I still can’t understand why diligence is rewarded with more responsibilities, and hardwork rewarded with more work. Shouldn’t the lazy person be given more work and the hard working person rewarded with less stress and easy. These things amaze me, won’t more work load turn the once hardworking person into a lazy bone who avoids work. How’s your day going? Happy new month. #randomthoughts

You want me to give my job to a lazy fellow because he isn't doing anything? The same thing that causes his laziness will not allow him to do a good job. The diligent and hardworking will have more responsibilities because it's the responsibilities that make them diligent in the first place.
Is it not better to employ someone else than increase the workload of the diligent ones, whilst still keeping the lazy ones around

That is really a big question. Why is that so? Might be load was given to hardworking because the one who gave it knows very well that this hard working can do it and done it on time.
