"Technology: Boon or Bane?"
The term "technology" is wide, everybody has their own understanding of its meaning. It is said that technology is a body of knowledge devoted to creating tools, processing actions and the extracting of materials. We are always using technology, we are using it to accomplish various tasks in our daily lives, they say that we can describe technology as products and processes used to simplify our daily lives. We use technology to extend our skills and abilities, making people the most crucial part of any technological system. Technology is also an application of science, used to solve problems scientifically and systematically. It is vital to know that technology and science are different subjects which work hand-in-hand to accomplish specific tasks or to solve problems. We apply technology in almost everything we do; we use technology at work, for communication, transportation, learning, manufacturing, securing data, scaling businesses and so much more. Technology is human knowledge which involves tools, materials, and systems. The application of technology typically results in its products, if technology is well applied, it benefits humans, but the opposite thing is that, if it is being used for malicious and unfavorable reasons, it'll wreck us. Many businesses are using technology to stay competitive, they create new products and services using technology, and they also use technology to deliver those products and services to their customers on time and within their budget. Through employing advanced technology, it helps us become comfortable.
For me technology is both boon and bane. It has both negative and positive effects. I agree that it is really a big help nowadays, especially now that all the platforms we are using to stay productive and progressive are from the modernization of technological equipments and machineries, but the thing is that you can't prevent anybody from abusing it. We are aware of whats happening in our sorroundings, we are all now dependending on technologies that it now became our life. Technological machineries and equipments has given negative impacts on our society and nature, those waste from the industries polluting the environment, leading to social imbalance, it sometimes promote endless wars through social media and in person, and replace jobs of people that instead of taking time to do those important matters, you'll end up consuming it all through your gadgets, browsing, posting, selfies, ect. If technology has its banes, of course it has also its boons, like, it gives us convinience, quicker and easier travel and expand entertainment. It makes business easier to handle and to bring on succes, we can do the promotion of our products on an online shop, it introduces us to virtual learning which is the reason why we're still having classes in the middle of this disastrous pandemic, and we got ebooks and wattpad. Because of this, informations nowadays is easy to look for, we have our asking buddy named google, where we can ask anything we want to know, and we can talk to our love ones around the world through video calls. There's a lot of things that we can do by the help of the technology, and most importantly it provides a state-of-the-art medicine which make all mankind comfortable enough. The effect of the technology is based from the way how people are using it. Always remember that it may lead us to succes and it can also wreck us all, depending on how we handle it.

What A Traveler Should Be Aware Of
When we are traveling, there a lot of factors that we need to remember and be aware of. There are a lot of things we need to consider to have a happy and peaceful journey. One of these is being aware of the cultural differences. You may ask, why do we need to be aware of it, and why do we need to be culturally appropriate?
Cultural differences are known to be the expressions considered unique to the members of a specific ethnicity, race or national origin, which includes, various beliefs, behaviors, languages, practices and expressions. Being aware of cultural differences is really important,we need it for our communication to be insightful and to have considerate decisions. When travelling across the countries, having cultural differences, it is necessary to understand the rules and expectation of theirs, it is not just applicable when you're on a vacation trip but also throughout your proffessional life. Knowing the different culutures will make you have a good communication with others, being lack of cultural awareness may lead you to misunderstanding and have repulsive thoughts. There are cultures which are good in our country, but not to the others. Others may convey our accustomed beliefs adverse to the way we meant it and it is necessary to know if it's a bad or a good practice to them, for this may cause us trouble. It is like what one of my senior's told me, that this cultural differences we know about the people in different countries is like an ice berg, wherein we can only see the 1% of their cultures, especially if we're not culturally related. Cultures being the one molding us, it is very important to know beacause it's one of the reasons why we're having effective and not effective communications in the society.
Being culturally appropriate is important when you travel. By this, you can show your appreciation and respect to the culture of the place you're in, and you'll have a happy and peaceful tour in there. It is very important, not just when you are on a vacation but also even in your workplace. I've read that large corporations now includes cultural sensetivity training in their employee on boarding process to have a better communication with others. Being culturally appropriate is really necessary to do, this helps everyone grow their understanding about their sorroundings, and make time be spent more productive and meaningful.

"New Knowledge Received. "
Everything in life is a learning experience whether you mean it to be or not, in fact most things we learn are by accident, especially when you were studying, you'll learn a lot. Certain teachers had different methods of making their lessons effective and easy to understand. A lot of teachers already teaches us about writing literatures or essays, and among all those theres always one among them wholl stand out and leave a meaningful learnings. In school, I can say that there are teachers who do their job excellently and at the average, there comes a teacher whom in one snap were already snoring at one corner, some were always at their highest blood boiling point, some do exhibit fantastic moves which will make students laugh at the back of their minds, others were like unobtrusive tufas, some of them will make you judder in your saddles knowing they were heading their way plastering their far-famed loggerhead eyebrows and narrowing sharp dagger stares that are likely digging your inmost soul, but some of them were always showing their thirty two pairs of teeth wherever your spirits collide. Students even have unceremonious names that signifies how they act. But among all those they do good teachings, the reason why Im already here, able to stand and speak with knowledge. But also among all those, there were always certain teachers that will motivate and awaken your long hidden talents and capabilities you never ever doubt if you really possess.
Throughout my years wearing different kinds of uniforms, I am able to recall numerous experiences which "stand out in my mind as meaningful as it can be". Various kinds of teachers gone through me. Thought me how to use and compose sentences, but, it is really not what my hand wanted. Writing is my enemy, I grew up facing numbers and dealing with the earths structures and the fact that I hate reading and reviewing lessons and whenever Im writing, especially essays, its like my eyelids has their own mind making it heavy enough to fall. Also, my hand is always having hard time dealing with pens, its not that I have a penmanship like those scratches of a chicken as they say, I am even nominated as a class secretary, not to brag, its just that I dont know why they do understand each other and does that voluntarily like they have their own minds. Not that I cant think of a topic to right, writing is just really sluggish to undertake for me. But not until Ive known and met Mr. Barias, whom become our subject teacher in Creative Writing Nonfiction, who taught us various ways of writing creatively. I dont know why but whenever he speaks he is like some chocolate that will attract my eyes and ears to go land and focus on what he teaches. Maybe its because on the way he educate, where he's s always relating each topic in the real life situations. Its like he's a light that whenever he enters the room will make us enlighten our moods, a joker ready to make us a laughing machine who can't get enough of laughing, full of insights. I love it when he teaches us bright eyed that encourages us to be more attentive, I love the way his tactful mouth open in such a bubbly way. I dont know but he became my motivation in writing, I started to love writing, that I found pleasure in it, a companion, an important buddy to express my resentments and sentiments that will kept it just within it. Im starting to love the yellow pad, that whenever Im sharing with them using my pen, they're re not complaining, they dont talk, they just lessen to my sobs embracing my tears whole heartedly even though they're e starting to be ripped by the wetness my tears made, and most especially they wont interrupt my drama till I express all my burdens which I really needed, it is where I found an ally. I learned writing creatively and feel fulfillment whenever I've e done one with nice comments which I really appreciate, and knowing I made Mr. Barias happy for my improvement makes me motivated to do what he's s telling us to do. The way he persevere on reading all our essays is really amazing, even though I know not all of our essays were worth reading, especially my works, for it all explicit my sentiments in life, given that it's also lengthy. These are some of the reason why I am motivated for I know that it's worth writing, with him reading it all.
This memorable learning experience was extremely valuable to me that I'll l carry on 'til the day air generates within my respiratory system. It help me a lot. I am very thankful that this subject with its instructor came to this phase of my life to make me learn. For above all this, the important thing that I learned is that I am capable of writing. I can write! Another part of my system was upgraded. New knowledge received!
Hi guyssssss, So this is just a reflection essay I wrote when I was in my Senior High, just feel like sharing it, this is the time when I realize that I can write essays without forcing myself to do so haha. I wanna thank my instructor way back then, he gave me the motivation to do creative writings.

Nonverbal Cues/ Actions
When you hear the word "Nonverbal Cues" , did it ring a bell in your mind about your past or recent nonverbal actions which made you a laughing stuff or get you in trouble? So is it necessary to mind our actions? Why is it necessary to be mindful of your nonverbal cues/ actions towards others?How is nonverbal communication essential to every communicative situation?How can these nonverbal communication be helpful to allow you become better speakers?
We always encountered scenarios wherein people talk adversely the way they act. Sometimes people becomes eager to make someone or something beatiful enough to tell sugar-coated adjectives, little did they know we can see it through their actions, through their eye. Sometimes to be able to get the favor of others people we tend to tell things that will compliment and suit them. Being tuned into someone's nonverbal communication cues can help you determine what is truly being said beyond just the words being spoken.
Non-verbal communication refers to all those messages excluding spoken words. Those messages are body language such as gesture, body posture, eye contact and facial expressions. People communicate in different ways, especially through nonverbal, it is necessary to pay attention to the conveyor so that misinterpretation will be eluded. We should be mindful of our nonverbal cues/actions towards others for they may take it the other way around, we'll never know that sometimes what we meant to mean in our gestures were contrary to how others perceive it. Like for an instance, you've got a mannerisms of jiggling your legs up and down while sitting and listening to someone, to your professors or business partners not knowing that it has a different meaning to the viewer which may be sensual that may lead you to trouble. You might have encountered situations like you or may it be someone becoming a laughing stuff inside the classroom by means of twirling your/their hair and pacing back and forth infront when you/they is/are nervous while reporting, that is why we need to be mindful of those nonverbal actions we are doing. Being not aware of our nonverbal acts may lead misunderstanding and repulsive thoughts.
Practicing the proper nonverbal communication will help us become a good speakers in a way that we can get their full attention and deliver the message we want them to perceive sincerely by means of talking relatively to how we act and toned it. Oftentimes, we have no idea what our faces are communicating, "***Because our facial expressions are closely tied to emotion, they are often involuntary and unconscious,***" Price says, letting our emotions get the best of us can negatively affect the impression we give, whether it's a presentation or a one-on-one conversation. To avoid misunderstanding be aware of what we fully do when we are speaking, speaking with relevant emotions and actions hold the crowds attention better. Good speaker is not just about speaking, it's a two way process, it is how you speak and how you listen. Giving your full attention means using open body language, which includes uncrossed arms and legs, squared shoulders, and portraying clear engagement in the conversation which signifies you being a good listener. And as what always others tell, "a good speaker is a good listener", take a step and together let's do it now.

Do You Believe That There Is A Higher Entity?
Hi Everyone, I just want to share this art I've made tackling about when and in what situations I started to believe that there is a higher entity. You're free to share your thoughts about it too. So here it comes...
It is when my mind/ self ( *represented by the brain*) was enlightened (*the bulb*) that everything in the world/universe ( *the bulb that becomes the world*) was made by God during his 7 days creation (*the light, land, bodies of water, animals, man, woman etc.*) which is all written in the Bibble ( *the book*). These creations was made to keep us alive, to make us feel contented, giving us the power and glow to live a happy and peaceful life, to be grateful enough, and I hope we already are. I started to believe that there is a higher entity when my whole being was subjected in the belief of God's wonderful creation.

How have the changes in the use of materials and manufacturing techniques affected the workforce in modern industry? Together, let's think of how does our workforce changes as time passes by and how does it affect our workers today.
In the modern world where our knowledge of the universe and ourselves has broaden , infrastructures being globalized, and technological developments revolutionizing the way we communicate with each other which make equipments more complicated to produced. In the world were everything around us has been influenced by technology, applying the scientific knowledge to the practical aims of human life, creating tools that will make the manipulation of human life environment easy and let every individual being have a comfortable life to live with. People now demand more equipments that are more responsive and intellegent which lead the workforce in the modern industry change their use of materials and manufacturing techniques.
Many changes in the manufacturing industry have come from consumer demand. Consumers want things faster and better, personalized and unique, and newer than the last product done. In the business world where rivals are everywhere, meeting the consumers demand will make them rise that is why manufacturers need to keep up not only with the demand for products but also in finding more skilled workers for these products. As the manufacturers required specialized talent to meet the consumers demand, it has given a large impact on the mabufacturing workforce. Some of the manufacturers according to some of the survey made from some researchers say that they have shortage of qualified applicants for highly skilled positions. Knowing that as year passes by it demands more and more high skilled workers which means they need workers with degree, it can be expected that many manufacturing jobs will be unfulfiled due to the skill gap requirement. Looking on the positive side, today's manufacturing employee is not only highly skilled but highly paid.

Is Technological Literacy Important to Us?
In a world permeated by technology, they often say that an individual can function more effectively if he or she is familiar with and has a basic understanding of technology. Yes, technological literacy is very important not only to me but for everybody. In our world where advancement is highly acknowledged, we are full of products and services that promise to make people’s lives easier, more efficient, more healthier, and enjoyable; and these happens to improve every single year. Being technologically literate prepares individuals to make well-informed choices in their role as consumers and producers as well. A technologically literate person may not know how each new technology works, its advantages and disadvantages, how to operate it, and so on, but he or she can learn enough about products to put in good use or to choose not to use it. One thing you need to learn in the society is how to cope up with the way they think and acknowledge things, for you not to be fooled. Coping up with the way the society thinks doesn't mean you have to do all the things they do and have all the things they have, it is just a way to practice your critical decision thinking on the matters in this modern world we are now.
Experiencing the pandemic we have now, everyone is required to stay at home mostly for those who were under the Enhance Community Quarantine and General Community Quarantine places. Being technological literate will help you be more productive, especially online classes is the normal learning method now and most of the work requirements nowadays requires technological knowledge. Knowing how to run gadgets can be learn in a step by step process, you don't need to rash it, but knowing the millennials nowadays most of us are already aware of the high-technology equipments now. Just by reading the instructions, moments later, we are already engrossed with it exploring all its capabilities. All these equipments has its detrimental effects for people, so better used it in a good way and don't abuse it, use it in a way that will benefit you and the people around you. Being technology literate is the new medium of communicating everywhere without facing each other which is a good thing to prevent everyone from being affected of the virus we all are avoiding to have now , but that doesn't mean you won't socialize with people persontally and depend on it when this pandemic ends. Technological literacy is really important, it will help you work and tour around the world without moving from the place you are now.

One Real Enemy!
The moment we first obtrude our deafening long load cry, Malifescent, Hades, Joker, and all antagonist you've known were already in your system ready to embrace you with probations wide open arms. In every amble of our regimen there comes those greedy, plastic, manipulator, deceitful, and angelic-devil creatures which we always thought as a barricade in our living, for they do nothing but gave us encephalitides. But we never knew that they really are part of this crucial world, they have roles exclusively just for them to take upon oneself, which is to stoke and stoke us 'til we bacame chilli red and feel the fumes coming out from our ear. As to those novels and movies which won't work without vengeance and fight, others also apply those just for their hatreds content. We're already in mellenials, we knew the word "enemy", surely, who doesn't, even a child knew this, for this is how others see somebody who can't go by with their temperament and give them a head cracking problems. Some other people even curse them silently in their minds whenever their trail crosses, glaring them with daggers, and die hard hatch them like those louse. Funny how we do " the moves" just to suppress our feelings, but they weren't our enemy, forebode for they're not our real enemy!
We are all experiencing different challenges in life, especially now with this pandemic we have. Difficulties regarding family and relative matters, love matters, friends, daily needs, online classes, paper works, jobless, poverty, illnesses, societal issues, workloads, especially the gossip-people, the crab-mentality people and so may more, making us feel we've been through a lot lately. Some of us might feel all the sentiments an individual should feel, hatred, betrayal, dispiritedness, exhaustion and resentment. Every individual being have different ways of conquering these all, may it be in positive way or negative way. With so much frustations we feel, sometimes we're not thinking first before we act, we drink, we sulk in a corner, we became tigers, we growl and see other people related to our problems as our enemy who does nothing but to do things that will make us down. We are so engrossed of our own thoughts that we aren't looking at the brighter side of the problems we have, we only think of the burdens we have inside and the thought that we are the most unfortunate one, disregarding the thought that we aren't alone, that there are people who still believe and hope in us, the we have Him amd we need to fight back and keep on moving forward. It's hard when we do not have someone to share our problems and supplications, when we feel like having a nervous breakdown whenever the challeged has empowered us, then freakish thought came flashing on our mind telling what if like this will happen, what if like that. Due to all the grievances we had, we forget to stand on our own bare feet and show the world we can surpass these things, instead we feel downgraded where thinking of inappropriate acts came rushing through our minds making us commit a sin we shouldn't do.
Sometimes we feel like giving up, we feel so withered and vulnerable that we ended up crying secretly for we are so tired already, for we feel like we are carrying the world on our incapable shoulder. We feel like those people who give spices in our life is our enemy, but we are wrong, those people were just there to temp our self-control to protrude the hidden serpent inside us, to challenge us and let us learn something new. We don't let our fqeebleness take us to our own downfall, everything now is treacherous, even ourselves. Don't let your emotions rule over and consume you, you need to fight, and you did that's why you're still alive reading this. You need to fight against your sluggishness, sorrow, grudges, and exasperations because you are the only one who can lighten the sorroundings in the dark alley you're in, we may have someone beside us to guide us, but still you are the only one to decide where path you will be. Then by those you can decipher something, that you are fighting against yourself. That for all those experiences you had in life, there's no other enemy you are opposing with, but yourself, your greatest enemy. We only have one real enemy, and that is ourself . I am my enemy!
