that they would have never been if they weren't at a certain location has made me more excited and had made me forget that I was tired and ready to go to sleep. I ended up taking a walk and listening to some energetic, electronic dance music. If I hadn't chosen to read, I would have just laid in bed without any motivation that I would have gotten. I would say to trust in the power of books and let them inspire you to be a stronger individual instead of some social media model that only cares about attention. 📚📚📚📚📚📚📚

I agree with you my friend and like you, the book is still my friend and I am not bored of it, and I agree with you that the means of communication have badly affected the reading of books, by the way, I saw your beautiful office, but I was busy, I could not reply, so happy for you, I saw this day before it happened, I will still wish you success in all your life
That's okay darling. I am currently working right now but today I was also busy as well. I woke up a little bit later today and I had to spend a lot of time cleaning the house because there were two building inspectors that came over to take a look at what is needed to be repaired in this house (which is A LOT). Today my allergies are non-existent, but I am still wearing a mask 😷 because it did help me with the symptoms. It is my second day working from home and I feel good about not having to drive to a job site or an office. I get to listen to some soothing, relaxing music while I do my job. 🏞🎶
