My vegan ulam for lunch! Sauteed mushrooms with pineapple chunks and peppers. I ask my mother where did she get these cute mushrooms and she told me from the hills just at the back of our house. We call it here maya-maya and they grow on the soil on rainy season. Have you seen this kind of mushrooms already? What do you call this in your place? Can't find yet on the internet the english name of it so will add to my list for some research later. Happy and healthy lunch everyone! 🍲
