🗼Tower of London🗼 One of the most important and beautiful place in England is the Her Majesty’s royal palace and fortress, known as the ‘Tower of London’. It is situated on the north bank of the river Thames in central London. In history the palace has an important place because all the major decisions of the Her Majesty is taken here. This is one of London’s most popular and iconic tourist attractions. William the Conqueror built the tower in early 1080s and the purpose of the at that time was for palace, fortress and prison. The tower is a complex of several buildings within two concentric rings of defensive walls and a moat. The White tower is a important part of this building. In 16th century the Tower acquired an enduring as a grim, forbidding prison. Many people might have lost their head in the tower and among the prisoners Anne Boleyn, Lady Jane Grey and Thomas Wyatt. One of the main reasons to visit the tower is to make out the display of crown Jewels. There are 23,578 valuable and bravura germs in the collection. The jewel house was build specifically to house the royal regalia, including jewels, plate and symbols of royalty such as the crown, scepter and sword. The other attractions in the tower are the ‘Yeomen of the guard’, the Ravens, Henry VIII’s armour, instruments of torture in Lower Wakefield Tower and the Traitors Gate. The place was once used as a royal Menagerie to keep animals for the entertainment and curiosity of the court. 280 animals of 60 species were kept once there but later removed from there to Regent’s park. In 1988, the tower of London was added to the UNESCO’s list of World Heritage Sites.

Malayo yan sa amin. Mga 6-8 hours car drive at mga 3-4 hours pag mag train ka. London ang City sa United Kingdom.

Medyo North-East side sa United Kingdom. Malapit lang kami sa Scotland. Mga 3-4 hours lang yan na car drive. Newcastle-upon-tyne ang aming City. Tingnan mo sa Google map at ang town na tinitirhan namin Blyth.

Di pa madami napuntahan ko dito kasi ang tamad ko mag drive kasi palagi akong ihi nang ihi kasi isang kidney nalang natira sa akin.
