'An apple a day keeps the doctor away' is the well-known saying that has literal meaning that eating fruits is really good for health. Apples are highly nutritious, low in sodium, fat, and cholesterol. It contains antioxidants, vitamin C, fiber, and several other nutrients that may boost brain, heart, and digestive health.(medicalnewstoday.com) There are many varieties of apples like Cripps pink/pink lady, Empire, Fuji, Gala, Golden Delicious, Granny Smith, Honeycrisp, McIntosh, Red Delicious, and many more. And in the first photo below is I think Fuji variety and my cousin bought this on a Love Month last year for her son but my nephew gave it to me and I took a photo of it before eating. In the second photo are my apple trees from seeds and some where marcotted from my 7-8 year old Fuji tree. Apple trees grown from seeds require 6-10 years to produce fruit and so waiting for 2-3 more years. And so far I know 3 varieties that grow here right now in the Philippines. Fuji in Mindanao and Iloilo, Granny Smith Iloilo, and forgot one variety from Cavite. Good morning/evening Noise World! 🙏🍎🍏
