In the middle of the city, surrounded by high blocks, shops, and alleys full of cars, is this monastery. It's called Antim. It is both a museum and an active place of worship. Why is it so important? Because this was the first printing house, books were printed, and then the first library was set up. Because it is an example of early Romanian architecture, the Brancovenesc style. #mytown #photography #architecture
