Yesterday I had some work in the city center and from there I had to go to a friend's house. To get to her house, I had to cross a park. The park is called Cismigiu and is the oldest park in my city, Bucharest. Bucharest, the capital of Romania. It's not a big park, but it has a lot of things packed into it. Kiosks, playgrounds, many statues, a restaurant called Monte Carlo. A famous restaurant many years ago, when I was a kid. Back then, in the 1960s, it was a celebration if my parents took me for a walk in Cismigiu and if I went to the restaurant. Beyond all this, it is the natural beauty and landscape that make this park famous. #photography #nature

Oh my, that is such a beautiful park! It’s even more beautiful with the golden leaves of autumn. I can see how this was such a treat for you when you were a kid. I’m sure you still feel just as special when you go now. This kind of beauty is timeless. It would be so nice to have a boat ride there just like in your first photo!

OMG, if I am near at that park I will spend my time mostly in the area, meditating, writing and enjoying the nature. I like the idea that it has mini bridge too and boats!
What a wonderful place with these autumn colors! I can imagine how beautiful this place will be in every season! Why don't you try to take some pictures of this place in other seasons too? I can see it now with snow and no leaves, shiny green on spring and with more birds in summer!!!
