Feelstora: A Silent Mental Battle Against The Stigma Of Losing Someone You Love `November 21, 2022 | Monday, 10:20 PM` Emotions are power and once this emotions are being handled the the wrong way or taken not seriously, it can be a real disturbing mental problem later on down the road of life. Whenever we are in a relationship or even married one's, we want assurance that this relationship will last for a lifetime. This should be the mindset of all relationships, to be committed to our partner no matter what the circumstances are at hand. But, the sad reality is not as easy as what we think of it. It is really easy to said it than to be done. Brain Plus Heart Loving isn't just pure emotions for me chill'hustlers. One must paired it with a sharp understanding that love alone won't make a relationship last longer, especially in our current economy status. We must think every decision we have to make multiple times just to figure out what's the best move and decisions that will benefit both of you. In this way, by just being cautious, we can easily adjust no matter what the outcome will be because we already think of its possible results. When a person is super in love, that's when problem rises, because that person will tend to focus all his/her attention to the one he/she loves. This can also result to overthinking, jealousy and bossy in their relationship, which is not healthy for any relationship. Thus, loving must come with both mind and heart inline towards each other, for a smooth and peaceful relationship moving forward. Fighting The Stigma Experience plays a big role in any relationship, adding to it also the maturity of a person. Fast relationship can produce trauma especially those relationship that ended in the most toxic way. Being in a relationship is not always happy, of course, their will be misunderstanding and doubtful thinking. This can resort to complicated problem to both parties and the beginning of questions popping in our brain and overthink what's to come. In all of this, the worst to happen is losing the one we love. This might be hard to process for some of us, but don't get drowned by it. If ever caught our selves in this situation, talk to the one we love immediately, throw away our pride and settle things down, assurance might be hard to get but just focus on loving each other on a daily basis. Remember those days you start dating and never ever let the bad thoughts wins on your mind. In Conclusion Before ending this article of mine chill'hustlers, let me tell you all this, to feel a little paranoid to the one's we love is normal, but don't go too far for it might end any relationship. As I have said in the beginning of this article, emotions are powerful and we should learn how to use is the proper and ethical way. Learn to trust your partner and help each grow instead of controlling them, for it won't result to any good. Always find the quickest way to solve any quarrels or issues that are related to your relationship. Build a strong foundation in order to strengthen your relationship and add future plans and goals as a partner. Always bare in mind also that temptations are just sneaking around the corner and that it only waits for the perfect timing, don't get stained by any of this. Think of how blessed you are with your partner and be contented. Commit yourself totally to the one you love and lastly, always put God first at the center of your relationship. Wanna Reach New Highs In Life: Love The Journey Not Just The Destination `November 20, 2022 | Sunday, 06:06 PM` Each one of us has this urge and eagerness in our heart to reach our personal dreams and goals in life. But, it's not as easy as counting numbers or pronouncing the letters in the english alphabet. One must need some extra time, focus and effort inline with a positive mindset to meet this goals and dreams with a little bit of ease. In my personal experience, each step of the way are just small steps to reach the bigger steps. Taking this small steps seriously will leads to reaching new highs in life for as long as you keep on doing it no matter how basic it is for the others. So, for my today's article my dear chill'hustlers, I'll vulnerably share my approach on how to keep going in my quest for the betterment of life in the future. Now, fasten your seatbelt as I'll take you all chill'hustlers to the wilderness of my mind. Reaching New Highs In Life In order for someone to reach new highs in life, it takes a whole lot of courage, the commitment to pursue and finish what you have started or the persons ability to move forward no matter what the circumstances are at hand. One of the vital mindset to have in order for someone to move fast some sinkholes and detour's in life is to understand that there is no moving or learning if we only stay on our comfort zones. A person must learn first to break his own walls in mind and learn to be comfortable on an uncomfortable situations to be in. Success is a very long journey and that journey only relies on our actions. If we can't convince our selves to be committed to our set goals and dreams, then our highs might be far from our sights. **Love The Journey Not Just The Destination** Achieving new highs in life also has some rules and praises that serves as guide for all of us in order to not lose our sight of the end goals. For in every lesson in life there is learnings to gain and experience to cherish, one must be aware to all of it. This might be small but are vital as we move forward in our lives. When we set new destinations in life, we tend to focus on the end result or most likely pictured it out on our brain. This practice leads to losing the focus on the journey and loving all of its bumps and curls. One must enjoy the process of taking everything that comes in our way, learn to enjoy and appreciate each steps of the way. For when we learn to value our exerted efforts on anything that we do, reaching the end goals and stepping on top of it is more meaningful and fulfilling. **Reset Plans, Change Approach, Self-discipline, Hardwork & Perseverance** In all that I have mentioned above, success doesn't happen overnight. There are many ways and technique to it if we are serious in achieving our goals. No matter how we plan and prepare ourselves for the things to come, we can dodge the fact that there will be plenty of problems that we all have to overcome before we can reach our goals. If everything is not going our way, we should move to Plan B, change our approach and have the discipline to ourselves to keep calm and stay focus. Continue the hardwork and no matter how hard the process is going, have that strength to persevere through it all. Understanding A Woman: Just Think Of A Pizza `November 19, 2022 | Saturday, 05:50 PM` When was the last time you caught a fight or misunderstanding with your partner, girlfriend, sister or even our mother's chill'hustlers? If it just soo recent, for sure the reason might be fresh up until now and you are still thinking about it. Did you ever come to a point where you try to guess or understand why sometimes, woman all of sudden changes mood quickly out of nothing that you can think of? I mean, not all but based on my personal experience, most women changes mood quickly without even telling us men, what's the reason behind it. So, that's how I came up with an idea for my today's article chill'hustlers. I'll just share my way of understanding a woman from my own experience and perspectives. Understanding A Woman Understanding a woman is one of the common challenge and a struggle for a man to overcome, not in general but most of time. Women are so strange in nature, especially their mood swings. They'll get mad quickly once you don't have your full attention to them, more importantly when they are talking to you. They'll get upset easily if ever a man talks a negative about them. They're very sensitive to details and loved it when you praised them consistently. Moreover, the most common reason also for their mood swings is their monthly menstruation period. During this times of the month, just don't play pranks, poke or tease a woman. They'll get mad and lose their temper easily. If you happen to be a secretive man, just make sure you can keep it to yourself, because it is their nature that they have high instincts on that matters, they're good at it and overthinks on simple actions that you do in front of them. So, whenever you are with a woman, honesty is vital for a smooth and silent life. Hehe **Pizza Comparison** Women are not that complex to understand, it's beyond complexity. Because, there are days wherein they are soo easy to handle and also days that are soo hard to understand. You just gotta have that patience loosen during those hard times for us not to escalate it even more. When I think of how to understand a woman and what are the thing I can compare of, pizza is the first thing that pop's in my head. Imagine it my dear chill'hustlers, ***pizza's are made round, then once cooked and done, they'll put it in a square boxes, slices it into a triangle just to eat it***, and that's exactly how hard to understand a woman. Hehehe But hey, that's not all, when pizza's are made, after making the dough, you have plenty of flavors and spices to add on it. The more you add flavors, the harder you understand a woman. But, the good thing is, no matter how it was made or what flavor and spices it has, for as long as it can make you full, that's already enough. In Conclusion Overcoming a woman on the other hand is soo easy also chill'hustlers, all you need is respect and love. That's it, nothing special needed. When a woman is hard to understand, talk to them gently and ask what's wrong. Communication is always the key, especially when it comes to building relationship, no matter if it's for a man or a woman. Furthermore, if ever happens both of you losses your cool, have that courage to make the first move and say sorry. Sometimes, pride may overtakes us that could lead to a bigger miss understanding, but we gotta learn, even for a man to throw away our pride most of time if we have to deal with our woman's in life. It maybe our lover, wife, mother, sister or a friend. Insecurities: It Kills More Dreams Than Failure Ever Will `November 18, 2022 | Friday, 10:46 PM` Each one of us are born and raised differently. We are all uniquely one of one and even twins or triplets have dissimilarities. From our appearance, to our brilliant intellectual capabilities and characteristics which makes us all genuine from each other. Then, as we aged and develops or mental capacity to understand things and it natures, we enhance and develop some character traits that are vital and beneficial for us. But, there are some unwanted character traits that humans have learn in the process that are toxic for us too. I know it's just normal and inevitable and to be specific, I'll tackle "***insecurities***" for my today's article chill'hustlers. Understanding Insecurities Being insecure is normal and I'm pretty sure, most of us at certain points in our lives experience it. But, there must be an extent to it. One must understand our insecurities for our own sake. Because, dealing this matter is not as easy as we think of it. It can result to some major downfall's in our lives if we'll fail to deeply understand it. Whatever the cause of your insecurities in life, you need to find a way to throw it immediately from your mind or you can used it in a way that could lead to favorable results on your side. Save Yourself From Your Insecurities As I always mentioned on my articles, that acting now is vital to our inner peace and happy living, this one again is one of those that really needs quick change of approach and understanding. Insecurities can lead to many serious problems down the road once we let it unnoticed. It can result to **lose of self-confidence**, **jealousy**, **anxious** and worst is **depression**. So, better be aware of it and save yourself in advance before the anything worst happens. Many have lost some golden opportunities in life just for the sole reason of being insecure. This mindset is like building our own wall in front of us to block instead of moving forward and because of our own negative thoughts of something that we think we're not capable of doing such things or matter, we give up without even trying. **How I Approached My Insecurities** In my own undertaking, once I feel insecure in one thing or to a person, I'll immediately ask myself why I'm dealing it in the first place. After that, I'll try to find solutions how to convert this insecurities into a goal or even make it a dream to overcome that one day, those that I'm being insecure of will be in me in the near future. In addition, this is the vital one in overcoming any insecurities in life, it's **acceptance**. Once you accept your insecurities, you can immediately save yourself from it. Closing Thoughts Dealing our own insecurities might be a nightmare for some, but it only needs a strong person to overcome those matters or things. For me personally, insecurities is more like of a jealousy which starts from comparing ourselves to others. If it is unavoidable and already stressing you out, always remember to accept wholeheartedly who we really are. Furthermore, we know ourselves better than any other person and that's already enough for us to convince ourselves that we should not let our emotions grow bigger before it turns into some unwanted insecurities in life. **Failure** is inevitable too, but atleast if we try and won't let our insecurities stops us from reaching out personal dreams and goals in life, for sure there will be learnings to sow and lessons to cherish. Egalitarianism: Let's End Racism & Discrimination For A Better Livable Society `November 17, 2022 | Thursday, 05:16 PM` I woke up late today chill'hustlers and do my thing. After I offered my morning prayer, I was about to jump out of bed when suddenly a question pop in my brain. So, I ended up thinking and wonders for a couple of minutes and this leads me to creating this article for y'all chill'hustlers. One of the things that lead me to this was a news I received from a friend last night about his ***search for a job, but ended up not hired due to fact that he is a heavily tattooed individual***. And so, let's get this thing going before you get bored with my not too long intro chill'hustlers and head straight to the real thing. Egalitarianism When we talk about equality and fairness for all, this word will always pop-up first on my mind. There are a lot of factors why we, as humans are so divided in many ways. From **religion**, **race**, **ethnicity**, **color**, **language**, **nationality** and even **gender**. As the world aged and population is rapidly increasing each day, so this factors are affecting many lives on a daily basis. Which is very crucial for daily lives of many. These problems are as old as our history being written on books and sad to say, up to this point of my writing, many are still struggling for that sole reason. Good thing is, there is still hope and a great chance to eradicate this problem in our current society, with the help of social media and the right usage of it. Racism This thing called **racism** is one of the biggest problems in our current society aside from criminal issues and drug problems. This word is as big as our world is and weigh as heavy as it is also. **Racism** doesn't excuse any **gender**, **age** and **color** and that all of us mankind will have to deal with it in our existence above earth. **Racism** in some parts of the world are absurd. There are countries that take this thing to another level of extent, like you won't be able to enroll or take this course just because of your color. Can, y'all Imagine that chill'hustlers? That would be so disappointing if ever happens to me. Thank God I didn't experience this kind of stuff while studying back in the day. Xenophobia Xenophobia on the other hand chill'hustlers, is another type of racism which is based solely on our **nationality or to the people that lives in other countries, like tourist.** This one really sting's, because it has many major factors why this usually occurs. As we all know the power of **internet** and **social media**, what we see on television or in our monitors will also gives us an impression of such country and it's people. Not to say being judgemental but that is reality with the majority of us. Author's Thought As an **Asian**, **a loud and proud Filipino citizen**, I never experienced to many of this discrimination and racism incidents. But, this thing needs to be put to end as fast as we could chill'hustlers and for the betterment of our society. People should learn to appreciate our own uniqueness and practices in life in order for us to grow and have self confidence. In this way, we as human will not experience this types of problems in our lives and lessens the burdens we consume in our daily lives. In Addition These problems are also factors in some big problems of a country when it comes to unemployment. Especially **discrimination** **in physical appearance** alone. There might be some jobs that really requires pleasing personality but people should be treated fairly in anyway possible or maybe should atleast be given chance. But, this is just my thoughts chill'hustlers and we may have different beliefs and principles also in life. I just hope and pray, that one day, all of these major factors that I have spilled and mentioned above would vanish in a natural way, not forced but as learning by humans as we move forward to a brighter future ahead of us all. Lastly, to formally end this article of mine chill'hustlers, I just want to share a good news to everyone who reads up to this point that I am back at full swing and grind on the platform again chill'hustlers after a two day absence and surviving one of the hardest test in my lifetime soo far chill'hustlers. Always Keep An Eye On: Our Mental Health & Intellectual Capabilities `November 14, 2022 | Monday, 03:02 PM` In our current society chill'hustlers, where survival is becoming more complicated and harder as the day goes by due to the fast rising inflation, we also learn to adjust and adopt to it. But, not all are capable of riding through it for survival and others find it more stressful and exhausting. We are blessed by our creator with a powerful and amazing brain. A vital part of our body for all our actions and decisions. So, for my today's article chill'hustlers, let me share a thought that keeps running through my mind this past couple of months and without further ado, let start this thing going. Mental Health & Intellectual Capabilities It's been a week already since my comeback in writing articles on the platform chill'hustlers and with all honesty, most of the articles that I have read so far are about problems and personal struggles. In this article of mine, I will talk about mental health and intellectual capabilities. Let me share an example which I observe based on my own experience and understanding. Have you ever thought of why is it the slower batch mates we have are first to get married and the honors are struggling to even find a lover? For me, it's because of the level of intellect we have and our mental health is the main reason for it. It confirms what I believe that having a higher intelligence is like a double edge sword. It's beneficial for obtaining degree in search for having a better job, while on the other hand, it's a like a curse having the intellectual capabilities to think in advice that sometimes leads to overthinking. Education plays a big role in it also, because the uneducated are not worried about the obligations they are about to face while the educated one's are already stressed thinking of what are the obligations to fulfill if they choose to enter marriage. Always Keep An Eye On It Now here's the vital part of it, we need to be fully aware of our mental health and its intellectual capabilities. Because, it is very important for us to identify and determine our strengths and weaknesses. Then, if we already know what are these characteristics are, that's when we can easily adjust our approach to whatever problems we may encounter along the journey of life. We should all keep our mind healthy as possible. Let's avoid extra stress and unwanted conflicts no matter how small it is. The healthier our mind, the happiest we can be. In Addition Ever heard of the saying that goes "***knowledge is power***"? I really believe in this one. Because, when we are more knowledgeable, it's always easy for us to adjust, just like for example or skills. If we have skills, even without attaining degree, we can still work for a job that are in line to it. Lastly, before I end this one chill'hustlers, this is just a reminder for those that may read this, "***always make our mental health a priority***". Because, without a healthy mind, we can't decide surely our think of the best solutions to solve our overcome any situations that we may face along our ways. It is a necessity also for having a healthy minds gives us strength to endure and overcome complicated situations and to not get easily distracted by little problems in life. Mastering and maintaining our mental state at a high level is the key to success chill'hustlers. If we can change our mind the way we approach and understand things, it opens new doors of possibilities.
