Borracho.cash - A Month of Silence, But A Few Additions - 7/14/2022
First off, fuck Mark Lamb, fuck Conflex, and (at this point) fuck Roger Ver. Wreaking absolute havoc on a community looking up to you, can it get any lower? Regardless, smartBCH continues to buidl and expadn.
It's been a real struggle with motivation to continue developing this site, but I've been trying to push on. I really want to believe in the future of smartBCH, but my hopium has been sputtering dry after a month of no updates and then bad updates from Conflex. I can't imagine the real developers that have poured even more hours into buidling in the space, I really hope we continue, smartBCH has so much potential. Anyways, enough complaining about things that cannot be changed.
I updated several projects and added a couple of new features, and I also did some UI tweaks to compact the cards slightly to fit more information on the screen.
With the recent Conflex situation, several bridges and exchanges either canceled smartBCH operations or have such low liquidity they're not entirely available. For those reasons, I saw the need to add a special warning banner as shown with Conflex's listing below.
I also added a filter option for all projects with a special warning since this seems helpful. While doing this, I thought it would be cool to add a notification badge to the filter button when filters are applied. For example, with just the new filter selected:

I was charged a huge $0.06 for Hosting and DB service for borracho.cash this past month, those charges have been added to the Donations/Spending modal.
Finally, I added a few projects. Keep in mind some of these projects are very new and have DYOR tags, and with the uncertainty of smartBCH some projects may not be available or planned still.
Cash Coin Flip is an upcoming token and ecosystem built around it. The main offering will be a "double or nothing", coin flip style smart contract. They also have GameFi aspects planned.
I'm Tired NFT is a copy of the I'm Tired NFTs on the Ethereum blockchain brought to smartBCH by an unknown developer.
Hype Mate is a meme token that has been around for a while, I decided it was time to add it as well.
Goblin.wtf BCH is another Ethereum NFT clone now on smartBCH (we're hitting the big leagues now).
Reaperville is an NFT Collection that is planned to be the first in a series of collections known as The Villes. They also have a staking platform that will reward staked NFTs with SVC tokens.
Jeepney Rush NFTs are now stakable on the upcoming Rush dApp which will also feature staking for other NFT collections so they do not just go to waste.
PadiSwap is a multichain DEX that had a working proof of concept on the smartBCH Testnet. This has since been removed from their site with no update so it can be assumed they canceled plans to come to smartBCH due to the recent Conflex situation.
AtomicDEX is a desktop-only wallet and non-custodial decentralized exchange. They now support assets on smartBCH.
WenLambo NFTs can now be staked, and their listing has been updated accordingly.
CoinEx is a centralized exchange that was actually among the first to list smartBCH assets, starting with the EBEN token. For some reason, I had never added them. Unfortunately, by the time I did add them, they have disabled smartBCH trading, once again due to the recent Conflex situation.
orders.cash is a simple website created by Dr. Wang Kui, the lead developer of the smartBCH network, that allows for P2P exchange of smartBCH assets. It has since been turned over to the Tangoswap team as they are developing limit orders currently.
Nerve Network has recently added bridges for the Tango and Joystick tokens. Tango is bridged to BSC, and Joystick is bridged to Polygon. A couple of other bridges exist as well and the description has been updated accordingly.
Noise.cash, read.cash, and memo.cash have all been added as well. Someone finally used the Listing Request feature I added!! Long story short it works. If you requested that I add Noise.cash please let me know, you didn't leave any contact info. I had planned to add them once I add a BCH section, but time has been limited so I went ahead and added them here to smartBCH projects for the time being. I'm sure everyone is familiar with these sites as they are all staples in the BCH community.
This has turned into my longest update post yet, so thanks for sticking it out. I really hope you have found borracho.cash to be a useful resource. Please reach out with any suggestions or listing requests.
Borracho.cash - Procrastination, but 120 Projects in Total - 6/22/2022
There has been a long series of small updates to https://borracho.cash/ over the past week or so. Nothing too crazy, I got a little sidetracked, I forgot how amazing of a game Red Dead Redemption 2 is. A coworker recently started playing for the first time and I couldn't help it, I had to start a new playthrough, number 3 this time.
Apart from that, I also made a few (smol) updates...
Projects are now sorted by timestamp when filtering by Newly Listed. This made more sense than the 'bias -> alphabetical' sorting that is used everywhere else in the application.
I also added TikTok to the socials I support, there are probably a few projects that have TikTok that I didn't add before, so if I missed you please reach out and let me know.
I also made sure to account for lightmode (gross) as I did for other white logos...
I did some refactoring to move the HTML content of the Donations/Spending modal out of the index.html file and into its own file. I plan to move this to a database eventually as well, to be coupled with a bot to propagate any transactions.
On that note, I did a ton of work on a bot, written in Python, to both show balances of all the donation accounts as well as monitor them and alert me of any changes. I still need to extend support beyond BCH on the smartBCH network to include ANY tokens. Ignore the smartBCH chain balance, I'm still testing it a little, but it is effectively zero right now. I also need to add the test transactions to my donations modal, there's no sense in transferring the BCH back. The bot is currently hosted on a Raspberry Pi 4 on my desk, but I think I'll purchase a VPS to start hosting stuff like this. I also plan to open-source the bot once it's acceptable. But I can also show the temperature of the Raspberry Pi board.
I immensely improved how a project is propagated when the Share button is clicked. So much so that I removed the loading modal when opening the Share a Project modal.
I added a Share link in the 'header card' when looking at a specific project or filtered or searched results. You can click this button to quickly copy the URL for sharing anywhere.
With this, I also fixed a small bug where the little 'Copied!' popovers wouldn't disappear if you clear results immediately after clicking the Share button.

Borracho.cash - Share Projects, New Projects, UI Updates, and more - 6/13/2022
There's been somewhat of a slow rollout of features on https://borracho.cash/ over the past couple of days. Still chugging along on my (still mental) roadmap and seeing where it takes us.
The majority of these updates revolves around sharing projects. Every project now has a Share icon in the top-right corner.
Clicking on this Share icon will bring up a modal with a few options. You can click the link to navigate to a page with just that project's listing. The link will also display in a text box so you can manually paste it, or if you're lazy like me you can click the Copy icon to copy the link directly to your clipboard.
So if you wanted to share the Goblins project, a great team with a protocol offering crazy returns you can just give them this link: https://borracho.cash/smartbch#project=goblins
This functionality, paired with the recently released routing for searches and filters should allow you to answer any questions newcomers may have and provide a quick link with information on the project and links to all their socials. Additionally, the visitor can clear their result to see all projects, search for something else, or filter to see various project types.
The top bar on the mobile (or small screen) version will now automatically be partially collapsed to hide the filters and make the experience hopefully much less cluttered. This whole process, especially when searching or filtering, needs some work. I'm trying to get some, in my mind necessary, updates out before going through for a large refactor.
I also added some custom scrollbars since the default ones were pretty boring. They now match the overall theme better. UI/UX work is proving very tough for me, especially picking color schemes and other similar tasks.
I couldn't figure out how to style the scrollbar for the imported Twitter feed on the Home Page, so I just hid it for now. Hopefully, that's not too unintuitive on the desktop version. I'll either find out how to accomplish this or go about it another way. I also kind of doubt very many people scroll through my Twitter feed through this site.
For added projects:
BCH101 - I haven't added this great Chinese-language resource before now, but decided it's time. I plan to expand the site to BCH as well as smartBCH and was waiting for that update, but it might be a while so I added BCH101.
Insane Clown Ponzi - The first dApp on smartBCH, and an absolute ponzi. I forgot to add this one before. Check out the listing for more information, and please do your own research.
Piccololi - A new find for me, the first animated NFTs on smartBCH. The mint hasn't been very successful so far, so DYOR.
Nerve Network - A multichain DEX, Staking Platform, and Bridge that has recently added support for smartBCH. I haven't had a chance to try them out yet, but they appear well established in the greater cryptocurrency ecosystem.
Borracho.cash - Routing for Searches/Filters and New Projects - 6/4/2022
Several updates have been released over the past few days for https://borracho.cash/. I'm still trying to mark things off my mental roadmap and flesh out the site to something more acceptable and useful for the smartBCH/BCH communities.
The largest portion of this update revolves around routing. Both searches and filters are now routed and can be easily shared. What this means is that each time you search or filter projects on https://borracho.cash/smartbch the search or filter will be parsed and displayed in the address bar and you can easily copy and share your searches or filters. This will allow you to easily share a list of projects that match a query. Here are some examples, feel free to check them out!

I'm hoping this update will fill a need such as when a newcomer asks the question of "Which DEXs are available on smartBCH?" or "What are the best NFTs on smartBCH?".
In addition to that, I tried to do some optimizations and resizing of images to help with loading times. I never noticed an issue, but Diggle (@Diggle187 on Telegram, https://t.me/smartBCHmoonshots, Youtube) recently featured my site in a video (linked below) and I noticed the HORRIBLE loading times for several logos. I realized I had paid no attention to this and I had logos over 2000x2000 pixels! I also added a loading modal to the smartBCH page to hopefully at least let the user know that the website is loading, even if slowly at times.

I did some backend work to make things easier for me. Mainly this included allowing my admin buttons (edit and delete) to show when projects are searched or filtered, previously I could only do this on the first load of the smartBCH page.
Finally, I added several projects outline below:
Big Butt BCH Buddies is a planned NFT Collection expected to release 6/5/2022. They are automated GIFs of cute dogs with big butts. Nothing is known about the project creator so definitely DYOR.
Council of Frogs NFTs are the first crosschain NFTs on smartBCH. Their ultimate goal is a smartBCH/EVM NFT bridge. They are created by ShadowKite, the creator of the CryptoR.at NFTs.
NFTC was updated to reflect that it is also now a GameFi project. They recently released their casino built around the NFTC token.
Enter the Sphere Metaverse's listing was updated. They have made a decision to leave the smartBCH blockchain and migrate to the NEAR Protocol. Their announcement article is linked in their updated listing.
Sonar.cash is a new fork of Blockscout that was developed by Kasumi and the Mistswap team. They have added LNS support, spearheaded by the Mistswap team since Blockscout does not currently support ENS. Sonar was also added as the default option for the block explorer on the "Add smartBCH to Metamask" button on the site.
PunkApes is an NFT Collection that looks to be a mashup of the Law Punks and Gambling Apes Club NFT Collections. Expected to mint on June 4, 2022. The project is being developed by Japheth Titoy who did some artwork for Keith Patrick's GAC Ape NFT Collection.
Borracho.cash - Listing Requests and Scroll-to-Top - 5/30/2022
Another small update today on https://borracho.cash/. I added a few things from my mental roadmap since I was off for Memorial Day. Please take a moment to remember the sacrifices of all veterans from all countries and conflicts, few wars are fought by those that start them.
The largest addition today is the Listings Page. I've been trying to scour Telegram and Twitter to find the newest smartBCH projects, but now project owners (or anyone, really) can request a listing for their sBCH project. This is being released in a beta fashion right now, please be patient and respectful or it will promptly come down. I appreciate any help keeping this directory up-to-date for the community.
Additionally, I added a 'floating, scroll-to-top button' that will appear on each page when the content is scrolled. This was mainly added for mobile (I'm still trying to improve the experience) but I liked the addition on the desktop version as well so I kept it there. Click this button to quickly return to the top of the current page; Home, About, Whitepaper, and smartBCH pages are all supported.
Finally, I moved the donation addresses from the footer to a separate modal. This was done to compact the footer more as well as allow me to post up all spending and donations along with the cost delta. I never expect donations of any kind, and any donations received will sit dormant until they are absolutely needed. My plan remains to keep this website running at my own cost for as long as possible and feasible.

Borracho.cash - Projects Added and Small Updates- 5/29/2022
Well, I'm back in town, so I'll be trying to move forward with my (still mental) roadmap. Progress has been a little slow but I've been building this app entirely from the ground up, so it's been a huge learning curve.

I have updated the listing for smartDEX/smartDOGE to reflect their rebranding to Fortune Swap. Their DYOR badge will remain as I cannot in good conscious not warn people about this (arguably) failed DEX with an obvious additional money grab. I'm sure there will be money to be made on Fortune Swap, but I think there may be a larger chance of losing money.
I added Cash Bears to the listings. Cash Bears is a clone of OK Bears from the Solona blockchain and have already sold out on their small collection.
Smart Safe, a new Multisig wallet dApp forked from Gnosis Safe by the Mistswap team, has also been added. This is another great addition from an amazing team.
Finally, SmartBit.cash has been added. This is a recently released fork of Blockscout provided by the UatX team.
Additionally, I added support for Linktree social links with the proper logo being displayed. There are some projects I may need to go back and add Linktree links, Fortune Swap is the only project with a Linktree social so far.
There are also some small changes on the admin side such as adding a confirmation before deleting cards on the home and about pages.

Borracho.cash - Collapse Side(top?)bar on Mobile - 5/19/2022
Quick update before I'm out of pocket for a week or so...
I always knew the mobile version of borracho.cash/smartbch was severely lacking. The sidebar, although necessary, took up waaaaay too much room. For that reason, I added a Collapse/Expand Sidebar button for mobile.
Clicking it will collapse the sidebar and only display the important information.
The search bar will remain fully functional, seriously try this thing guys I'm really proud of it. Also, all your current filters will remain. You'll simply have more screen real estate to view the project cards with less scrolling.
For both the mobile and desktop versions, I added a quick alert to hide my disclaimer behind. Click it to see it if you desire. Remember, always DYOR and never take ANYTHING I say as financial advice.
I also added og-tags to allow the cool little card websites turn into when shared on Twitter, Telegram, or other socials.
I streamlined the search button to save screen real estate.

Borracho.cash - Full-Text Search and Added Project - 5/15/2022

I spent the weekend working on improving the searching functionality on https://www.borracho.cash/smartBCH. It will now perform full-text searches on most fields such as name, description, my two sats, audits, quoted description, helpful links, social networks, and type.

One more addition I added was a loading modal for when searching projects. The search itself is very quick, but retrieving the projects from the database can be a little intensive with multiple results, so a loading modal was needed to notify the user that the search is in progress.
Finally, I've also added one additional project to the site, Thetanuts Finance. Thetanuts was mentioned in the SmartBCH Tokens & NFTs Telegram by Jacob Stelter with Goblins.cash. It appears to be a popular options protocol platform across multiple DeFi chains. They have several audits but their smart contracts are closed-source. I gave them a DYOR badge since I am not familiar with them personally, and also because options trading can be extremely confusing. Pixelitos NFT reached out to me on Twitter. They have been around for a while, but have not had a large mint. They'll have a DYOR tag for now, just as a way of reminding everyone to not ape in blindly, especially into NFTs without a current use case.

Also, BlockNG has announced a bridge that is being added to their ecosystem, check out their article here, their entry has been updated to include the bridge stage when search or filtering.

Hey guys, I wanted to share something I've been working on in my limited free time lately.

This was designed to be a quick help/information site for smartBCH, with plans for much more. I'm an SE student, close to finishing my degree, and decided to build this from the ground up as a way to help the BCH and smartBCH community while serving as a learning experience.
This is my first 'real' project, so it probably has a few bugs, sorry mobile users 😬. Please report anything you see wrong, any issues you see, any requests, or any projects you think should be added to the Support/Listing Telegram at **https://t.me/borrachocash**.
