Done taking a bath an hour ago after Mother Nature Duties but here I am bathed in sweat again. I looked for something cold to drink and found some blue flowers in a small plastic bag inside the refrigerator and I remembered that I arranged some of these before in a container and took a photo of it. And yesterday my sister-in-law gave some flowers again for mama's drink and for the first time I tried to put this in a cold water. Got curious of its health benefits and so I asked Mr. Google about it. It is Clitoria ternatea commonly known as bluebellvine, blue pea, butterfly pea or blue ternate. It is rich in antioxidants, good for skin, prevent premature aging, ad improves hair health. So for those who want to stay young, this is for you. But drink in moderation for it may cause nausea and diarrhea. Also, pregnant and lactating women are advised to ask the doctor before drinking this blue tea. Good noon Noise World! 🙏💚🌸
