One of my favorite flowers but one I don't have in my garden. Callistephus, the scientific name that the Greeks think is easiest to understand because it is made up of "kalli" and "stephos" which leads to the meaning of beautiful crown. In Romanian, it has a somewhat bizarre name and that was a mystery to me when I was a child and these flowers were everywhere in my grandmother's garden: "bull's eye"! Their time has passed here where I live but I have read that the origin of the flower is from China and Korea and I suspect it has spread all over the world and there are still many places where it is in bloom.

I love the colors of those flowers
Honestly the first time I see this beautiful and colorful flower. It really looks very beautiful and I don´t want to imagine a garden full of these flowers. It is super spectacular. I congratulate you on the photo.
Oh! this looks so beautiful. I haven't seen like this before but it has some similarity to some flowers ive seen here in Philippines.
I think I know it, does it smell?
Wow... Beautiful flowers. And their intense colour is just lovely...
They look absolutely beautiful! I think my grandmother has them in her garden, but I can’t be too sure. Maybe it’s just a similar species but not the exact one. I love how there so much variety of flowers in this one pot!
