⭐️Royal Albert Hall⭐️ Royal Albert hall of Arts and Sciences is a concert hall on the northen edge of South Kensigton, London. It is constructed during the reign of Queen Victoria in 1871 in tribute to queen victoria’s deceased consort, prince Albert. Now it is the center of different cultures of world music and arts and since its opening the world’s leading artists from different countries have performed their versatile talents here. This hall is best known for holding ‘The proms’ concerts annually each summer since 1941. It is a magnificent building built in Italianate style and its capacity is 5,272 seats. Each year it hosts more than 350 events, which means sometimes more than one program in a single day. The programs including classical concerts, rock and pop, ballet and opera, sports, award ceremonies are some of them. School and community events, charity performances and even banquets are hosted in the hall. The BBC Promenade concerts, known as :The Proms” is a popular annual eight-week summer season of classical music concerts and other events at the hall, so the hall is affectionately titled as “the nation’s Village hall”. Classic Brit awards, Graduation ceremonies of some universities or colleges, festival of rememberence are some of the functions held here each year. The hall has screens several films and it yell out its overall beauty. As it is a center for award functions the hall has also won several awards across different categories.
